I left my car for a 4 day trip. When I returned one of the parking staff had obviously and recently been sitting in my car. They had left their iced coffee in the cup holder, adjusted my seats, had the heat blasting and had no apologies. I ask for a managers contact information and was given an email that was either fake or no one cared about my concerns because no one ever replied. TL;DR They get 2 stars because their portion of the contract (providing a place to park & getting us to and from the airport) was technically fulfilled. We booked through The Parking Spot. This was an unsatisfactory experience and not the level of quality I expect and have experienced from The Parking Spot name. I caution anyone against utilizing this partner location. Valet parking was a blatant lie. We parked ourselves, which we didn't mind to do. My primary complaint here was that we were still made to leave our keys with them, despite self parking. When they opened their storage location for the keys, it was a random desk drawer full of keys and no organization of them. When we were checking in, it was a disorganized mess. One woman did her best to check everyone in, the other 3 guys behind her were doing nothing. After checking in, we were told to get into a sprinter van, wholly unmarked aside from a sheet of printer paper taped to the inside of the window. It took over 45 minutes for us to get to the airport, with no traffic whatsoever. Thankfully, we weren't in any kind of time crunch. After landing back at the airport, when trying to get a pick up shuttle, it took an hour and multiple calls for the shuttle to arrive. This time, it was at least a proper shuttle with Hampton Inn marked on it. I saw shuttles for the Comfort Inn, ParkNBoston, PreFlightPark, and more pass upwards of 8 times before the Hampton Inn shuttle arrived. When went to pick up our keys, it took the guy at the desk 10 minutes of sifting through keys to find ours. Even went as far as dumping out a box of them. Overall, due to a lack of organization, totally unfriendly staff, and a total lack of urgency getting people to and from the airport, we will absolutely not be utilizing this location again. The price was favorable, but at the extreme cost of comfort and time. read more

I have use the way app to park here at Hampton Inn numerous times in the past. The last time I parked here they moved my vehicle for no reason I asked the parking attendant if it was ok to park where I parked he said that was a good place to park. Came back to find my car moved a damage to the front fender. I told the parking attendant he gave me an email address to handle my damages the 1st email they asked me for pictures and estimate to repair my vehicle damages came to 2600 and change to make a long story short they refuse to pay for my damages. The people at select the owner and his daughter will give you no help buyer beware this is a lousy organization. I wouldn't park my bicycle there. They will be hearing from my attorney. read more

This was the worst travel decision I have ever made. The shuttle to and from the airport was horrible. The shuttle ran behind when it was bringing us to the airport even though it was stated that it ran on an every half an hour schedule. Making it a challenge getting to our flight on time. We called after we got back from our flight to see when the shuttle would arrive to pick us up. The staff was extremely rude. Did not give us a time frame for pick up. We waited for over an hour outside the airport waiting for a shuttle. Tried to call Staff back multiple times to see how long the wait time would be and they did not bother to answer the phone. Sent a text message to them and all we received was a message saying that they would be there shortly. Highly recommend using any other parking service in the area besides this one. read more

Completely horrible experience, look anywhere else. Dropoff was easy enough and the shuttle to the airport was okay, but everything else was horrendous. When we got back into Boston I called the number for the shuttle back. We waited about 30-45 minutes for the shuttle to come around, and then the ride back the the hotel was nauseating. The driver the of the shuttle sure did love his breaks, and I thought we were going to get into three different wrecks. When we finally made it back to the hotel i went up to the desk to get my key and go home. The attendant said they would get my car in a couple minutes for me. 30 minutes went by and I still had no car. I checked the parking lot and found that my car was not where I left it. I asked the attendant what was taking so long and he stated traffic. It turns out they drive cars onto the public road, two towns over into East Boston. I could've understood it if they needed to move it to a different spot at the hotel, but bringing it two towns over is absolutely ridiculous and a complete lie on the listing, since they make you believe it is going to be at the hotel for the duration of your trip. Overall it took over 45 minutes just for them to bring my car back. The entire duration from the shuttle and getting my car back took over an hour and a half. I tried my best to be polite and asked for an email or contact for a manager, and they gave me an email which I'm sure is completely fake since I have not heard back from them. We will absolutely never use this place again and I recommend you do the same. read more

