    The Roslindale Enterprise is so convenient. Arboretum is close by so I could walk through it from my house. Keith was great!

At least 7 bays with no one at the service station (see attached photo)!! At least 10 customers in line ahead of us. As soon as one customer service person show us, the other one disappears. Finally after we make it downstairs to pick up our cars and the agent says "sorry; we have no Tesla's". I point out I have reservations for two Tesla's. He acknowledges the reservations but tries to offer other cars instead. I flash back to the Seinfeld episode where "You can take the reservation but can't keep the reservation" But, I wasn't laughing!! I pointed out to the agent that there were two Tesla's in his parking lot, to which he actually said "These are reserved". I asked why are you honoring these reservation and not mine. I then requested to speak to the manager. The agent gets on the phone with the manager, and the manager makes two Tesla's appear!! Two different Tesla's than the ones I saw on the lot!!! We finally leave Logan two hours after our plane landed!! We finally make it to our destination at midnight instead of 10 PM When I called their service department I got sorry, we can offer you a $50 voucher for future car rental. I have always rented from Hertz and I am a Gold Club member for at least 10 years, but this experience has made me reconsider my future car rental plans. At least and most definitely never rent a Hertz from Logan Airport again.

When I arrived, someone was sitting at the desk and immediately greeted us (most of the negative reviews centered around having to wait for an attendant). She was so nice and was making conversation with us as we worked out the details of our car. The car was well priced (AAA discounts!), clean, and ran perfectly. When they gave us the keys, the gas tank was full so we could get right on the road with no issues. I will definitely rent from Hertz again any time I need a car in Boston.

    We came to this Enterprise on a Saturday morning after making a reservation online. The lady at the…read morecounter told my partner that because she had booked the car using my corporate code, I had to be the one to pay for and drive the car. That had never happened before; nevertheless, my partner was forced to wait in the sitting area for 20 minutes while I made my way down to the location (we had planned on saving time with her picking up the car while I ran errands). When I arrived at the rental car agency, another customer service individual told us the same thing. I asked if this was a new policy -- that the corporate card necessitates the employee paying for and driving the car -- and the customer service rep was very squirrely, refusing to answer the question and say either yes (it was a new policy) or no (the policy had just previously gone un-enforced). Finally, when they proceeded through the reservation, it became apparent that the particular corporate code that my partner had applied DID NOT require me to pay for and drive the car. So she had waited 20 minutes for no reason whatsoever, with little in the way of apology from any of the people working there. We were finally led to a car, which was freshly cleaned although with only 1 bar of gas. One of the three reps we dealt with was really kind and quick, tried to get us into a car and on the road, but I was unimpressed with the service we received from the other two people there. The car itself was nice, pretty clean, handled well, and the location of the rental car agency is convenient but...just a word of caution, in case you're renting with a corporate code!

    Extremely Disappointing Experience - Reservation Meant Nothing. We reserved and prepaid for a…read morerental car at the Hertz Boston Park Plaza / Back Bay location, expecting a simple pickup. When we arrived, we were told there were no cars available. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of help from the staff and the store manager. When we asked to speak with the manager, he simply blamed Hertz corporate for allowing overbooking and said this has been happening since summer 2025. Instead of helping us resolve the situation, he told us we had to call Hertz ourselves to either change the reservation to the airport location or cancel for a refund. While we were on the phone with Hertz customer service, the manager who is in the attached photo, explicitly told the agent he was refusing to honor our reservation because he wanted to hold the remaining cars for the next day's reservations. This was shocking. To make matters worse, while we were still waiting there trying to fix the problem, another couple walked in with a reservation from a different location that had closed early (3 PM), and they were given a car immediately. So apparently: Our prepaid reservation meant nothing. The manager refused to release available vehicles. Cars were selectively given to other customers. This felt like unfair and selective service and an abuse of authority. In the end, we left with no car, wasted over two hours, and would have had to travel to the airport location and pay additional Uber costs just to get a vehicle. A reservation should mean something. If Hertz cannot honor prepaid bookings, customers should be told before arriving. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would avoid this location entirely.

    I would give this location zero stars if I could. I paid for a Manager's Special - specifically NOT…read morethe EV one, and received an Tesla. Was told I'd have to wait until whenever the next car was returned (up to an hour). It was NOT fully charged when I received it, and added almost 2 hours to a 3 hour drive to have to charge it (each way, so added about 4 hours). I was told I could drop off within 10% of battery that I received it at, I did, the receipt states it. and was still charged $8. It's almost impossible to return at the exact battery %. The steering wheel was ripped and car not fully clean on the inside. Nobody offered to show me how to drive a Tesla. I have done after-hours drop off at this location in the past two months, was told I could do it again, and pulled up at night and the gate was closed and I could not get in. I had to pay $50 to park the car overnight and add returning it to my schedule the next morning. The woman the next day was the meanest customer service representative and had no sympathy and would not do anything about it. Never renting from this location again.

You simply pick your choice of models based on availability for your dates. . They have several pick up locations. One is just a short Uber ride from Logan. I was excited when I found out that you can have the car delivered to the airport and drop it back there for $150/round-trip. Including this fee and tolls, the rental was still less than most of the major car rental companies at the airport. Customer service was excellent. Elliot returned my call right away. He answered all of my questions and gave good advice. He even took the time to send me a You-tube tutorial on how to drive a Tesla. One helpful tip is that all Tesla's now charge in about 15 minutes. I will definitely use this service again in the future.

They offered me a vehicle three times further away. I told them that wouldn't work, then they asked me how I wanted to proceed. I saw that there were other cars in the area that were more expensive and told them any legitimate rental car company would offer me one of those vehicles at no additional charge, or at least a discount, but they refused to do that. There customer service was absolutely awful to deal with as well and pretty much impossible to get a human being on the phone. Save yourself the time and money and go with a legitimate rental option.
