Excellent experience. Our family have used Sila Transportation for years - airport runs in and out of Boston and Providence and a couple of times even Provincetown. Always on time, neat, clean cars, drivers know their way. A pleasure. I cannot understand why, with all these five star reviews, the entire set of reviews doesn't show five star. Maybe some disgruntled customer years back? read more

Yah for Sila again! You saved the day! Needed last-minute transportation to the airport and was able to get a quote on the phone immediately and book service the night before!! Their prices are competitive if not lower than the competition and I would choose them every time based on our history. As usual, they arrived promptly on time and provided their normal amazing service! Thank you Sila!! read more

Just booked another trip and it was flawless. Exceptionally clean and prompt, as in 15mins early! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for transportation, CALL SILA!!! I reached out on Friday night because I was going to a concert on Sunday, booked everything on Saturday. Sunday at 4:00 can and Alejandro was there 10 minutes early with a text to let me know. After the concert he texted me when he arrived and was there to pick us up and take us back to our destination! They are the best, I would use them again and again! read more

Prompt and very relaible. Nice ride and clean vehicles. Will use again. Once the reservation was made they were very good at following up and confirming the times of arrival and departure. Respectable pricing as well. read more

I booked transportation to and from the airport with Sila Transportation last week. Both ways the drivers were extremely courteous , polite and on-time. The car was clean and ready with cold waters. The price was cheapest I could find in the Metro-Boston area. We will definitely be calling Sila for transport to the airport for our next trip. read more

Has a Groupon for their transport services from my house to Logan Airport. Amazing! I didn't get treated any different cause I have a Groupon, which is amazing, cause some companies do treat you a little different. Xanon was our driver, both ways. He was so courteous and an all around nice guy. Very prompt, actually few minutes early to be exact. Got out our the car to help with bags and opened doors and such. I will definitely use this company again in the future. read more

So happy we used Sila. Our flight was 2 hours late arriving and the driver was waiting for us. They sent a very informative text so I knew exactly how to find them. I will use Sila next time I need a car service. Professional, friendly and dependable! read more

Everything went smoothly. They picked us up early both to get to Logan and to get home from Logan (which was awesome since I like to leave early and we got through customs fast). The drivers were courteous, helpful. I did buy the groupon and they did at $40 for tip/tolls/taxes which was fine since it included tip which is always added on anyway. I agree that it's annoying but it did say it on the groupon and for a trip from Waltham, it was about $70 each way which is only a little more than a taxi and these cars were much nicer. I would use them again. read more

Awesome service! Booked a roundtrip to Logan. Large SUV was very nice and service was great! Driver was courteous, professional and on time both ways. They responded in a timely manner to any correspondence. Definitely would use again! read more

They did a good job. Arrived at out house on time for a morning flight. Both drivers were polite and professional and helped with our bags. The price was less than it would have cost to park our car for 8 days. Good trip. read more

Excellent service ! We were a party of six 4 adults and 2 small children with a 4:30 am pickup to the airport . Our driver, Sammy arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our return trip was just as pleasant. Our driver was Alejandro, he also was very pleasant, even with two cranky children on board . Both vehicles were immaculate. Will use Sila Transportation again . read more

I have used several limo services over the years and Sila is by far the best! They arrive early, they are easy to reach, they make getting to and from the airport carefree and they are polite and accommodating. They will be the only service we use from now on and strongly recommend them. read more

This is painful to write. I found a fantastic deal for this company on Groupon. I've been searching for a reliable service for both my business & personal needs. I was looking forward to giving Sila a try. My sons & I had a very early morning flight out of Logan so I scheduled a ride @ 3:15am. Initially the company showed promise. Responded immediately to my inquiry with a call. They confirmed both my drop off and pick up. I get anxiety prior to a flight and wanted this to be flawless. Twenty four hours before my flight I emailed to confirm & received confirmation ASAP. EVERYTHING went downhill from there. Day of reservation.... By 3:15am there was no car. By 3:30am there was still no car. I decided to call the company. I was told 6 minutes. The car never showed up. Eventually the company called back. Apologizing saying it would be 20 min. By this time I tried contacting an Uber but nothing was available. I received another call saying it would be another 30 minutes BUT the owner/manager ordered me a Lyft which got to us within 15 min. This was nice of him to do. The Lyft driver was a rock star and I slipped Him the tip I was going to give my original driver. I almost gave this company an extra star just for getting us the Uber. BUT, when it comes down to it we almost missed a flight. Unfortunately, I'm still searching for a reputable transportation company. If planning on trying this company out I suggest using them for something which is not as important as a flight. Or something with no deadline to beat. read more

Xanon did a wonderful job both ways, he was on time and very professional, my flight was delayed, and he met us 3 hours later. Sila Transportation does a wonderful job. Thank-you! David S read more

We used Sila transportation to get to and from the airport for a recent trip. We departed very early but the driver was at our house even earlier. We got back in very late and the driver was right there waiting for us. Very professional and friendly both times. We will absolutely use them again in the future read more

