Great Experience! Great communication and they made sure we were not just on- time, but early. I highly recommend.

Excellent service. They were much lower priced than other area vendors whom I contacted and I appreciated their flat rate and being able to prepay, including a tip. They texted me a polite reminder they were coming that morning, were on time, and notified me of their arrival promptly. The vehicle was impeccably clean, and even had bottled water available if I wanted it! The most courteous driver you could hope for; we had a most pleasant chat to the airport - and despite heavy traffic, and construction blocks - he knew exactly how to get around them without stress. He shared with me that the cab drivers own their vehicles and are responsible for them, which impressed me because it shows their commitment to 'old-fashioned' quality service. I 100% recommend them, and will use them again in the future. read more

I had a very pleasant trip from Somerville to Williamstown. Extremely professional. The driver followed military time... if you're 15 minutes you're on time. Pleasant 3.15 minute trip. If you need a black car service, this is the way to go. read more

Extremely professional service--spotless Tesla and courteous driver who arrived 10 minutes prior to our decided time and politely waited (though I chose to leave a bit early!) You pay a flat rate up front, the advantage of which is that the ride is guaranteed. read more

They've always been a reliable pickup for me - I think always arriving about 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. I use them for airport rides and also some rides into Boston. read more

on time ride to the airport. all went well and will use them again! nice trip to know there is a company I can depend on when I need to make a flight. read more

I made arrangements for a Monday morning pick up at my hotel with drop off at Logan. I requested a 10:30 pick up and was pleasantly surprised when my cab arrived at 10:05. The cab was clean and the ride was safe. I will absolutely use this service the next time I'm in Boston. I highly recommend them. read more

I needed a last-minute, early morning pickup for the airport, and Cabbie's Cab was great. They were easy to schedule, and the pricing was competitive. My driver arrived early, was extremely pleasant and nice, and drove safely. Compared to other cabs and rides I've taken recently for work, these guys were far and away the best. I highly recommend them. read more

This cab service goes above and beyond!!! I had a very last-minute request and they came through with great speed, professionalism, and courtesy. I am so appreciative and will be recommending them to anyone needing a cab service. read more

Always on time, reliable, clean cab, friendly drivers. I live near Harvard Square and use them regularly for trips to Logan. Always arrives early, never late, never cancelled on me. Accommodate schedule changes if flight delayed or cancelled. Highly recommend Cabbie's Cab! Have taken more than 20 trips with them. read more

Hit and miss. The first time I used Cabbies everything was perfect. Prompt service, friendly driver, decent driving. The second time, the driver was rude and pushy about my colleagues not being at the car yet, even though it was before the scheduled pickup time. He was so terse and on-edge that I thought he was actually going to leave before my colleague arrived. Again, this was all before the official pickup time. read more

I booked an early morning pick up (kind of last minute) and it was super easy and really good communication! Great experience and very clean! Definitely recommend! Way better than waiting for an Uber! read more

The service was prompt and commendable. I paid via credit card in advance with a link and tipped the driver. The service was professional and delivered for a very early pick up time to the Boston airport. I would recommend this service. It is important that you respond as soon as possible to their texts when you put in the request (this is a business after all). I would encourage you to be prepared 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled pick up time. We were just coming down when the driver texted that he has arrived. Overall, I was pleased with the service and price for an early morning flight. I did not have to worry about ongoing shortages with Uber and Lyft either. read more

Cabbies Cab has been my go-to service for taxi transportation in North Cambridge. I have used them for the last 5 years and I highly recommend this company. read more

I had an acceptable experience (driver was prompt, we got to the destination on time, etc). But I will echo what others said: I was asked to pay and tip *before* we left my apartment, and I was again and again reminded over text that the price was $ plus a 15% tip. If they want to charge this much as a fixed cost, they should include the 15% in the price, instead of calling it a tip. I will also say that this company is *not* pet friendly. When I was booking over the phone, I mentioned that I had a small dog and asked if he could sit in his carrier in the car. One condition of booking was that I had to agree to keep my dog on the floor. I agreed and then was pestered to make sure that the dog is completely inside the carrier (because otherwise "they'll have to take the car to the cleaners"). I also received a call the day before my ride asking if I could be picked up 15 min earlier because "no one wanted to pick up a dog". I get it. Not everyone likes dogs. But seriously? If you don't want dogs in the car, just decline the booking. That being said, the cab companies in the area are generally bad. So if you are ok with paying up front, and don't mind being treated gruffly, then go for it. read more

