DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I rented the Cadillac Escalade for my daughters 16th birthday party. We sat for 35 minutes in my driveway trying to get the radio to work. It ruined the girls experience. This is not what was discussed and promised when I rented the vehicle for $1200!!!!! (Not to mention it was old and outdate) My daughter spent multiple days creating a special playlist, as music is the most important part of a 16-year-old birthday party experience. We were late to lunch and consequently late returning back home. They charged me an extra $285 for the time we went over even though we were held up for 35 minutes on the front end., because their vehicle wasn't working properly Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service The secretary, Cara was extremely condescending and argumentative. The office staff was excellent, and had the exact service available that I needed. I was able to book with only a few days advance notice for our night out this week. After a previous limousine company cancelled our reservation we made just 3 hours before we were supposed to be picked up and surprise our friend for her birthday, I called Le Limo just to see if they had anything available on such short notice. Turns out they did!! We asked for a 7 pm pickup, but traffic was bad and they called us to warn us the driver would be 45 minutes late but that we would have $100 taken off our bill. We also got a complementary bottle of champagne because they were late! Our driver, Ed, was great, professional, let us know all the features of the limo and mostly kept to himself all night. It was late in our wedding planning that we decided it would be best to hire transportation to take our families from the hotel, to our family portrait location, and then back to the venue (which was close to the hotel). Given how close we were to our date (only 3 months out, and we were getting married during prom season!) I was pleased to find out that Le Limo had their 26 passenger Land Yacht available for our date! Also, I was impressed by the simplicity of the booking process with Phyllis. We booked their Wedding Package, which had everything and more that we would need for our big day. On our wedding day, our driver, Jim, arrived right on time (if not early). He got there before we even made our way downstairs from our First Look! I should also mention that Jim was very sharply dressed. We have a couple of photos where Jim appears, so it is nice that he was so dressed up. As soon as we arrived in the hotel lobby, Jim introduced himself and explained how things would work for Family Portraits. He would need to drop us off at the location and then drive around, so we should give him 10 minutes warning when we would need to be picked up. My father needed some help getting in and out of the vehicle, and Jim was always right there to help, even pushing him up the steps when he needed it. I really appreciated this given the fact that one of the main reasons we got the vehicle was to make things easier for my dad. We headed to our Family Portrait location. The trip was really fun in the Land Yacht. We have some great photos from both outside and inside, and the vehicle looks great. It was immaculate! When we got to the Family Portrait location Jim was quick to offer us all some much needed water. And after we were done with photos, Jim picked us up quickly (less than the 10 minutes he thought it would take!), and brought us to the venue. It was such a pleasure working with Jim and Le Limo on our wedding day. I had read about many mishaps with transportation, and I am happy to say we did not encounter any of these. Jim always used the quickest route to get us from point A to point B; the vehicle was clean, fun, and ran smoothly; and Jim's assistance with my dad really helped to make our day a success. We rented a 12 person limo from Le Limo for our wedding in August 2014. Phylis- the admin at the company- was very pleasant to speak with and helped us set up the service. The cost was somewhere around $750 for the stretched limo, driver, champagne, red carpet service for the bride and tip was included. Similar to another poster on Yelp- the driver had some directional issues with getting to the church in the North End. Granted it is difficult to navigate the North End- without a limo- however he should have known the area better. The driver was very friendly and courteous throughout the day and we had an overall good experience with him. I think you will find good value with Le Limo but they could definitely get higher ratings if they improve their navigation in Boston. read more

