They even invited me to come see the bus before I booked it... HONEST TO GOD THIS IS THE NICEST BUS I'VE BEEN ON! I've rented a few party buses and I will never go anywhere else!! The price is decent for what you get! This bus was amazing inside!! Fog machine, lights, tvs, dj booth, stripper pole and more! My friends were amazed at how great it was!!! I was a true superstar on my bday and I couldn't have made it happen with out these guys!! Both the driver and the owner was on the ride and was helpful every step of the way. You wont regret booking this bus. It was amazing!

I was organizing a bus to a concert at Gillette Stadium and found Eco Ride on yelp. I was nervous…read moreabout it because there were so few reviews and I would have had to put down a lot of money and hope the company would be legitimate. I spoke with Joel on the phone 4 or 5 times asking questions before the day of the event. He was okay with making some last minute adjustments (changing time and location of pick up and drop off) without no trouble. He was responsive by email and sent me adjustments to the contract as needed. Our driver Kevin came and was super friendly and accommodating (which is really a treat for a huge group of 23 year olds with many coolers and eager to have a good time) throughout the ride. While we tailgated, Kevin just asked for a burger and was happy to stick around and allow us on and off the bus to get our stuff. We left right on time from the stadium and he was open to taking back roads to alleviate some traffic which was a big plus. Someone left a phone on the bus and the driver called immediately to tell us, and Joel was there the next day to help us pick it up. That really impressed me. All in all the day was a big success. A few small things caused 4 rather than 5 star review: 1. The 50% deposit included ALL of the 20% tip. Ultimately I explained to the bus driver that we would be tipping at the end (and tipped over the 20%), but I wanted the option to make that decision after the service was provided. I asked for the contract to be changed to make sure our balance did not include the tip, but the driver's copy indicated that he must collect all of it at the time of pick up. Our driver was good about this, but I was disappointed that it was not corrected. 2. Joel called the day of the trip and said we would be getting upgraded to bus with AC and when the bus arrived, we asked about the AC and he said there was no AC. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit confused about that. Mostly, this is a great company, so don't let the limited reviews dissuade you from using them!

Our driver was absolutely professional, accommodating, and reliable. The limo showed up on time and stayed at the wedding venue so we weren't left high and dry waiting for its return. Scheduling and customer service were a breeze. I ultimately chose Kerri from Google searches and the professionalism / easy navigation of their site. The only thing I would mention is if you know you want a limo with benches (standard limo) tell them. We had six people and got a limo that fit exactly 6, so it was a bit tight. My suggestion is add one extra person to your group to have more room. Competitively priced, I would definitely choose Kerri Limo again.

Disappointing stay--well below Marriott standards My two-day…read morestay at TownePlace Suites in Framingham, MA, fell well below the standards I have come to expect from Marriott. Although the hotel appeared fairly new, the hallway floor gave me the impression of poor construction. Inside my room, the bathroom ceiling paint was peeling, and pieces had fallen onto the floor. The floor on the window side of the bed had not been cleaned. There was also no bottled water--a small detail, but meaningful to me. When I arrived, other guests were requesting room changes because of various service issues. The hotel was sold out, yet only one elevator was working, resulting in lines on the ground floor during busy periods and lengthy waits when leaving my room. The most frustrating experience involved housekeeping. After noticing a note about requesting service, I messaged the front desk on Saturday at 3:16 p.m. to ask that my room be cleaned. At 3:38 p.m., I received this response: "I will make sure your room is listed to be cleaned." When no one came, I followed up at 5:23 p.m. At 5:32 p.m., I was told housekeeping was busy but would get to my room when they could. I left for dinner and returned around 7 p.m. to find nothing had been done. There were no clean towels, and the previous day's trash was still there. I sent another message and went to the front desk. The employee denied sending the earlier messages, even though he was the only person on duty. He then told me rooms were cleaned only every two days. If that was the policy, why had I twice been told my room would be cleaned? The cleanliness issues, peeling paint, elevator delays, and repeated assurances without follow-through made this a very disappointing stay. I do not recommend this hotel. It was not up to the Marriott standards I expected.