I was gonna rate 0 if I could. I had a 7am flight to Houston and scheduled a pick up for 4:45am. They never showed up. Never gave me a drivers number and suspiciously made all reservations via mail. SCAM BUGS! read more

I purchased a groupon for airport service and they are charging an additional $40 , that's $20 for drop off and $20 to ALL TRIPS this is a total rip off Small print reads that they will charge fees for trips outside the area and more than 20 miles I live 13 miles form the airport DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

I used Sila Transportation for our airport transfers last week. They were incredible! Heading out, we had Michael who found our address when no one else usually can, was there 15 minutes early and had a beautiful Mercedes. Very personable guy. Once we arrived back in Boston, it was 11 pm at night. I received a text from our driver Alejandro telling me where to go to meet him and that he was already waiting for there for us. He was also very pleasant and had a beautiful SUV. Both cars were immaculately kept and very comfortable. Getting to the airport on time is always a stressful thing for me but Sila has given me great confidence in their drivers so I will always use them going forward. read more

I travel a couple times a year and always use Sila as my preferred airport transportation. The drivers are prompt and courteous. I have used other transportation companies but they don't measure up to the service Sila provides! read more

Highly recommend Sila Transportation! Have used them twice for transportation to and from Logan airport for our family of 5. Punctual and professional both times! Correspondence is quick and easy! Large SUV clean and comfortable! Would not hesitate to use then again! read more

I've used Sila Transportation for over a year now, they have been exceptional in taking care of all my car service and transportation needs. Their late model vehicles are always very clean and well stocked with water and anything else you may need for a short ride to the airport or a weekend trip to NYC. Their professional drivers always arrive just a few minutes before your pick up time to put you at ease, they are courteous and engaging when appropriate. In a time where it seems almost everyone is offering some type of car service, I highly recommend a professional, well established company like Sila Transportation. read more

With two kids, two carseats, and a million bags for an international flight leaving on Christmas, I was freaking out about how to get my family to the airport from Natick. Sila was affordable and reliable. I highly recommend. read more

I have used Sila multiple times, both for business and pleasure trips to the airport. I find them to be extremely reliable, showing up at the house on time and always waiting at the airport when I come out of the terminal. Drivers are courteous and rates are about the same as taxis but the cars are much nicer. I highly recommend them. read more

I used their service as I was presented with a LivingSocial coupon. They let me postpone redeeming the coupon for 8 months, were very responsive with email communications and on-time on both the pick-up from home and the airport. The driver arrived early and patiently waited both times. The vehicles were very comfortable. I almost wanted the ride to be longer (I live downtown). The only reason I gave 4-star is because their website wasn't great and booking via a coupon wasn't clear. read more

We used them many times and plan on more. Drivers, especially Mike, offer polite, punctual service. Our last trip included numerous ETA changes, yet he arrived on time and easily seen amongst the chaos of all the limos. They keep the vehicle pristine and seats offer comfort and relaxation after interminable plane rides. We used another company, once we switched to using a service, felt disappointed, and took a chance with Sila. This wise move committed us to the excellent service of Sila from now on. read more

This is my second time using Sila Transportation this year and will continue to use them in the future. Mike picked us up at home for our ride to Logan Airport on 10/28 and was punctual and very professional. On 11/8 we had the privilege of having Onder pick us up at Logan for the ride home. Onder took care of us in August as well. Both men deserve high praise for their punctuality and professionalism. I highly recommend this company. read more

I want to confirm the Groupon rip-off by Dila. They tried to collect a $39 fee above and beyond the Groupon coupon including a 20% tip (before the services was delivered). I protested anf got a refund, but be wary! read more

Booked car service from the airport over the phone. Everything seemed to be fine. Got a confirmation number and correct charges appeared on my credit card. That is until I arrived at Logan after 15hrs of travel to find that there was no car for me. I had to call 6 times before someone finally picked up. After going back and forth with the person on the phone he was able to locate my reservation and told me the driver would be there in 10 mins. Long story short 45 mins later I get a call from the driver saying he was 10 mins away. When the driver got there 1hr 1/2 after the scheduled time, he informed me that he didn't know about the pick up until 45 mins prior when he received a call telling him to rush to the airport. Clearly, they completely forgot about my reservation. I won't be booking this company again. read more

I booked a reservation on their website. The confirmation on the website stated that someone will be in contact with me. 2 days passed and I didn't hear from anyone. On Friday evening (I scheduled a Saturday 7am pick up for a 8:35 flight) I called many times but there was no answer. Finally, Saturday at 5am I called again. Someone returned my call at 645am. When I inquired about my reservation he said he doesn't know what I'm talking about and there is no reservation in the system. I insisted there was and he insisted on me giving him a confirmation code. Silly me never wrote the confirmation number down. I asked if he can look up my reservation by card number, email, phone number, ANYTHING?? He said no!! Clearly he just woke up from his sleep. But Seriously?? Its 2014, he should be able to look up a reservation other ways. None the less, I had to call a cab and paid $50 to get to the airport. Just my luck I made it at 8:07 and they let us check our bags in and get on the flight. Def won't be using them for car service in the future. read more
