The first time, I was going to take the bus, but realized the next one was not for ages . Then I noticed, Lo and behold , there was a cab company right there by the T station! I walked in and they had me in my way very promptly. All of the drivers I have had have been very nice , and their prices were fair. On my last trip out to Newton, I used their cab company as usual, and I did not ask the cab to wait, since I didn't know how long It would be. It turned out my appointment only took a few minutes, so I called this and other cab companies, but they were all busy and I would have had to wait a long time, so I just started walking in the rain and the dark. I was so happy when the driver I had had earlier recognized me walking along the street, stopped, and offered me a lift back! I wish all cab companies were like this.

He has come as early as 3:30am and has driven me home as late as 1am. Even if he can't drive himself, he always finds someone else who is also kind, reliable and honest. The price is very competitive vs. a regular taxi even though it is black car service. I recommend Needham Cab to all my co-workers and friends.

He did say it would be around $50. I asked him what he needed if I decided to use service. He said that he needed payment info and to fine tune the instructions. I said I would keep it in mind and hung up. No money was exchanged and no confirmation was sent out. Since I did not receive a good vibe from him, I hired another company. The day of the pick up, he showed up anyway. My employer got in the car thinking it was the reputable company I hired, not Trusted Ride. When the ride was over he asked my boss for payment. My employer was confused as he thought the trip was prepaid. My employer called to let me know what was going on. I spoke with Joseph and told him that I did not hire him, the ride should have never happened and that any instructions would be considered cancelled since nothing was completed. He started yelling and arguing with me. Bottom line, he swooped in and stole the paid trip from another company. It was very shady and I will NOT use this service again. Future customers, be aware.
