Shuttle drivers are always courteous and helpful with bags. It's so nice that as you're exiting your car, they come over and take your luggage and load onto the shuttle. This is the first time I've done the pre-pay option, so I am looking forward to scanning and exiting a little quicker on my return. I always use Park Shuttle & Fly when I travel as it's a very seamless drop off and pick up and takes the hassle out of Central Parking. I highly recommend. read more

Overall great service. My only dissappointment is that the car detailing service, which I have used a couple of times, has gotten very expensive and doesn't even cover simple things, like cleaning out cup holders. Sad. Also, their website is a bit wonky, but they do have a "freq flyers" program that gives you a free day every now and then. Transfer buses are very prompt, never waited more then 5 min. Wow! Exemplary service - perfect for the anxious traveler. We drove up, got out of our car, got on the shuttle and arrived at the airport within five minutes. We pre-paid with the understanding we could always cancel/change our reservation with no penalty! Update 10/27/19 We've now used this service several times. Left my car here 5 nights last week. The staff is great from the moment you drive in. They directed me to my parking spot and assisted me with my baggage. The driver was very pleasant taking us to the airport. When we arrived back we called for pickup and a driver was there within 5 minutes after our call. I usually avoid these places that park my vehicle and for good reason. They parked my vehicle down a narrow corridor directly adjacent to some type of short concrete pole that restricted my turn, resulting in damage to my door as I tried to turn out of the spot. The pole could not even be seen from inside the vehicle. They had clear knowledge of the difficulty of parking in this spot as indicated in the manner it was parked and the reason they didn't pull it up themselves and knowingly set up this damage. I was told to call the manager in the morning. When I called to discuss the damages the manager was ruder than their man on the phone who I spoke with for the shuttle. I wasn't sure that was even possible. Bottom line, they knowingly parked my vehicle in a manner that made the likelihood of damage very probable and then claim no responsibility at all. Read the other fine reviews and you will see the crass behavior of this jerk to be common with customers. I see there are other reviews in which he refuses to admit they damaged vehicles. read more

First time flying out of Boston. Live in CT and fly out of Bradley. The park and fly services there are great. The properties are nice, they warm or cool you car (depending on time of year) and bring it to you. This place? None of that. Before I even get to the lack of service, I want to focus on the driver. I understand that Boston drivers are maniacs, but this lunatic scared the living daylights out of my family. The short drive from the terminal to the lot was a living hell! He drove 75-80 on a two lane highway. My wife slumped to the floor and almost passed out because she was so petrified. When we finally arrived at the lot, the morons couldn't find our car. I had to get out, walk around in 85 degree heat and look for it. Next flight out of Boston, I will pay the extra and park ON SITE at the terminal. read more

Easy Access, Affordable, Happy they have a Rewards program. They also have cleaning/detailing services there. I travel often for work and take where I leave my MB E350 seriously. I have never had any issues in the 10 years I have been parking here. 1 suggestion for improvement - Use more Vans for Pick Ups. Big shout out to Angelo at Park Shuttle & Fly!! My flight from Wisconsin was delayed for hours and I got back to my car at 1:40 AM with no gloves and pretty tired. Angelo had already started my car then come to pick me up at the airport and then brushed it all off for me when we got here. What an angel - o! I love all the people at this place. The drivers are always courteous and go the extra mile, but the people on the phone/dispatch are so rude. I called telling them I was at the gate and waited 30 minutes for the shuttle. I understood that there was traffic and it was really busy at the airport so I called the company asking for a time estimate of when it would be here. Immediately after saying I waited 30 minutes and was just asking for a time estimate, he says "oh actually you've been waiting 20 minutes" with a big attitude when all I was asking for is the time estimate. There was no reason to correct me or give me attitude if I spoke to you in a respective manner when I was just asking for an update. read more