I will be calling Cabbie's Cab again! As promised, my driver was in front of my apartment 15 mins early, waiting for my departure time! We had a pleasant chat about Haitian, Jamaican and Barbados accents, he took the shortest route, and I arrived for medical procedure 15 mins early! In sum, I had superb service, a together, competent driver who took the perfect route, and dispatch manager was smart and delivered as promised. For reliable, fair and professional service, I expect the same again. read more

Our driver was very nice and reliable. The driver provided us with hand sanitizer, and took safety measures to help prevent the spread of COVID. I highly recommend. He was early to pick us up which was nice because we were heading to the airport, and the car was very clean and a good temperature. read more

Very professional and friendly service. The driver came few minutes ahead of time and the entire experience was excellent.

My taxi was set to arrive at 7:10 am for a flight from Logan. The cab arrived before 7 am. It was waiting for me , which eased my mind . I appreciate the promptness . Cab was clean and the driver was polite. Would call this cab company again. Thanks Used this cab service today. The driver arrived 15 minutes early. I was phoned and told to take my time going downstairs to meet the driver. The driver was courteous. He drove carefully to the airport. Happy to recommend this taxi service! read more

I have used this service many times, especially to the airport. They are always on time and typically early... this reliability is clearly their top priority. Booking is convenient. They have always had a minivan available when we travel as a family as well. read more

I have tried Cabbie's Cab once so far, and I found it reliable and efficient. Car was large and clean. The only thing I didnt like is how the price is advertised: Cambridge - Airport 35$ (plus tip). Actually while paying by credit card, I was obliged to put a tip of 20% in advance; in other words the real price is 42$ fixed tip include. This is ok for me, as long as the price is shown correctly in a transparent way: in fact if the tip is mandatory and fixed, that is not a tip any more, it is simply part of the tariff, and consequently it should be clearly shown. read more

While my cab to the airport was fine and uneventful, I was quite frustrated by the customer service, which has dissuaded me from wanting to recommend cabbies can to others. I had an early flight so reserved a car for 5:00 AM. At 4:35 (25 minutes early), I received a call from my driver telling me he was outside. When I explained that I appreciated him being early, but that I was still getting ready, as I was expecting to leave at 5, he pushed me to hurry up to meet him as soon as possible. Once I got in the car, quite frustrated due to the poor service at such an early hour, we proceeded to the airport. I arrived on time, but I would recommend that that they do not continue this policy of pestering customers to leave well-before their intended pick up time. Due the poor customer service, I certainly will not be taking the car service again and would strongly urge others to choose an alternative provider as well. read more

The best possible recommendation I can give for this company - I have another early morning flight at the end of this month, and I'm using them again. No question. They provided me an instant quote for last minute car service to Logan. I forgot to order a taxi in advance - no problem! $50 flat rate (Ok, I'm not that worried about traffic at 4:00 am, but that included all the tolls, which is good for me.) They confirmed via text, showed up 15 minutes early, and got me to the airport quickly. The car was clean, and the driver was polite. That's really all I'm looking for from this type of company. A taxi from Logan to my house, in no traffic, is around $40, but it's worth paying a little extra for guaranteed good service - especially after I read the reviews for other places that may or may not decide to show up. I like to know that I'll make my flight. Also, you can book via text message or online, which makes me pretty happy. read more

