So. Glad. That. I. Did. We were picked up on time (the driver was 15 minutes early and patiently waited outside) and our driver was amazing. SO nice/polite, helped with all of our bags (5 girls on vacation = heavy luggage) and drove us without incident. The car was very nice and super clean. Given that the owner had posted a reasonable explanation and the other three reviews were positive, however, I decided to give them a chance. I'm glad I did. The driver showed up on time for pickup and was courteous and friendly. He was waiting in the cell phone lot when my daughter returned and was there to pick her up within 10-15 minutes of her calling. The price was reasonable and I will definitely be using them again. UPDATE: I've used them on three separate occasion now and have no complaints.

Our driver, Eric, was professional, friendly, courteous and most important of all an excellent driver. Everything was super prompt. The SUV was brand new and extremely comfortable, Eric even said the rear seats recline. Complimentary water available. There are a lot of little things to be thankful for with this service in addition to the free water, for example, each time we exited the car Eric checked the rear seats just to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. When we left for the airport he also politely mentioned we would take a minute to check and asked us to just make sure we had everything we need (passport, wallet, keys etc) which I thought was a very professional and thoughtful gesture. This service is slightly expensive but you're receiving 10-star, high end livery service. If we ever need to request a car service again in the future, we will book without any hesitation. My family has used this service for probably 20 years. They were recently bought out by a larger…read morecompany and what used to be nice reliable service has become terrible. The last three rides I have had with them have been unsatisfactory. One was over 45 minutes late to pick me up to catch a flight to go to the airport with no apology or compensation from the company whatsoever, they have a call center that is somewhere , managed by people who don't really care whether you get your flight on time or not and seem to have no control over scheduling or fixing a problem. The second trip from the airport, my flight arrived, and I had received a text while I was still on the plane that they had forgotten about my reservation( made at least a couple of weeks in advance) that I needed to call them (!). They get the flight info so they know when you land. The driver was great and texted me, but apparently they had run out of cars , so he had to come pick me up in a school bus! Again he was quite late getting there. My most recent ride was with a driver that I have had multiple times he is unwilling to make any conversation and was really sick, coughing excessively, opening medication while he was driving and wearing no mask! Even after I explained to him that I'm going to see an elderly relative recovering from cancer treatment he didn't make any effort to be more considerate. I don't like writing public reviews like this, but considering the cost of this service and how polite and elegant it used to be, I would say you're much better off getting an Uber or a Lyft.

Careful with these clowns. We had some good experiences previously but god forbid you have to…read morecontact them to change plans when flight chaos ensues during COVID. They will claim you didn't leave them 6 voicemails to the number they never pick up on or send them a half dozen emails to the email address listed on their site that they apparently never check asking them to cancel.   These are not last minute changes - these are REPEATED emails and voicemails a FULL WEEK in advance of the trip in question. The funniest thing about this experience is that they never came to pick us up for the trip TO the airport for the trip we canceled (Correctly, because we had called and emailed them cancelling it) but they f**ed up their internal communications and somehow still drove to the airport to pick us up from our phantom trip that never happened.   So the natural question that we asked them when they charged us for this was how it was possible for them to know not to come take us to the airport if they never received our cancellation notice. The guy answering the phone apparently couldn't wrap his head around how this didn't make any sense and told us to F off.   Long story short, be prepared to file a chargeback with your credit card company against these d-bags, as that is what we will be doing. We gave them multiple opportunities to correct this and they were absolute d*cks about it every single time. This was even more disappointing and puzzling considering we were repeat customers. You're better off taking an Uber. Stay away.
