Can I give less than 1 star....I'm writing this review as we are in our Uber from Logan Airport…read more(Monday, Jan 26, 2026 at 8:50PM...day 2 of the snowstorm) Pro Limo is unreliable with terrible customer service. We scheduled a ride home and due to the snow storm they "assumed" all flights would be canceled so they canceled our pickup. When I spoke to them, they were argumentative....the drivers have to shovel out...it's still snowing...etc. The reason you spend more for a car service is reliability. You also expect professional communication. We arrived at Logan and there were multiple car services waiting for their valued customers. We were able to get an uber within minutes for less than ProLimo and with far better customer service skills. I suggest thinking twice before you count on them. Since writing this the owner has decided to argue with a repeated customer on Yelp instead of calling the customer to discuss the matter.