Finally a reliable cab service! Booked a cab online for my family members to the airport, received a text 15 minutes later. Very easy booking process via text. We originally wanted to be picked up at 5:30 but the earliest available time was 6:00, so we went for that. Guess what? The driver was already at my door before 5:30 and didn't need directions on how to find us as our address is quite misleading. My family members arrived at the airport around 6 in a Honda and they had a very pleasant ride. The driver, as I'm told, was very friendly, helped with the luggage and made small talk during the ride. Will definitely use them again in the future when we need a ride to the airport. Very impressed with their service and punctuality! read more

I had a pleasant experience with Cabbie's Cab. Their online booking service is very easy to use and it is nice to be able to communicate with texting. As other reviews have said, they are VERY punctual. My driver arrived about 20-30 minutes ahead of the time I requested a cab for and he called me when they arrived. I was still in the shower when they called and had to run out to find my phone so that they wouldn't drive away without me. I appreciate that they are early, because being early is MUCH better than being late, but I think it would help if they just texted to say "I am here! Take your time, I'll be here when you are ready." read more

I have used Cabbie's Cab twice for early morning departures from Logan. Both times the booking process was thorough, efficient, and painless. Both times the drivers arrived 10 minutes early and alerted me by text they were out front if I was ready early. Both times I had a pleasant conversation with the driver from Somerville to Logan, with no traffic and no hassle from the company. For the folks who complain about the flat rate price, travel a little around the world and make some comparisons before complaining so much. I travel for a living and Cabbie's rate/service are on par with the best there is out there! I'd be silly not to use them again. Thanks Cabbie's Cab for reducing my stress level at the start of a trip. read more

So here I am: the day before 4th of July, in need of a 6:15am pick-up to the airport for me and my 5 bags. I don't want to risk waiting around refreshing Lyft and Uber until a driver is free for me and ordering a cab from Boston cab companies is out of the question due to my past awful experiences with them... Cabbie's Cab ends up being my solution based on their great Yelp reviews. Even the text messages in messy English freak me out a little, I trust them and accept the $46 rate they offer me (Mission Hill-Logan). However, all the reviews that mention that they're early are true. I'm not saying that it's bad to be early but when your driver arrives at 5:45am instead of 6:15am, it's not necessarily good either... I had literally just rolled out of bed, still had to close one last suitcase and check I had everything with me... And here I am, with my driver calling me 30mns early (!!!) to tell me to come at the door because he just arrived. UGH. I really wish they'd just arrive on time or 5~10mns early MAXIMUM because I kind of had to rush out the door at 5:50am and it wasn't nice. Anyway, the ride to Logan was smooth and the driver helped me carry my bags in and out of the cab onto the sidewalk at the terminal, which is always appreciated. Just fix that "punctuality" problem, pretty please!! read more

Fantastic service!!! I started using Cabbie's Cab based on the reviews here and am very happy I did! I travel frequently to New York from Cambridge and use Cabbie's Cab for my airport rides (often very early morning). The company is very accommodating and easy to book. They are always early and waiting in a nice warm car. I also wanted to mention that I recently was able to jump on an earlier flight home...I had already booked Cabbie's Cab for later that evening. As I was running to my flight, I texted Cabbie's Cab about the change in hopes they would be able to adjust. No problem...I arrived to a text message letting me know they were there, no change in price, happy driver and a warm car waiting for me. Cabbie's Cab is about the customer....making sure the customer is happy. I would give this company six stars if I could!!! read more

I found Cabbie's Cab on yelp, and I am so glad that I did! I made a reservation to be driven to the airport at 7:45am. At 7:30, I got a text message from my cab driver. He let me know that he was waiting outside my apartment, in case I wanted to leave early. He also called around 7:40, as I did not respond to the text (I was running around getting ready). I finally leave my apartment at 7:45 on the dot, and he is sitting right front of the main entrance. This is pretty darn impressive for my busy Cambridge street. He asks if I have a preference for routes, and I tell him that I do not. We end up taking this awesome route that gets us to Logan in much less time than I had budgeted. He manages to avoid rush hour traffic completely. I also want to comment on how nice and clean his car was. It was a Honda Accord, not a normal cab car, and it was impeccably clean inside. Between the pleasant conversation and the comfortable car, the ride was really quite enjoyable. Overall, I can't think of any ways in which I would want to improve this service. I highly recommend it! read more

