I had a 3:00 AM pick up for an early morning flight out of Logan. Plaza Limo sent me a text telling me they were on the way and showed up a few minutes early, which was great. When I arrived Back from my trip when I stepped off my flight I had a text from my driver letting me know he was there waiting for me. In the past I've had problems with limos not being timely! Disappointing experience with Plaza Limousine. We hired them so we did not have to install car seats on a recent trip and they failed to install seats correctly on the trip to Logan. On the return trip, they brought the wrong type of seat for my toddler. When I spoke with a sales representative, they offered me a $50 refund for a future ride rather than any refund of the completed trip. When asked about why , they stated that the car seats are complimentary and they cannot be held responsible for their correct installation. I specifically asked for the seats to be installed, if there is a "hold harmless" clause, they should have been upfront about that... read more

***A+ service -- 5/5 stars does not due their service justice, they do so much more! *** I used Plaza Limousine service on 11/1/2014 for a ride from Logan International Airport to my home in Tewksbury, MA. I was returning from overseas after 30 days of military duty. The service they provided is second to none!! I have used many other driving services, van services, and limousine services in the Boston area and none of these come close to Plaza Limousine!! This was the first time I've used them, but after this time I will never use anyone else besides Plaza!! I arrived late to Logan (around 10:30 PM) at Terminal E. I walked outside with my bags to the 'Limo waiting lot' and my driver Rick was waiting for me with a sign with my name on it. He greeted me and helped me with my bags and walked me to the car. The vehicle was a black town-car/sedan vehicle that was spotless. Rick put both of my very heavy bags in the car for me. I sat in the vehicle and the interior was incredibly clean! There were mints, bottled waters, and courtesy cellphone that I was welcome to use. Rick asked me what type of music I wanted to listen to, but I just wanted the radio off. He even asked if I was hungry, and he would be happy to stop at a restaurant so I could get something to eat. I had been traveling for close to 24 hours so I really just wanted to get home so I declined to stop for food. Rick programmed my address into his GPS and we were on our way! Rick and I conversed on the way and asked me about my duty. Like myself, Rick was a Navy veteran as well and we exchanged Navy stories. Embedded in conversation, the 25 minute ride whizzed by like it was 10 minutes. When we arrived at my house, Rick helped me with my bags and waited to ensure I got into my house okay. Rick thanked me for my service and we parted ways. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the service and convenience that Rick and his company provided. I recently used Plaza Limousine to celebrate my sons Birthday. Everyone I dealt with from the start (Lauren )with all the arrangements to finish our driver (Allen )was perfect! I used Plaza Limousine service for a group of 21 visitors from China traveling from Boston to Manhattan on 2/28/17. I requested an quote via Yelp on a late night (~11:30PM) and got the reply from their owner in a few minutes. I confirmed the reservation the next day. On the day of departure, the driver arrived ~15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. The executive coach was luxury and clean. The driver was courteous and helped with loading 30+ pieces of luggage at Boston and unloading them at Manhattan. The visitors were very happy with their services. Later I contacted them to get an invoice for reimbursement. It is a bit surprising to me that their website offers live chat, which is commonly seen only at big companies like Dell and Citi Credit Cards. The communication with the live chat representative was smooth and effective. There were a few minor issues in the first invoice that I received. After I pointed them out, she contacted their accounting department and fixed them in a few minutes. Overall, I am very impressed by and highly recommend their services. read more
