This company is awful. They are corrupt and trying to take your money. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!…read moreThey quoted me a trip online and when they charged my cc the next day it was almost doubled the cost I called them and it just got worse. The woman on the phone was rude and kept telling me I agreed to a contract (never signed anything) and I told her the contract I had gotten (I never signed the email/contract) and it listed my quoted cost. I asked why they charged almost double and she started listing additional charges including 20% gratuity which was NEVER listed in the "contract!" When I said if there were additional charges they should have been itemized and been clear on the email and it was NOT!!! They even put the quoted amount in red to emphasize it but NOT a single explanation of the additional charges. The woman kept yelling at me and I said to please cancel the trip and she said she was going to charge me the quoted cost $458!!!!! I said the additional charges were never communicated in writing or otherwise and I would not pay for the late charge. The woman yelled fine and hung up. And guess what...I just got charged again for the $458 initial quote as my late fee! ‍ Needless to say we will not be paying it and I will be reporting this company to The better business bureau! Please protect yourself from this company. I'm still in shock about how corrupt they are and how unpleasant the entire experience had been.

THIS DEAL IS NOT VALID - WILL NOT BE HONORED…read more I just purchased this Yelp deal today; however when I just called to make a reservation for a car service I was told that they would not honor the coupon because they cancelled their contact with Yelp in November. The receptionist who took my call was very irritable and rude to me. When I asked what their address was to be certain I was calling the right place she responded with, "What difference does THAT make?". She never apologized for the confusion or offered any type of a solution to the problem. Basically, she told me that she didn't know what to tell me, and that the error was on Yelp's part. I guess it's good that this happened because I was able to see how they respond to customer issues BEFORE I made an actual reservation. I'm posting this so no one else purchases this coupon.

I'm SUCH a moron and booked a flight from Texas to the Manchester airport, thinking that it was the airport we needed to fly into if we were staying in DT Boston. Little did I know, it was an hour away. Fuck me, right? Anyways. Upon realizing this hours before our arrival, I researched ways to get from A to B (in the middle of the night, Btw) and found this car service. Unlike others, it was not required that I book with at least 12 hours notice. Total life saver. Our driver called to confirm, told me not to worry and (because I provided our flight #) that he would check flight statuses to ensure he was there when we needed him to be. A little pricey but totally worth it, given how worry-free our experience was. We had every opportunity to book something cheaper for the end of our trip and just decided to reuse this service instead.

They were very easy to coordinate with, and were even a bit flexible with trips - especially since a few of our guests ended up at the venue past the expected last round trip. We really appreciated them coming back for the stragglers :) Would recommend for anyone looking to zhuzh up their wedding day transportation. I was organizing a bus to a concert at Gillette Stadium and found Eco Ride on yelp. I was nervous…read moreabout it because there were so few reviews and I would have had to put down a lot of money and hope the company would be legitimate. I spoke with Joel on the phone 4 or 5 times asking questions before the day of the event. He was okay with making some last minute adjustments (changing time and location of pick up and drop off) without no trouble. He was responsive by email and sent me adjustments to the contract as needed. Our driver Kevin came and was super friendly and accommodating (which is really a treat for a huge group of 23 year olds with many coolers and eager to have a good time) throughout the ride. While we tailgated, Kevin just asked for a burger and was happy to stick around and allow us on and off the bus to get our stuff. We left right on time from the stadium and he was open to taking back roads to alleviate some traffic which was a big plus. Someone left a phone on the bus and the driver called immediately to tell us, and Joel was there the next day to help us pick it up. That really impressed me. All in all the day was a big success. A few small things caused 4 rather than 5 star review: 1. The 50% deposit included ALL of the 20% tip. Ultimately I explained to the bus driver that we would be tipping at the end (and tipped over the 20%), but I wanted the option to make that decision after the service was provided. I asked for the contract to be changed to make sure our balance did not include the tip, but the driver's copy indicated that he must collect all of it at the time of pick up. Our driver was good about this, but I was disappointed that it was not corrected. 2. Joel called the day of the trip and said we would be getting upgraded to bus with AC and when the bus arrived, we asked about the AC and he said there was no AC. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit confused about that. Mostly, this is a great company, so don't let the limited reviews dissuade you from using them!