Great service! I needed an early ride to Logan from the back bay and this service was much nicer than the cabs I haave typically taken. They seem to prefer coordinating the pickup via SMS or email, which was great with me. I get the sense that my nicely conversant driver was the owner. He was a bit early, called me when arrived, helpeded me with my bags, and was pleasant overall. Ill be recommending Cabbie's Cab to my coworkers. read more

Cabbie's Cab was the most professional cab service I have ever experienced....I can't believe I forgot to yelp the 1st time! I just called again to book him for another trip to the airport which at $35 you can't beat! I was impressed that immediately after I booked, I received a confirmation text on my phone. My driver, Rajan was punctual, arriving 10 minutes early. The car was super clean and comfortable and although it was like 5 am- I didn't mind having a conversation with him. He is just a genuinely nice guy...and hi tech I might add. When it came time to pay, he whipped out his IPad and charged my card and sent a confirmation email right then and there. He wished me safe travels and rode away into the sunrise to serve what I am sure will be another satisfied customer. read more

My boyfriend and I rode with Cabbie's Cab from Mass Ave in Cambridge to South Station this afternoon. Couldn't have been better. When I was ordering the car the day before my ride, the dispatcher asked if I had any luggage. I told him I had one large piece of luggage. But what I didn't specify until pickup was that it was actually a huge box with a bicycle inside. (I'd already gotten burned by Flat Rate Cab who tried to send an overpriced S.U.V. instead of a regularly priced car for transporting such a large object.) The driver was hesitant to take on this luggage at first because it was a huge box and his white Honda Accord was brand-new, but I talked him into it and the fit ended up being just right. My boyfriend sat in the front seat and I sat crossed-legged in the back seat. We had a lovely smooth ride with pleasant yet meaningful conversation among the three of us. I'm going to rave about Cabbie's Cab to all of my friends in the Cambridge area! Plus, the driver arrived for pickup over 20 minutes early and notified me through text message. Very convenient. read more

They were not available at 6:15 on a Weds morning...pretty disappointing, but at least they sent a text confirming it.

Reliable in that they showed up at the appropriate time, which is most important, but service was lacking. They made me pay $46 for the 13 minute ride to the airport online the day before, and then gave me a hard time in the morning about the payment. I'd use them again, but only because I've had worse experiences with other companies. read more

Tried Cabbie's Cab after some discouraging rides with Cambridge Cab. Their service was excellent - the driver was on time, drove well and was very pleasant. I would have given it a full 5 stars except that it was the only cab ride to the airport from Porter Square that cost $48 WITHOUT TIP! What?!! Normally I can get to the airport for $30-$35, but this was ridiculous. The driver took me all the way to Fresh Pond Parkway and around, despite my protest that we were going the wrong way. In any event, when we arrived at the airport, I calmly told him that I thought we took a "detour" because I've never paid this much. He told me that rates have recently gone up and that all rides from Harvard are a flat $43. Is this really true? He then knocked off about $6 from the fare, leading me to think that he knew it was a "detour." I still have never taken this long, round-about way to Logan. So, thought I really want to give it a full 5, and on the other end 3 stars for driving me all over town, I'll end up with a 4. I appreciate that he was reasonable, but I wish that I never had to launch such a dispute. read more

This was a ride from Somerville to Logan airport early in the morning at 4:30. The owner Rajan came on time as promised, helped me with my over heavy luggage at my house and at the airport and we had a pleasant conversation too. Overall a pleasant experience. The only tiny negative was the pre-tipping on an already expensive cab ride. A tip is usually given *after* a ride and based on the overall experience. I knew about this before I booked it so I don't complain. The rating decrease is just a complaint about the overall policy of 15% tip in advance itself. I might have well tipped that amount - just not in advance. Overall though, I do recommend Cabbie's Cab. read more

This was great. I have a broken ankle and needed to be taken to a job interview.
