I'd been monitoring the mpg very closely and had a couple thousand miles of history on both A and B trip counters. When I started the truck upon returning (1 week) I noticing on the dash right away that the mileage was down to 17 !!?? It had been at 22 for the entire last month !! When I looked at the trip(s) they had both been reset and had a few miles on them. Note for future users of this lot: Check your main odometer when drop off !!! Take a pic of it ! I didn't and regret it. I have no real proof. One last note. Its not straightforward to reset those mileage trips with the multiple level of menus so something was very fishy. I was so disappointed and frankly pissed driving home !! Be careful ! Oh.... the 2 stars was for the shuttle. It was fine both drop-off and pickup. And yes to other reviewers that the disorganization is ridiculous!! This outfit is run by idiots !

Recently we returned from holiday travel and found great comfort knowing Rides By Joanne was there waiting for us in a CLEAN and SAFE car to bring us home. Contrast this with our most recent Uber ride where a cloud of pot smoke escaped from the trunk while we were opening it to place our luggage. Or the time before that where the Uber driver wandered all over the road. Or the time before that where the car was a mess. So while there is a place for Uber, life is too short for such disgusting experiences. Go with Rides By Joanne and your experience will be as enjoyable as is anything else in your life that you intentionally make optimizing decisions upon.

Getting there on the T would have required shuttle to the airport, airport to the Blue Line, Blue Line to commuter rail, bus from commuter rail, and STILL involve a mile walk. I'm sitting in a foyer and can see the driver starting to call, presumably the hotel to let me know he's there. (Five minutes early, happily.) He got me to the church in good time and at a reasonable rate for a several mile ride, and made sure that I had a business card in case I needed a cab ride back.
