My name is Zobeida Medero today my mother Angelina Matos was pick up by this agency/company. She had two strokes, two feet amputated vision problems and does not speak english. She was drop at bmc for her 8am appointment with the eye specialist. Around 9:18 I received a phone call from the agency to let me know that the driver was there. I assumed the person pick her up but no she had been waiting almost three hours. I call the company and the person that picked the phone let me know that cancelled the ride because my mom didn't show up which is impossible because I have been speaking with her during the time she was waiting. They proceed to say that I needed to call insurance for booking a new ride so basically charge her insurance twice I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. These are the communication with the agency So you saying that Per the insurance provider's guidance, the driver was instructed to proceed. The driver followed these instructions accordingly. Why when I call the insurance provider they told me that they keep having this problem. I find this problematic because for 1. BMC area is the epicenter of the worse addiction problem in the city. So I was on the impression from your website that your services are tailored to cater to the individual needs and preferences of each passenger. Hybrid-Ride - Communication with agencies without reply - Airport Shuttles Near Me

Absolute WORST service! Even the call center has the most rude arrogant call takers. I booked my appointment 6 days ahead, and was told to call them 4 days later to get my drivers name. Four days later they couldnt find me in their system. My ride is now only 2 days away. They ask for confirmation ID # and it still takes them several minutes to confirm the ride, but no driver is yet assigned. They say they will call me back the next day. They didnt. So I called again. Now they say no one is assigned for my ride the NEXT MORNING. I explain what I just typed here, only to have the person keep over talking me saying they cant assign anyone for the ride today. I ask what time do they assign them tomorrow? She hangs up on me! I call back and ask again and she says we cant see any assignment and hangs up again! I will drive myself even though it will be a MAJOR struggle for me to get to the building because its VERY hard for me to walk. These people are pieces of shit! read more

I just had the misfortune of encountering one of the Hybrid Ride vehicles who cut off me while taking a left turn at a dangerous intersection. He then gives me the finger out of the driver's window while in front of me. Clearly this company not only hires experienced qualified drivers, but ones who are courteous as well. I run this property. he said to me to "get the f--- away from him before he calls the police" if I see him here again I will call the local police. This car service is supposed to be able to safely convey the elderly to and from medical appointments. My wheelchair-bound grandmother rode with them last night (10/31/23) for a physical therapy appointment. Now, because she had a stroke, she is forgetful. Her home key is tethered to her chair to prevent her being locked out of her home when she attends activities at the senior community where she lives. The guy picking her up from her appointment was in a hurry, loaded her in the car, and LEFT her wheelchair at the physical therapy place! She can't walk! He spent the whole ride on the phone, apparently, making plans with his buddies for after work and never took responsibility for it!When they arrived at her house, he impatiently searched for a replacement chair because her home key was ditched in the town an hour away where he left it! He took a rusty replacement he found in the office and just abandoned her as someone else's problem! If not for the Halloween party going on, she could have been stuck outside last night and frozen to death! I am so angry at that driver! Then, when we called it in to the insurance company and they called Hybrid, Hybrid gave them the run-around. They "had no idea what we were talking about", they "couldn't find the driver"... Zero stars would be too many! I booked an appointment. I then CONFIRMED the appointment a few days ahead of time. The day of appointment, driver is FORTY minutes late! Dispatch tries to reach hybrid twice with no answer as they put me on hold for about 25 minutes! Then I call hybrid from a different phone while still on hold with dispatch. Hybrid answers right away, but proceeds to tell me the driver is outside when there was NO driver insight! I live on the corner of a main rd and a dead end st in a rural town. There was not a single car insight. He proceeds for the next 10-15 minutes to tell me shes outside all while I am staring at the street with no one in sight!! Then a hooptie car, old dented car pulls up 40 minutes late and lays on the horn! I get in and the back door doesn't shut properly. She says it doesn't work right. She also blames dispatch for being late. Then because she knows she's 40 minutes late she asks if I want to confirm my appointment still which I had said I was doing. Then tells me if she drives me there ill have to wait a couple hours for a return ride. Then as I'm on the phone trying to confirm I can still be accepted to appointment, which was a clear NO...she proceeds to play on her phone, and then talk on her phone to her friend, complaining that its her birthday and she's not supposed to be working. Their driver took a left in front of me and almost ran over the cyclist in the bike lane while also causing me to have to slam on the brakes to avoid T-boning the Hybrid Ride driver. As if that wasnt bad enough while I was still stopped he stopped next to us (blocking traffic) , rolled down his window and started cursing at us. Pretty tough talk for someone driving a Prius. If you have ever taken a cab and thought to yourself "this driver is not aggressive enough and too mentally stable" then you should absolutely give Hybrid Rides a try. After I called repeatedly, I finally reached a customer service representative and when I told him that our program was closing and we needed to request an earlier pick up, he simply hung up on me. Great car service! I used for a friend flying into town. Both reservations and driver were incredibly friendly and professional. The driver monitors your flight via the flight number, and calls or texts within 10 minutes of being there. They were also early both times, so no need to worry about missing a flight! As far as I can tell they are not in business as of April 2016. Twice I scheduled an airport transfer through their website two weeks ago and have never received any confirmation or response via email or phone. I have called and left multiple voice mails on their listed phone number, which goes to a generic mailbox with no greeting or identification of the business. I really hope they are still in business as they have the only reasonable prices I have found, most other transport companies want $300+ for a simple airport trip of 20 miles in any type of vehicle which is absurdly priced. Called twice to schedule a ride, no one picked up the phone and they advertised 24/7 service. What s up with that?

Me and my wife used this car service few times and we are very satisfied the way they provide their service. We had an early flight from Boston Logan airport, the driver showed up 15 mins before our pick up time. He gently helped us with our luggage. Cars were clean and fresh. Also there is another benefit we got from them, they gave us 10% off for the round trip. I'm highly recommend this company to everyone. They work 24/7. GREAT!!! read more

Worst airport experience ever. Car was 30 minutes late... then had to STOP FOR GAS... it wasn't clean, the driver was in a jacket at kept the car at 50 degrees.
