I booked a limo ride for a short 15 - 20 minute pickup and drop off from a house to wedding venue…read more I booked the reservation online with all the info. It never officially gave me a price for the ride but I figured it couldn't be too crazy and said that the quote was pending. Only to find out they charged me $1,008 for a 20 minute limo ride saying there is a 4 hour minimum. I called the company to see if there was any way they could take some off since that was nowhere on the online booking and we only used them for 20 minutes. They said no and hung up. Very upsetting. Not to mention the 20 minutes that we did use the limo for, the music and sound didn't work so we sat in silence most of the trip. Overall not a great experience and now I'm out $1000 for a lousy 20 minute limo ride. Would not recommend this company.

Even the reservation process was simple, easy, and efficient (they will send you an e-mail when your driver arrives!). We ordered two vehicles (one limousine and one Chrysler 300 sedan) for a family funeral and our drivers Hans and Roger were beyond wonderful. The cars were pristine, they showed up earlier than on time, and the drivers were unbelievably personal/friendly. Their presence and high class service certainly made life easier for us on a day that was already difficult to begin with. This will certainly be the chaffeur company we use from now on in both our personal and business lives. We are not strangers to using livery services and there is something to be said for the personal service we received from Boston Chaffeur; not like the big guys (who we won't mention here). Hans and Roger, I hope you get to read this someday so you can feel proud of your fine work. Keep up the amazing service as this is what the city of Boston needs.

Alliance Car Service generously provided 2 gift certificates for their amazing service. I have…read morepersonally used the service for travel out of Logan Airport. The level of service is an outstanding professional level that is hard to find these days. The dedicated pick up and drop off at Logan Airport, along with the extremely clean and spacious vehicle, made us feel valued. One thing that is very rare these days. I found out about the service through a local Veterans Organization. Run For the Troops. As a Member of the Board, I was very pleased by the generous donation that they made. I have attached the letter below as an example of an old school feeling of making the customer feel important, respected and highly valuable. You are not a number; you are a valued customer. Run for the Troops December 15, 2025 Dear Hicham, On behalf of Run for the Troops and the veterans and military families we serve, I want to extend our deepest gratitude for your generous donation of Two - $250 Gift Certificates to our Silent Auction at our 14th Annual Pre-Race Dinner & Silent Auction on November 7, 2025. Your support means far more than the value of the item itself--it is a powerful statement that our community stands firmly behind those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom. Because of caring partners like you, we are able to continue life-changing programs such as adaptive bicycles, therapeutic equestrian experiences, golf clinics, cornhole tournaments, and community events that bring joy, healing, and connection to our nation's heroes. Since 2010, together with supporters like you, we have raised over $750,000, provided 12 adaptive bicycles, distributed more than 50 handmade patriotic memory quilts, and welcomed thousands of runners, walkers, and dinner guests who all share the same goal: honoring and uplifting our veterans when government resources fall short. One veteran who received an adaptive bicycle said it best: "It means the world to me. Seeing the life-changing gift of a cycle is immediate. Seeing how it changes a veteran's life can never be described by words alone." -- SGM Kevin Bittenbender Your donation helped make moments like these possible again this year, and every bid placed in our silent auction is a direct reflection of the respect and gratitude our community has for our veterans. Thank you once again for standing with us. We hope you'll join us at next year's Run for the Troops 5K and other events so you can see firsthand the difference partners like you make every day. With sincere appreciation, Diana Kiesel Volunteer Run for the Troops
