They can take schedule ahead, but sure, I can call them later to see how long it would take for them to get a taxi to me. Given their responsiveness to my flurry of phone calls, I came up with this list of taxi cabs to call upon when I am in need of a cab in the area: Marathon Cab (781) 354-2807 Veterans Taxi (617) 527-0300 went straight to auto voice, press 1 for human Newton Yellow Cab (617) 332-7700; don't know when the drivers might stop driving given the weather conditions (reasonable human response) Patriot Taxi of Waltham - went straight to voicemail with a promise to call back (this made it to my list because some other numbers just rang and rang with no pick up whatsoever) (781) 301-1322 Holden's is AT Newton Center, so even though they did not answer my call, I could just walk over and see if there's anyone there to talk to if need be. I was a bit hesitant at the start as I was concerned about the quality and cleanliness of the limo service. It turned out to be spectacular, everything from the car, chauffeur, cleanliness, and punctuality. I have had pretty terrible experiences with limo services in Vegas and Atlantic City but this service redeemed all the previous negative experiences. If you're looking for a specific make or if you have any special requests, I would suggest to give them a call and book the service than booking it online through their website. Boston does not have many limo services like other cities. If you're in Boston looking to rent a similar service whether it be for a bachelor party or a night out or anything fancy in general, I would recommend using their service.