I'm really torn about this review because on one hand all of the buses that were provided were nice and clean but on the other hand and drivers were friendly, we didn't get one of the cars we ordered. We ordered (and paid for) a Rolls Royce and on the day of the wedding the car had maintenance issues, which I totally understand so they sent a Packard instead. To be fair, they are both old, white cars, so our day wasn't ruined by any means, but we paid for a beautiful and pristine Rolls Royce and got a kinda dingy Packard. My dad called to see if there would be any financial remedy for the price difference but the company wouldn't give him any money back. So like I said, not a huge deal because we still got to the wedding in a white car, it just wasn't what we ordered and the pictures are little lackluster because we planned a shoot with the Rolls. Le Limo was great! They were the 3rd limo place we looked at for our wedding. The royal plaza recommended Knights, and like normal Knights finds a way to eliminate customers: "oh we don't do wedding's anymore." I forget what our other option was, but they failed as well. So we found Le Limo. Sadly, I've forgot many of the names of the people we dealt with in setting up our wedding, so I'll have to speak in general. We went to their location, on a very rainy weekend day, Saturday perhaps. Entered their offices and was greeted friendly by the manager. He asked about how many people were going to be in the limo and when our wedding was and explained their wedding package (I think it was like 6 hours plus red carpet and champagne). The he offered to take us over to the garages (on site) to see the size of the limos. Good thing he did as well, we originally wanted a 6 person limo, since we had 6 riding in it to the church, however we realized that with the dresses and all the fixings we would need an 8 person limo to fit. We didn't use it, but they also have old cars that you can rent too. read more

I booked Le Limo 16 months in advance of my wedding for a party bus. We met with John, the owner at the time and he was great and even told us he was going to throw in a limo for transfer of the bride to church because it would look better in the pics than the party bus. He was very kind and accommodating. However, I noticed the deposit was never withdrawn from our account, so I called back and John had never booked us. We had to call FOUR times because he kept forgetting or losing our information. This should have been a red flag, but we had family that had used the company before with good experience, but one friend who ended up being late to her wedding because the limo was late... Weeks before the wedding I called to process the last payment and confirm all was good to go. We had booked the Land Yacht II 40 passenger ( it was beautiful inside). I called again to confirm everything was all set just a few days before the wedding. My husband I were SO excited for this bus. We talked to family and friends about it over and over and how excited we were because it was gorgeous. On the day of my wedding 1.5-2 hours before pick up I got a call from Le Limo saying that the bus went out the night before and had "mechanical issues," they were going to send their trolley. THIS RUINED the moment and morning of my wedding for me. 16 months of anticipating for this to happen. The trolley, they say, is luxury and one of their top rentals but it does NOT compare to the bus we chose and it did not go with my wedding at all. We had NO time to call another company or to seek other options. They should have called me early that morning - not with barely any time to spare. I understand things happen, but this was my wedding, ONE day I will never get back. One thing I appreciate is that they sent the other bus and they were on time and the driver was kind and helpful, BUT 16 months of anticipation to get something we did not want nor choose was so disappointing.If it was rented that day what would they send us? The trolley carries 35 and in NO WAY does it compare to the bus that had large screen tv, a private section, 40 passenger, a bathroom! NO comparison! Andrew, who I believe is the new owner was not understanding. He told us the trolley was rented for the same as the bus. What they dont understand is they completely ruined it for us. We got a very small refund, and when we asked for more he said "how about $500 toward your next limo rental? That was the breaking point for me. When would I rent a limo? In addition, my dress was wrinkled in the bus because we had a large party and no space. The pictures taken inside the trolley were disappointing. As I said before, they sent transportation - they think that was good enough, but it wasn't. It does not matter what the other vehicle goes for - it ruined the look and theme we wanted and most of all the excitement that we had and they could care less. Arrived at 3:28 for a 3:30 pick-up. Already not impressed. Then couldn't get the rear window to roll up -- he had to hold up the window with both hands while my photographer attempted to get the lever to work. And then boy do I wish I had read these reviews closer and paid attention to where the driver was going. On the way to the church my dad directed him, but on the way to the reception the groom and I were talking and I didn't pay attention. Ended up going to the Boston Common (from the north shore) by way of the waterfront, then Chinatown (all through downtown traffic). Then couldn't go the correct way (TWICE!) because of one-way streets. Finally my groom and I got out and walked, uphill, through the Common so as not to add another 20 minute tour of the Common perimeter through a sea of traffic. Unbelievable. read more

