Our only constructive feedback is regarding timeline guidance. Since our wedding fell on the Friday evening before a holiday weekend, our driver arrived 5 minutes late for the first shuttle run, and heavy traffic ultimately caused our ceremony to start late. As clients planning a major event, we would have really appreciated extra guidance from the team during booking--such as a heads-up to factor local holiday traffic and ceremony timing into our overall schedule. They promised us a 4:30 arrival and Stanley texted at 4:00 stating he was arriving at 4:15. He was there at the exact minute he promised. We had the Mercedes Sprinter van. Originally, we had the stretch Limousine, but due to a mechanical issue, it was unavailable, so Patriot upgraded us to the Sprinter which is a larger vehicle and an incredibly comfortable ride. Most importantly, they upgraded us at zero additional cost. Inside the Sprinter was new and immaculate. We synched the stereo easily to my phone via BlueTooth and played our music the entire ride. When it came time to leave our event, I texted Stanley when we wanted to be picked up and he was there exactly on time. After the precision pickup, I never had any concerns. We had an amazing night and the flawless transportation was the icing on the cake. A big thanks to the team at Patriot especially our professional, courteous, punctual driver, Stanley.
