    There was only one review of this company so I was suspicious that it might have been written by…read morethe owner or a friend. None-the-less, I decided to give him a try. And was pleasantly surprised. I called to arrange a pickup from Roslindale to the airport for the next afternoon at 4 PM. Fred took the call and told us he'd be there. The next afternoon, I called at 3 PM to confirm and said he was welcome to come as early as 3:30. He was here at 3:25 and called us from outside to say he was there. The cab was clean and quiet and we had a nice chat on our way to the airport. He offered to pick us up a week later so I e-mailed him our flight info. He confirmed receipt. I e-mailed him that afternoon to confirm and called him when the plane touched down. By the time we'd cleared baggage, he was waiting for us in the limo lot. Again a smooth safe ride home and he even told me about a good new sub shop in the area. I cannot speak too highly of him and I've already recommended him to a friend. This is the way service is supposed to be.

I don't post reviews frequently - but this gentleman provides service above and beyond what I've come to expect and surely deserves a pat on the back!

    My name is Zobeida Medero today my mother Angelina Matos was pick up by this agency/company. She…read morehad two strokes, two feet amputated vision problems and does not speak english. She was drop at bmc for her 8am appointment with the eye specialist. Around 9:18 I received a phone call from the agency to let me know that the driver was there. I assumed the person pick her up but no she had been waiting almost three hours. I call the company and the person that picked the phone let me know that cancelled the ride because my mom didn't show up which is impossible because I have been speaking with her during the time she was waiting. They proceed to say that I needed to call insurance for booking a new ride so basically charge her insurance twice I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. These are the communication with the agency So you saying that Per the insurance provider's guidance, the driver was instructed to proceed. The driver followed these instructions accordingly. Why when I call the insurance provider they told me that they keep having this problem. I find this problematic because for 1. BMC area is the epicenter of the worse addiction problem in the city. So I was on the impression from your website that your services are tailored to cater to the individual needs and preferences of each passenger. Your team comprises drivers and staff members who have undergone rigorous training in patient care, safety protocols, and sensitivity training.     Absolute WORST service! Even the call center has the most rude arrogant call takers…read more I booked my appointment 6 days ahead, and was told to call them 4 days later to get my drivers name. Four days later they couldnt find me in their system. My ride is now only 2 days away. They ask for confirmation ID # and it still takes them several minutes to confirm the ride, but no driver is yet assigned. They say they will call me back the next day. They didnt. So I called again. Now they say no one is assigned for my ride the NEXT MORNING. I explain what I just typed here, only to have the person keep over talking me saying they cant assign anyone for the ride today. I ask what time do they assign them tomorrow? She hangs up on me! I call back and ask again and she says we cant see any assignment and hangs up again! I will drive myself even though it will be a MAJOR struggle for me to get to the building because its VERY hard for me to walk. These people are pieces of shit!
