My 9yo son, husband and I flew from Asia into Boston this past summer and arranged in advance with Noel. His communication and professionalism is wonderful and appreciated. I even asked for our name sign at pick up to say something special (unique to our family) and he created it and took a picture to email me in advance to make sure it was what I wanted! One of my best friends showed up at the airport to surprise me and when we all walked out he even offered to give her a ride! He was social with us on our 1 hour commute but also gave us space. I had also let him know my husband was a larger (tall) man and he ensured me he would put us in something comfortable. He delivered with an immaculately clean, newer, large Cadillac Escalade. He was dressed as a professional chauffer should be dressed. He had waters for us and the ride was so comfortable and enjoyable-hard to say after being on a 15 1/2 hour flight! My family has used this service for probably 20 years. They were recently bought out by a larger…read morecompany and what used to be nice reliable service has become terrible. The last three rides I have had with them have been unsatisfactory. One was over 45 minutes late to pick me up to catch a flight to go to the airport with no apology or compensation from the company whatsoever, they have a call center that is somewhere , managed by people who don't really care whether you get your flight on time or not and seem to have no control over scheduling or fixing a problem. The second trip from the airport, my flight arrived, and I had received a text while I was still on the plane that they had forgotten about my reservation( made at least a couple of weeks in advance) that I needed to call them (!). They get the flight info so they know when you land. The driver was great and texted me, but apparently they had run out of cars , so he had to come pick me up in a school bus! Again he was quite late getting there. My most recent ride was with a driver that I have had multiple times he is unwilling to make any conversation and was really sick, coughing excessively, opening medication while he was driving and wearing no mask! Even after I explained to him that I'm going to see an elderly relative recovering from cancer treatment he didn't make any effort to be more considerate. I don't like writing public reviews like this, but considering the cost of this service and how polite and elegant it used to be, I would say you're much better off getting an Uber or a Lyft.

He even texted me asking if I wanted something from Starbucks. Now how is that for 5 star service? That made my ride from the airport to my final destination relaxing as I was making this flight for a family member that has an unexpected health need that needed my attention.