The driver was just terrible at his job. He was late to getting the groomsmen to the church. His GPS device was not working so I had to use my phone on the day of my wedding to help the driver get us to our venue. This was not the worst thing in the world. The driver scraped the underneath of the limo by driving over speed bumps. I'm not sure how he does not know the correct speeds to operate a limo over a speed bump. I think the owner of the company should be more worried about this. But it made for loud noises and unprofessionalism. The thing that really got to me was almost getting in an accident at the venue. When we finally arrived at the venue, the driver forgot to put the car in park, or better yet, to turn off the limo. The limo started to roll backwards almost crashing into the photographer driving behind us. We had to yell at him to make him aware of the situation before he ran back into the limo and put it in park. It was memorable and a little humorous but very unprofessional. I really had high expectations for Le Limo, especially considering how much I paid up front. I ended up paying for an extra hour at an outrageous rate, partly because of the incompetence of the driver. Very disappointing to say the least. On a high note, the limo was clean and well kept. But I would think twice before going back to this vendor. read more

At first I had a great experience with Le Limo. The booking was easy and straightforward and the driver was prompt and friendly. We took a 26 person party bus to Boston and the bus was start of the art and spacious. It wasn't until after my night out that my experience went from pleasant to horrible. I paid the $500 deposit on my credit card and then 2 days before my night out, they put a $700 hold for the remaining balance. I asked why i was being charged more than the remaining balance and they explained that it was just a pre-authorization and would change depending on the driver's write up. After I received the finished invoice, I was charged the remaining balance in addition to the $700 pre-authorization. I asked the women in charge of reservations to void the $700 charge and she said she would call her payment source and get back to me. She never followed up with me and when I finally reached out with my concern, she said: "If you're still having an issue, I would suggest calling your bank because at this point there is nothing further I can do." How rude and inconsiderate. I am a paying customer and you expect me to go on a wild goose chase and track down why YOUR company charged me twice. It left a horrible taste in my mouth and I hope they read this review and reconsider their willingness to help. read more

Le Limo was an exceptional choice for our Bachelorette Party. The company and Driver were very friendly and accommodating. We booked this service with only 3 days notice!! Amazing. The bus arrived right on time, was clean and spacious. Le Limo provided a cooler of water, campaign flutes and trash bags. The driver was friendly and straight forward with the damage disclosure and charges. We drove to Toby Kieth's I Love This Bar & Grill, utilizing the back access to radio and CD player. He also provided every girl in the party with a business card, in the case that we got separated, everyone could find the bus. This satisfied customer will use Le Limo in the future for similar events and will recommend them to everyone. read more

I have been on numerous party's buses in the past and decided to give Le Limo a try for my friends birthday. We rented a 26 passenger bus, and the staff seemed pretty nice, kind and helpful when we first made the reservations, they even let me come early to put a few decorations on the bus. But we soon found out that after we spent over $1000, our perception was wrong. To make a long story short, within minutes of getting on I290 in Worcester our bus managed to side swipe another vehicle, we had to wait in Auburn for well over an hour for a replacement bus, and do you think anyone asked if we were okay? The only thing the driver said to us was that we were receiving an "upgrade". Some upgrade, we arrived at our destination late. Time is of the essence. Unfortunately accidents do happen and that's understandable, this one led to a night of misfortunate events. But when the company was contacted about our distressing night, somehow all we received were misconstrued stories and accusations ! The company took no accountability, had a lack of consideration and showed no empathy for the situation we endured. I can assure you my 25 friends and I will no longer be contacting or recommending Le Limo for any future party needs. read more

Everyone got picked up on time (who was flying, driving, taking the train) We went out on the town Saturday night ....& everything from the spotless party bus to the BEST driver ever was AWESOME. I can't say enough about how Le Limo went above & beyond for each and everyone of us. We recently had a horrible experience with this company for our wedding. We booked them and were told that from the hotel to the venue its 20 minutes each way. Come to find out as we're waiting for our guests to arrive that the shuttle driver got LOST and had to take a different route to the venue which was 45 minutes EACH WAY! As a result 15 of our guests missed our entire ceremony and half of cocktail hour! What's more, their bus starting leaking break fluid and they had to stop and check the breaks to make sure it was safe halfway through the trip. I called the owner (John) and informed him of the issues....what a clown this guy was....he tells me that all of my guests , including my parents, are liars and that the guy was never lost and that the brakes were fine. I am currently fighting to get a full refund and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone...they have no clue what customer service (or service at all) is! read more
