The reason I gave them 1 star was because a person showed up. There was no notification that they were waiting, where they were or anyt number to call for the driver - seriously Uber is better than that! The car I was picked up in was full of cigarette smoke, to the point I needed to open the window and let it out! The drive asked how to get to my house, there was no GPS and the headlights were so bad we could not see more than 3 feet in front of us even with high beams - to say it was the worst ride home is an understatement. I am not saying the driver was not nice, he was but shame on the the owner for making him drive such a dangerous vehicle read more

Very disappointed in this company. While our driver was nice and knowledgable, the car was completely unacceptable. The television which was promised to us did not work. The radio also did not work. When we asked the driver to turn off the heat, he told us to roll down the window as he didn't know how to turn it off. And finally, our driver was a smoker so the car reeked of second hand smoke. When I contacted management about our experience I received a misspelled, unapologetic response and a $50. discount to make up for the radio not working. I do not recommend using this company. read more

I've been using Metrowest Limousine for 15-20 years w/o any issues... Greg is my go-to guy for airport runs and I also orchestrated a party bus a while ago for my sons prom; they loved it! Give him a shot, he'll do you right. read more

I agree with the other reviews. Avoid this limo service. If you're going to pay good money for a service like this, you have certain expectations, and this company did not live up to them. I should have taken the hint with the short and barely helpful responses to my initial questions when reserving the limo. I was told I was getting a 22 person Escalade which had an auxillary port. I had specifically asked about the ability to hook up an iPod as I had spent a good amount of time in making a music mix for our night out in the limo. A stretch Hummer showed up, with the engine not sounding too great and the name of a different company, "Destiny" on the window. I was told that the Escalade had troubles, but I suspect that they overbooked and farmed out the reservation with a slightly smaller vehicle because we had expected 19 people. I was then told that there is only a CD player, and no aux port. Ok, luckily I made a CD copy just in case, but still was annoyed. I then was told not to touch the roof hatch button because it'll short out everything. Ok, fine, we had a great time on the way out, thanks to the music and group of fun people. But on the way back, while trying to change the lighting in the vehicle, I apparently hit the roof button on accident and it shorted out all of the electronics in the vehicle. The driver had no way of getting them back on. So we spent the last 25 minutes of the ride in silent darkness. Wahoo!! That's really living the high life in a limo!! Might as well have just taken a bus. I do want to say that the driver seemed like a nice guy and did nothing to lessen the experience, even making stops for us along the way as requested. But, then the next morning we find that he threw all the trash, empty cans, from the limo onto the side of the road across the street from our house. Who does that? I sent an email and a letter to the company and have not received any word, apology, call, anything. Not a good way to run a business. Avoid them, and apparently Destiny limo as well! read more

To start the day off the bus driver ran over my son's basketball system and demolished it. Greg failed to tell us the price to park at Gillette $150.00 so that was extra, the air conditioner on the bus leaked, the driver was nice but she didnt know how to use the stereo and she took us some unknown way that took almost 3 hours to get there. I called Greg to get my son's net replaced he is an ignorant & inconsiderate human being. It's been over a month and I am now dealing with his insurance company because he never put a claim in. I will never do business with this company again . It's disgraceful !!! read more

Greg is a shark and should not be trusted with setting up anyone's transportation needs. This company deserves zero stars. I had contracted them to assist in transporting my wedding party and they failed horribly. Not only were the limos out dated but both had cracks the body of car and they smelled horrible. One of the limos was set to pick up the groomsmen and groom at a different address and they both showed up to the hotel. One limo was used while the other one was empty. This caused the wedding not go begin on time. While at the church one of the limos engines over heated and they had to send a replacement. When this was discussed with Greg he was not only rude, pompous on the phone but blamed his "idiot driver for the mistake" and even hung up on me mid conversation. To this date he has not sent my refund and has refused to field my calls. Please seek assistance else where. That is no way to run a business. read more

Not a great experience with this limo service. We went to a concert, the driver stopped on the way to the concert to go into the store for himself, and on the way home, after sitting outside for almost 4 hours, he had to stop to get gas and go to the bathroom. To make matters worse, he charged us an extra half hour, probably if he hadn't stopped on the way home, we would have been on time.....Wanted his tip in cash, wouldn't use again..... read more

We went to a concert this past Sunday night. (Adults and children) We were disappointed in the service and the car had an awful odor. The car had a urine smell, when we complained, Greg said that someone must not have cleaned it out. The driver was late picking us up and then we walked 5 blocks to meet him. When the concert was over, our limo was also late again. Greg's response was the cops probably had him move, but it doesn't take 45 minutes to drive around a block. We've used other services before, and will not be using them again. read more

Driver arrived a little late and was all over the road! At 3am in the morning it was the scariest ride ever! Canceled the return reservation and had my daughter pick us up instead. Was also charged $138.00 when I was originally told $115 with tip included. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked this company for my wedding. Had a verbal confirmation with the owner of the company. He took all my credit card information , set up a timeline for the day and told me we were all set. Almost two weeks later no money was taken from my account and no confirmation email was sent so I reached out to them asking what the deal was. The same man who I booked the party bus with told me no money was taken from my account because "They couldn't fit me in that day" I asked him how I was supposed to know he couldn't fit me in if he never called or emailed me to let me know. With my wedding TWO WEEKS away, he didn't seem to care much. Didn't try and help figure something out or suggest a new place. VERY unprofessional, VERY unreliable and VERY unorganized. Will definitely never consider using them and would absolutely not recommend them to anyone. That being said if you are looking for a company who is helpful, reliable, and willing to make something work for you last minute, use AA Transportation out of Shrewsbury, MA. read more

I don't recommend this company at all. I arranged for them to pick up my mother and transport her to a restaurant 45 mins away for my husband's surprise party and for them to take her home post party. I wanted to give my mother a treat and not have her worry or stress about having to get to a place she had never been to In a busy city, try to find somewhere to park and be late. For me this was a win win. I had to chase Greg via email a couple of times to get email confirmation of our reservation. It gave me an uneasy feeling and I should have gone with my gut at that time that maybe this wasn't going to be a good experience. I told Greg via email that my Mom had to be at the restaurant by 6 pm for the surprise party. and I asked him to pick her up at 4:45 pm. He arrived on time, picked her up and proceeded to get on the road heading in the opposite direction. When my mother called this out to him, he said he wasn't going in the wrong direction; he was not using any form of GPS. 10 mins later, he acknowledges that she might be right and realizes he must correct his mistake. Instead of turning on his GPS, he tried to find his way to get on the interstate heading back and missed a couple of opportunities to do so. By the time they were on the interstate headed in the right direction they had lost half an hour of time. The driver seemed to be taking his time on the highway, it was very trafficky now so that made things worse. My mom asked him if he thought they would get to the restaurant by 6:00 and he seemed surprised by the fact that she had to be there by that time. At that point,he turned on his GPS and started to pick up the pace. My mother was 15 minutes late and barely walked in ahead of the guest of honor. To make matters worse, the car absolutely stunk of cigarettes, and my mother found it stifling to breathe in there. The driver arrived on time to pick her up to take her home and waited for her an extra 25 minutes as the party was not over. The whole thing was very disappointing and defeated the entire purpose of me getting this service for her. This company seems to really run by the seat of their pants and they need to realize that people expect service for the price, it's not enough to show up with a chassis, 4 tires and a steering wheel and do the bare minimum to transport a person from point a to point b. They're doing themselves a disservice. I will not be using them again. read more
