However, the limo was extremely, unbearably hot. The air conditioning was not sufficient for our July wedding and it actually blew HOT air. I arrived to my own wedding a sweaty mess. My grandmother actually had to get out of the back for fear of fainting. When the driver was asked what could be done, he replied, "nothing." I appreciated that someone from the company emailed the following day to ask how the service was; however, when she was told about the air conditioning issue, she replied that there was nothing wrong with the limo itself and that's "just how they are."

Shortly after I emailed them, I was replied to by Melony. WIth her help I was able to not only book the Zebra limo but plan the entire day out. I asked a lot of questions, and Melony always responded extrememly quickly and always in a friendly manner. Right away I was impressed with their customer service. The day before my surprise outing, I was contacted by Jose, the gentleman who would be our Chauffeur. He wanted to ensure he understood all details of the trip so that he could handle everything. The trip consisted of two seperate pickups (as a way to keep the surprise I had all of our freinds board the limo before they came to get my wife and I, making her surprise for the limo even greater when she saw everyone inside!!) a dropoff and pickup at Boston Harbor, pick up and drop off at a Cambridge restaurant, and finally the return trip home. Jose was impeccable. He was very polite, super accommodating, punctual, and very easy to talk to. He ensured the limo was stocked with the water, glasses, and ice as we had previously discussed and assisted in the carrying of our additional cooler in and out of the limo. Even between stops he would go in and retidy up the limo for when we entered again. The IPhone hookup and lighting in the limo was perfect as well. All in all Limo Affair and their super friendly staff helped my friends and I give my wife a birthday night out none of us will ever forget!!! Thank you Limo Affairs!!!