This was the smoothest drop off and pickup I have ever had. We were contemplating taking a scheduled bus or parking at Logan. We decided to drive and park at Park Shuttle & Fly as it was just a few dollars more. When we pulled up to drop off the vehicle, the van was waiting and took us directly to the terminal without waiting for a full van. My daughter and I used Park Shuttle & Fly for the first time when we had to make an emergency trip out of Logan and didn't have anyone who could take us to the airport on short notice. I'm really not a fan of handing over my keys and having someone else drive my car so I was a little nervous. Happy to report we had a very positive experience. I made a reservation online and drop off early the next morning was quick and easy. I pulled up to the entrance and they had already pulled up my reservation. The shuttle bus was right there, we boarded and were off to the airport. When we had to extend our trip, rather than trying to figure out if I could do it online, I placed a quick call and that was handled efficiently. When we returned to Logan late at night, we called for the shuttle and waited less than 5 minutes before it arrived. My car was pulled out and waiting when we arrived back at the lot and the shuttle dropped us right at the car. Checkout at the booth was seamless. The booth attendant was lovely and he shared info about the rewards program with me when I told him about our great experience. Honestly, everyone we dealt with was efficient, respectful, and did a great job. We will use Park Shuttle & Fly in the future. read more

Park at your own risk! I hate to be writing this as I've been a loyal customer of PSW Boston for years now in an effort to support local business but the "service" has gone so far downhill that I think our relationship is over. Late last night I arrived after a 1 day trip (meaning I dropped my car off AFTER the big snow storm here). When I was dropped off at my car it was wedged into a spot that was never cleaned out so the person parking it had to drive OVER a bunch of snow to cram my car in there. Not only that but it was wedged in so close to the cars on either side of it that I literally could not get to my front door without rubbing on both side of my body shimming sideways (I'm not a heavy guy btw, hehe.) After finally managing to get into my car with a lot of effort I started it and backed it out. The first thing I noticed is that the setting for 4wd was turned on (which is was not when I left it). I then went to drive out and my "low tire pressure" light was on. I got out of my car and had a dead flat tire (I should mention my car is BRAND NEW with brand new tires on it). I was very upset at this point. By my conclusion the person that parked my car not only had to make extreme effort to get my car over the snow and pushed into the bank but also popped one of my tires in the process. After spending the better part of 1/2hr changing my tire I pulled up to the window looking to file a complaint as a (loyal) customer. When asked about this situation I was berated, insulted and borderline yelled at by the (gentle)man in the window. When I brought up what happened, instead of being a customer service person and working with me towards a resolution, he BLAMED me, proceeded to scold me in a condescending and arrogant manor and would not even let me reply to have an adult discussion with him (picture one of those people that starts to talk "at" you and when you try to reply, he then continues to talk over you and louder to try and establish dominance, yeah, that's him). In the end, I simply explained to him that "if he's not willing to treat me as a customer and provide some real customer service then my only recourse is to take my business elsewhere. I also told him that a lack of loyalty will eventually impact him but hey, he got my $33.00 today so congratulations and have a nice day." I'm VERY disappointed and will be checking out Pre-Flight and other options going forward. Park, Shuttle and Fly was a Boston staple to me and I enjoyed being loyal to a local business but I just can't keep taking all the risk and then get treated in the "how dare you question me" manor from someone I'm paying money to for a service. Proceed with caution as the quality of employee and service here is long gone. read more

Usually, these are my go-to guys for parking at Logan. When leaving on a trip, you drop your car, leave the key, they park it for you, and they drive you -- usually without any real wait -- to the airport. Usually, when coming back from a trip, I call while getting off the plane, and a van is waiting outside to take me to my car. Over the weekend, I was a bit disappointed with the pick-up service. I made my usual call, then went outside to see a Park Shuttle & Fly van leaving. I figured that another one would be on its way shortly. Fifteen minutes later... no shuttle. I called, and they said they would send another shuttle... which came after about another 10 minutes. So, this means that the original guy didn't see me, and he made a decision to leave and not come back. When I got into the shuttle, I asked why there was such a long wait. The driver told me it was because of traffic. On a Saturday. At 2pm. With no cars on the road. Yeah. When paying, I asked why there was such a long wait. The guy in the booth told me he had no idea and mumbled an apology. I told him that if I hadn't called a second time, I thought I wouldn't have been picked up. He told me I was right. Wow. Meanwhile, while I was waiting, six (six!) Pre-Flight Parking shuttles went by. Usually, they're great, but I might need to try someone new. By the way -- show your AAA card for a discount, or print a coupon from their website. read more

They're open 24/7, so a very convenient option when catching an early morning flight out of Logan. We arrived around 4:30 AM, had no issues finding a spot. The van came immediately to greet us and transport us to the airport. The arrival was similar, after putting out a call once we received our baggage. Quick Tip: make sure to bring any printed coupons with you upon arrival, as they ask for them when you get there and stamp your card accordingly. read more

