The rental agreement was purchased through Hotwire along with the car insurance. Upon arrival, the staff at the location was preparing to close for the day although I had an appointment to pick up the car between 3-4pm. The gentlemen began processing my paperwork was moving quickly through the process. When it was time to provide me with the car, the gentlemen gave me the vehicle without completing a walk through. Due to this not being our first time renting a car, my friend requested a walk through prior to taking the vehicle out of the lot. During the walk through, the exterior of the vehicle looked fine so we expected to be in good shape. After finalizing all of the paper work and driving the car out of the lot, we drove about 10 mins away from Budget and the car began to stall while driving it. Long story short after further investigation, the inside of the car which budget allowed us to drive off with was corroded with fluid and was causing the car to stall, not start and not be able to drive even up the road. Budget then took 6 hours to bring a replacement vehicle which ended up having even more issues than the first vehicle when the tire pooped while driving on the highway. Budget was neglect full in every sense of it all from the faulty vehicles they allowed us to drive off with as well as their attention to the serious matters at hand. They are NOT worth the headache and should honestly go out of business. I would not recommend Budget to anyone out there. PLEASE BEWARE!

I arrived exactly at 6pm, he was there with a smile on his face and got me into a rental vehicle within 5 minutes. Thank you Devin for making what could have been a lousy night, pretty good. I have rented vehicles from this location twice before and have always been happy. This was my first rental with Devin. The next day I returned and his manager was there, she was aware that he waited for me and she was happy to help and thanked me. It took 5 minutes to return the vehicle and off i went.

When I got there, I was told something different and that they would not apply the AAA discount. I was given a car with tire warning light illuminated. I told them I did not want to be stuck an hour away with a client I am required to drive to medical apts and errands and have a flat tire. They gave me a different car a Kia and that was better. I would have given them five stars had they honored my AAA membership and charged me a reasonable amount and not twice as much as I would have paid at Marlborough location.

We did have very close neighbors, but only on one side. Other than those people, there were not really any sites close by. We could see them, but they were through the trees. It was one of the quietest campgrounds I have ever visited, which was awesome. The neighbors played a little music, but at such a low volume, I could not even tell you the genre. They turned it off the minute it got dark. The showers were great with lots of hot water and good water pressure. I have no idea what it would be like to actually stay at this park as a destination, but it was great as a stop on the way. My only complaint was that our campsite was pretty good sized, like it should easily hold 2-3 tents. We had one 6 person tent. There was no obvious good place for the tent. Where we pitched it, we were on a slight hill and there was a large root. The other option was extremely hard packed gravel and also a slight hill. Because we were just using sleeping pads, we did not like the idea of the packed gravel. I guess that is fine for a camper or if you are using a thicker mattress.

A lot of their campers have come from Sutton Falls Camping area because of the poor management and clientele .
