I rented this bus for my 30th birthday party. When setting up the reservation I had TONS of…read morequestions that they were more than happy to answer. They even invited me to come see the bus before I booked it... HONEST TO GOD THIS IS THE NICEST BUS I'VE BEEN ON! I've rented a few party buses and I will never go anywhere else!! The price is decent for what you get! This bus was amazing inside!! Fog machine, lights, tvs, dj booth, stripper pole and more! My friends were amazed at how great it was!!! I was a true superstar on my bday and I couldn't have made it happen with out these guys!! Both the driver and the owner was on the ride and was helpful every step of the way. You wont regret booking this bus. It was amazing!

I was organizing a bus to a concert at Gillette Stadium and found Eco Ride on yelp. I was nervous…read moreabout it because there were so few reviews and I would have had to put down a lot of money and hope the company would be legitimate. I spoke with Joel on the phone 4 or 5 times asking questions before the day of the event. He was okay with making some last minute adjustments (changing time and location of pick up and drop off) without no trouble. He was responsive by email and sent me adjustments to the contract as needed. Our driver Kevin came and was super friendly and accommodating (which is really a treat for a huge group of 23 year olds with many coolers and eager to have a good time) throughout the ride. While we tailgated, Kevin just asked for a burger and was happy to stick around and allow us on and off the bus to get our stuff. We left right on time from the stadium and he was open to taking back roads to alleviate some traffic which was a big plus. Someone left a phone on the bus and the driver called immediately to tell us, and Joel was there the next day to help us pick it up. That really impressed me. All in all the day was a big success. A few small things caused 4 rather than 5 star review: 1. The 50% deposit included ALL of the 20% tip. Ultimately I explained to the bus driver that we would be tipping at the end (and tipped over the 20%), but I wanted the option to make that decision after the service was provided. I asked for the contract to be changed to make sure our balance did not include the tip, but the driver's copy indicated that he must collect all of it at the time of pick up. Our driver was good about this, but I was disappointed that it was not corrected. 2. Joel called the day of the trip and said we would be getting upgraded to bus with AC and when the bus arrived, we asked about the AC and he said there was no AC. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit confused about that. Mostly, this is a great company, so don't let the limited reviews dissuade you from using them!

Our driver was absolutely professional, accommodating, and reliable. The limo showed up on time and stayed at the wedding venue so we weren't left high and dry waiting for its return. Scheduling and customer service were a breeze. I ultimately chose Kerri from Google searches and the professionalism / easy navigation of their site. The only thing I would mention is if you know you want a limo with benches (standard limo) tell them. We had six people and got a limo that fit exactly 6, so it was a bit tight. My suggestion is add one extra person to your group to have more room. Competitively priced, I would definitely choose Kerri Limo again.

First of all, my sincere thank you to Caren Simmons for our excellent accommodation. The Hotel is  conveniently located near the shops and restaurants, a couple of minutes walk to the Boston Common. It is well maintained despite its old age. The executive suite was spacious and clean. Turn down service was very thoughtful.  Bottled waters were always refilled. The room service was efficient. The bed was comfortable. Sheets felt luxurious. Toiletries were, as usual, my favorite. The breakfast and dinner experience, in terms of food, was just average. The portion was adequate, however, the flavor was not exceptional. The restaurant staff, especially Halima, were all great, attentive and professional. Halima always made us feel welcome. She always had a smile on her face. Our only negative experience was upon check in. Since our room was not ready when we checked in around 11am, we were told by the gentleman that checked us in that he will give us a call but we never received a call. We had to call instead.  Some of the front desk staff was not as warm and welcoming as the others. The concierge was efficient and readily available to assist.

The location was so centralized to the heart of Boston that it made getting to places super convenient and easy. They give you running maps too, in the morning, if you're into that. The area is perfect for those into fitness. Can't wait to come back for the fall.
