Salesperson was very nice. Sales management and finance a whole different story. We were preapproved through our own bank, but dealership insisted they could get us a better rate. Left a deposit to secure the vehicle. When finance came back with a rate we refused, whole tone changed. Aggressive tactics telling us we had to come in by the end of the day with our own loan funded same day, because they had an all cash buyer waiting. I said no thanks no longer interested on principle and send email confirmation of my deposit refund. Yet to receive notification of refund in process and zero response. Take your business elsewhere. Also, price advertised on CarGurus is less than dealers' actual price. Beware.

I am ASTONISHED with the labor charge for my service. It was done correctly, and I was delayed by…read morea day when my service advisor was out sick (which has no bearing on my review), but the amount that I was charged for labor was simply breathtaking. Breathtaking. The repairs took 6 1/2 hours by one technician (verified by the service manager), and I was billed for 13 at $229/hr (!) for a grand total of $2,975. I had the following repairs: two new 12V batteries, a software update, a coolant flush, and fluid exchanges in the front / rear differentials and transfer case. This work was approved at 8am on a Wednesday and the vehicle was washed and ready by 3pm. When I complained to the manager that I was billed for double the amount of time that the repairs actually took, I was told these bill out at the average time it takes a technician to complete a repair. There were hourly amounts were included in the estimate, but I took it to be just that -- an estimate. However, when scrutinizing the bill, each item was billed out at a boolean hourly quality (1.0, 2.0, 5.0, etc) even if each item took 10 min, or 65 min, or whatever partial hour increments were allotted. In totality, I am simply astonished. This feels incredibly dishonest and by all accounts appears to be padding the bill. Apparently, this mechanic bills out at $500 an hour, which leaves me wondering which law school he went to. This is absurd. I would not recommend Herb Chambers BMW for car repairs, as I feel that their business practices are not honest or honorable.

Only to pay $200 for them to diagnose an issue that the seller already hid from you, and to inform you that the extended warranty doesn't cover it. This place is a circle jerk. Their only remedy to my complaint was to trade the car in later on, but why would I continue doing business with a dealership that has already lied to my face and wasted my time and money? TLDR: Transparency and honesty are nonexistent here, don't waste your time or your money. Even after giving them a chance to save some face and remedy the situation, they dropped the ball hard. If you plan to buy a car here, lube up because you're gonna get f***ed.

The first time I went, I was a little embarrassed; my cars interior was full of leaves and dirt from the winter/spring. This place has a full crew working on the car. The basic full service includes vacuuming and dusting inside, then wash outside, for $37.50! And they are doing a consistently good job, in less than 20 min!
