He is kind, patient, honest, reliable and has gone above and beyond when we needed him. Bennys is right here in Holland, Ma. And if he isn't available right away he will let you know. He's a busy guy and often times he's not available until the next day abut he takes you as the calls come in and he has always been here when he said he would be. I had a string of bad luck and my last 3 vehicles had serious issues. He also came another time because Imy youngest son locked my only set of keys in my truck. Sigh. Most recently, my GMC Terrain I purchased last year had some serious issues that lead me to calling Benny. Some of the issues with the truck made it difficult to lead the truck onto his truck bed. He found the issue and had to dismantle some of the shift case and what ever else. It was not an easy pickup and he was very fair to us! We are thankful to him. He takes the time to explain things to you and talks to you like a human being. We've come to know him somewhat and he has good family values and you can tell he comes from a good family. He was also very kind to my two special needs boys. We 100 percent recommend Bennys Trucking and Towing! We would call him again. I just hope not to call him again for a while.