Well it started out good parked and walked onto the shuttle. Waited 15 minutes for shuttle, not like their promotional video! When I returned my car was parked in and I had to wait for the guy to go get the keys. When I started my car the battery had been run down. They apparently like to leave keys in the ignition and that leaves the lights on in my car. They were really nice and gave me a jump. I am going back to my old rule, you park the car and take the keys with you, that's it. These guys do have a convenient location right on 1a it could be perfect. But its hard to be cheaper than the airport and provide customer service. read more

I've used Park Shuttle & Fly consistently over the past 15 years. Their service has been excellent. As a woman traveling alone, I especially appreciate how the shuttle drivers wait for me to get in my car if the drop-off in their lot is after dark. The drivers always help with the luggage into and out of the van and often into and out of the car trunk as well. I was surprised to see the bad reviews, as this has not been my experience at all. I travel 2-3 times each month on business and always park at Park Shuttle & Fly. My car was there for 3 days last week and will be for 3 days again this week. I don't use the detailing service, so can't comment on that. Payment has only been over the estimate when I come back later than expected. In my experience, most parking services charge extra for extra hours or days. read more

This is a horrible place. The person on the phone was very rude. When we called each time a different person answered and they had no idea what we needed. We had to wait for a shuttle back to the lot for twenty minutes while shuttles from preflight parking passed 3 TIMES. We asked prefilght's driver if that was the bus we were supposed to go on. He was very nice saying that it was in fact not our bus but also wished us luck getting to our car. And when we got there the driver didn't even know where our car was! We were driving around for ten minutes trying to find it. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. GO TO PREFLIGHT OR ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

The worst. Frequently long waits at airport for shuttle, many times missing change, almost always move my seat, but most recently was the final straw. I returned from a long trip and my car was blocked in, even though I had a reservation and they knew my exact travel plans. After waiting 10 minutes, I called into the gate house and was told I would have to wait. After about another 10 minutes, the manager came out and told me I need to have some patience. We had words. When they finally found the keys of the car blocking me in, they moved it and i checked out. During check out there was no apology, no effort to make it right. Awful customer service! Rude general manager. My car was damaged while parked April 27 to April 31. A Lexus with 34,000 miles on it, garaged it's entire life and in perfect condition. Got back to it at midnight after flight delays and the rear view mirror was hanging by the electric wire. Do you know how hard it is to drive 5 hours with a rear view mirror swinging around? Not to mention illegal. What choice did I have? They have no on-site mechanic. They have no on-site management at midnight. They tell me call the general manager in the morning and he will instruct me as to how they will pay for the damage. So I called this morning and the general manager states it's mechanical and they are not responsible. I say someone from their valet service yanked on it HARD and pulled it off. It is not a manual adjust rear view mirror! It was in perfect condition when I dropped it at their valet service. There may be two good things about this business: proximity to the airport, frequency of the shuttle. But it is expensive $100 for 2.5 nights. And the front office and general manager are RUDE and not willing to take responsibility for their mistake! My Lexus dealer said this rarely happens, especially at this low mileage, unless it's been pulled off. So Park Shuttle & Fly, pull on this....middle finger! read more

The shuttle to and from the airport is prompt, the drivers are friendly, and they take great care of my car. What I really like about this lot is that you leave your parking space and can be at the airport in five minutes. We have used Park, Shuttle, and Fly for years and have been very pleased with the service!! We just came back today from Florida and I questioned the attendant about my bill. I thought when I applied my points my bill would have been cheaper? He was very nice and tried to explained something about my bill, but I said I would check my email booking when I get home. I did bring up the booking and they were 100% correct. I made a mistake of putting 4:30 AM..instead of 4:30 PM which is when I was arriving!! So I was the person who made the error...not them. This place is listed as a high profile vehicle parking lot. Arrived at 4AM, snowing sideways, 1.5 hour till my flight and the prick that was working there told me we had to pay double. I explained that our van was no longer then a regular SUV it was just taller than a SUV. Screaming at me we are "not forced" but if we want to park there we have to pay double the rate. There was zero height restrictions in an open parking lot. Absurd. I would not recommend this parking lot to anyone. The man offered no solutions and just said "sorry sounds like a problem you have to deal with now". I wish I had a picture of this person working he was so unbelievably nasty. read more
