They texted me a polite reminder they were coming that morning, were on time, and notified me of their arrival promptly. The vehicle was impeccably clean, and even had bottled water available if I wanted it! The most courteous driver you could hope for; we had a most pleasant chat to the airport - and despite heavy traffic, and construction blocks - he knew exactly how to get around them without stress. He shared with me that the cab drivers own their vehicles and are responsible for them, which impressed me because it shows their commitment to 'old-fashioned' quality service. I use car services multiple times a week, professionally and personally, happy to pay the premium for the "luxury ". There are two main issues. First - I believed I was booking a ride to the airport (which I used Boston Coach for a month prior and cost me $200, same exact ride I kid you not) instead this time, they charged me for a 3 hour minimum, without communicating this to me. So instead I was charged over $400 for an hour ride that was half that price a month before, completely unethical. Second - when I called to ask about my bill, my customer service representative was so rude, contentious and condescending. I am in utter disbelief as I write this. And to top all of it off they charged me a Covid fee!!!!!! What a horrible experience, I have never had a worse experience as a CUSTOMER.... My driver was very nice and was tipped generously.
