    I had a 7:00 am appointment (for 2 weeks) for an oil change on my 2018 2dr MINI that I bought in May 2021. This was my first service appointment since purchase. I arrived at 6:50 am and I was the 4th car in line at the Comm Ave center. At 7, when they let us in. I was the first of only 2 MINIs in line. The MINI behind me had work being done that was not routine and it was gone after an hour. My oil change took 2 hours and 45 minutes! The service team offered me no explanation. THEN, having driven 20+ miles away I noticed that whoever had worked on my car forgot to replace the passenger-side floor panel. I pulled over and tried to replace it myself, but clearly there's a trick to it or a tool that is necessary to snap it back into place. I had to drive back to the dealership to have them reinstall it. So my thoughts: (1) If an oil change is going to take almost 3 hours, there should be an explanation and, at the very least, an apology for taking up your time. Maybe even a hefty discount. (2) It's a nice touch to wash and vacuum the car as a courtesy, but maybe next time, make sure you put all the pieces of the car back together. I love my MINI, but I will probably go somewhere else for routine servicing. Between having to get there during morning rush hour traffic, waiting, driving away, driving back, waiting some more, this event ate up half my day. I need to go somewhere that respects my time.

    update: this car buying experience believe it or not got worse. Badis messaged my husband and called me a liar. He claimed he never said the things I claimed he said. I am absolutely floored a car salesman would text MY husband and tell him I was lying and that HE was accommodating. So not only did you have zero interest in helping me from the moment I walked in, treat me like shit, and tell me you thought my husband was a lazy asshole, but then you turn this around on me? im reporting this business to the military base to have it blacklisted. Our military members deserve better. My husband has been deployed overseas for months so I went to Herb Mini to look at a vehicle online my husband found and was interested in. Right now I'm a "single" working mom to 4 kids and don't have a lot of extra time or energy. My husband called the dealership and was assured the vehicle he was interested in, and one other was there for me to see so l didn't have to find someone to watch my kids and drive to Boston for nothing. When I got there I was introduced to Badis. I don't know if it's because I'm female or what, but he was rude and degrading for the entire experience. Badis claimed he didn't have the vehicles to show me. I said my husband called and they told him you guys DO have the vehicles. He's like you want to see the vehicles? (Insert annoyed tone) I'm like yeah, I didn't drive all the way here for nothing. So he begrudgingly took me to the garage to show me a vehicle claiming the other one wasn't there to see. I FaceTimed my husband to show him the car. Only because my husband was really interested did I stick around. During the time he showed me the car, he rudely told me my trade in wasn't worth what I wanted for it, that I was at a quote luxury dealership, that he didn't need my business because the car is popular and would sell quickly, and that my car would sit on the lot for 2 years before it sold. Again, only because my husband is serving overseas for our country, and I felt like he deserved the vehicle he wanted, did I stick around. The icing on the cake was when Badis said I should come in with my husband the following week, and I reminded him if he wanted to deal with my husband it would have to wait until November when he got home from deployment did he finally grasp the fact that I wasn't there for myself. He said, oh I thought your husband wanted the car and was just a lazy asshole who went to the gym and sent his wife to take pictures for him. I will never refer anyone to this dealership, EVER. They are supposed to meet me with the car today or tomorrow. "

    This is a long overdue review of Scott. My wife and I have used Scott twice to replace her cars,…read moreand both times he delivered and surpassed our expectations. We were introduced to Scott by a colleague of mine who also used him and was happy with him. And we remain grateful for that introduction. Looking back, I can see that we continued using Scott for 4 primary reasons: 1- We trust him 2- We value his expertise 3- We enjoy working with him 4- We don't have time to handle getting new cars ourselves. We first used Scott in 2021. After reviewing what my wife wanted in her X5, he rightly advised that we go with a custom build. Scott handled everything from the negotiation of the deal to placing the order to finalizing the documents which we simply DocuSigned before the car was delivered to our home. Throughout the process, Scott tracked the progress of the car build and kept us updated, and my wife was extremely happy with the car she ended up with. Despite the car being a custom build, Scott was able to get it at 9K below MSRP at a time when car prices were already starting to get somewhat crazy. Scott's involvement didn't stop with the car delivery. The car had some tree sap on one of the mirrors, and he ensured the dealer took care of that as well. The second time we used Scott was toward the end of 2023. The last few months of 2023 were trying for us as a family with the loss of my father, then a close uncle, then our dog, and then my wife's stepfather. Those losses combined with our jobs made it difficult for us to work with Scott with much lead time. We ended up asking him to find my wife a 2024 X5 matching a specific build and he literally had days right before Christmas to do it. And he DID it. This time, the new car was again 8-9K below MSRP. And Scott again took care of handling everything from finding the car which he did in a weekend, to negotiating the deal, to finalizing the documents for us to DocuSign, and finally ensuring the car was delivered again to our home. With everything we had going on in our lives and our jobs, I can say without the shadow of a doubt that if it weren't for Scott, my wife would not have been able to get a new car by end of 2023. We highly recommend Scott, much like he was highly recommended to us. And we are grateful for his good nature and calm dealing with our constraints in 2023 because we know that couldn't have been easy for him. In a world where everything is inflated, Scott is one of the few exceptions where the value you receive far outweighs the fee you pay.

Other automobile shops sent me an estimated invoice of over $5,000 for the AC alone and could not promise the problem to be fixed. WIth Sarris, less than half of the budget and all the problems fixed beautifully. Mr. And Mr. Sarris are genuine people who actually care about others. From several in person visits, I built a personal friendship with them. The guys that work there, Johnson and Andy are also genuine and bright people. They truly give you this feeling that you are welcomed and accepted there and they always find solution for you. I wasted thousands of dollars on my car until I met Sarris. They are super fair, reliable and have not forced any unnecessary services onto me. They even sent me to Herb Chambers (which I really dislike) when a catalytic converter was broken. They told me that Mercedes extended the warranty on many of them, but of course won't tell their customers until they bring in the car. So unless Peter (the boss I think) had told me, I would not have known and probably paid for a new catalytic converter my self into their pocket. WOW - A trustworthy car repair shop.

I stumbled across Ari's car-buying tutorials on YouTube, and immediately knew he was the guy who could help me orchestrate a top-notch deal on a 2019 Alfa Romeo Guilia! He worked with me even though I was actually the one with the baggage. My bank was being pretty difficult to work with when it came time to arrange the financing. Jade arranged for basically the same great financing I had gotten with my bank with his preferred bank. Not only did he do that, but Jade also made sure to take care of the car while I was away on vacation. I came back a week later and all the insurance, registration, and safety inspection work had already been taken care of, all I had to do was hop in the car and drive away. I've owned bmw's for many years and wish I had David as my mechanic the whole time. I dropped my car off on Sunday night at the shop after going over some things about my BMW a few days prior with David. I had never met David before, but I've heard good things so I winged it and dropped it off. He called me back on Monday and went over everything with me and he was very thorough and he explained everything so I could understand it. I picked my car up on Tuesday with full knowledge about my car, everything he fixed and what to watch out for in the future per David's suggestions. The pricing was more than fair, but more importantly, where can you go these days and get an honest job done? I will not be bringing my BMW anywhere else. I would highly suggest Foreign Motorcars.