A mixed bag. The parking is inexpensive and convenient to Logan Airport. HOWEVER, the shuttle is NOT as advertised. When I booked through Spot Hero, the app clearly indicated that the shuttle pick up at Logan was "24/7 on demand." Just call and voila! the shuttle comes and picks you up. HOWEVER, after my flight was delayed two hours and arrived at 1:45am, I called the shuttle at 2:05am to be picked up. I was told sorry, no shuttle from 2-3am. What?! When I complained to the guy, I was told, sorry, we only deal with the parking; if you have a problem with the shuttle, call the hotel--they contract out for that. Passing the buck big time. I had to call Uber and the 3 mile ride back to my car cost $60, which increased the cost of my parking (for 8 days) by 50%. Let the buyer beware. Read the other reviews before booking. I am not a voice in the wilderness. read more

Don't even think about investigating the possibility of parking here for a trip out of Logan. I am a big fan of Hampton Inns and am a diamond member, but the company that is running the parking at this location is beyond horrible. I was investigating, on Way.com Airport Parking's website, the possibility of parking here. I concluded it was too expensive, never finalized the reservation, and never got any sort of confirmation or I would have cancelled it. You can imagine my surprise when a charge appeared on my credit card for not just the original quote but for three times that amount. You can imagine my further surprise when the company refused to credit my card for the erroneous charges. Either their website is faulty or it is downright theft. Very bad service. Supposedly valet but we ended up self parking, which in retrospect was probably a good thing. The shuttle to the airport was okay. We were informed to call the number on the back of our parking ticket when we return and the shuttle will pick us up at our terminal. We called maybe 4 or 5 times no one picked up. Finally got the number to the hotel, FYI they are separate from select but they informed us to go to Terminal B, about 1/2 mile from our terminal. Made the walk waited again, texted them. Nothing no response. After an hour of this ordeal we ended up calling an Uber to get to our car. Don't use them, if you do catch an Uber back to the parking lot. They are very disorganized and dont seem to care read more

I have used all the other shuttle services and this is the one we will not use in the future. We had 6 Pre-Flight buses pass us waiting for one of these buses. Although reasonable for day/long term rates it was not worth the inconvenience. Additionally, my car was moved. Side and rear view mirrors changed from their typical positions and the car had an odor. Curious if someone took my car for a joy ride otherwise how would it acquire a smell definitely not an origin from the owner. read more

Great parking option for Logan airport. Excellent price and free shuttle 24 hour shuttle. There is a nice bathroom in the hotel lobby with free feminine hygiene product, and stalls with solid walls so that women can't see each other through the cracks, which is a good thing, except there's no light in the stalls so you're basically paying in the dark. read more

Not sure who is at fault, but word to the wise - confirm your return date BEFORE you leave. I parked here for 3 days and everything was initially fine - the driver was super nice, check-in was a breeze, and pickup was prompt and easy to understand. Upon arrival back to the hotel, they could not find my key or car. After searching for awhile they realized that they moved my car to another lot because their information indicated I would returning over a week later. They blamed it on the third party company (who I've used probably a dozen times without an incident.) I was a little taken aback by how nonchalant they were about everything to be honest. A perfect example of one person ruining something for everyone. Everyone I met was very friendly and polite provided great service except Frank the bus driver. When I made my parking reservations, the website said that due to Covid restrictions, they were only transporting four people at a time. I was delighted by this, noting their conscientiousness, and immediately paid my hefty charges. The trip out to Logan was upsetting. The parking supervisor at the hotel, a large older man, made a comment to me that I should "smile," when, from behind my mask, I asked why they were continuing to load passengers beyond four, then six, then eight... I said that the website reassured customers that the passenger limit was four. He said gruffly, "Yeah? Well we'll put TWENTY-FOUR if they come. In fact, we'll have them all standing up." I was horrified. On my way back, there was one vacant seat on the vehicle, and the driver stopped to add four more adults and an infant. There were no seats for them!! That meant no seatbelts. None of the riders wore masks on the tiny shuttle and if anyone gets Covid because of this, a lawsuit would make sense. read more
