Our driver, Eric, was professional, friendly, courteous and most important of all an excellent driver. Everything was super prompt. The SUV was brand new and extremely comfortable, Eric even said the rear seats recline. Complimentary water available. There are a lot of little things to be thankful for with this service in addition to the free water, for example, each time we exited the car Eric checked the rear seats just to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. When we left for the airport he also politely mentioned we would take a minute to check and asked us to just make sure we had everything we need (passport, wallet, keys etc) which I thought was a very professional and thoughtful gesture. This service is slightly expensive but you're receiving 10-star, high end livery service. If we ever need to request a car service again in the future, we will book without any hesitation. Thank you Eric and Blue Nile Livery for making the airport rides totally stress free!

We chose Michael's Limousine for our wedding based on their great package options. Booking was…read moresimple, and their team was always quick and responsive to our questions. The shuttle itself exceeded our expectations--it was clean, comfortable, and packed with fun amenities like neon lighting, drink service, and great music connections! Our only constructive feedback is regarding timeline guidance. Since our wedding fell on the Friday evening before a holiday weekend, our driver arrived 5 minutes late for the first shuttle run, and heavy traffic ultimately caused our ceremony to start late. As clients planning a major event, we would have really appreciated extra guidance from the team during booking--such as a heads-up to factor local holiday traffic and ceremony timing into our overall schedule. Overall, though, we had a great experience and would still recommend Michael's Limousine for any event transportation!

I'd been monitoring the mpg very closely and had a couple thousand miles of history on both A and B trip counters. When I looked at the trip(s) they had both been reset and had a few miles on them. Note for future users of this lot: Check your main odometer when drop off !!! Take a pic of it ! I didn't and regret it. I have no real proof. One last note. Its not straightforward to reset those mileage trips with the multiple level of menus so something was very fishy. I was so disappointed and frankly pissed driving home !! Be careful ! Oh.... the 2 stars was for the shuttle. It was fine both drop-off and pickup. And yes to other reviewers that the disorganization is ridiculous!! This outfit is run by idiots !
