I'm SUCH a moron and booked a flight from Texas to the Manchester airport, thinking that it was the airport we needed to fly into if we were staying in DT Boston. Little did I know, it was an hour away. Fuck me, right? Anyways. Upon realizing this hours before our arrival, I researched ways to get from A to B (in the middle of the night, Btw) and found this car service. Unlike others, it was not required that I book with at least 12 hours notice. Total life saver. Our driver called to confirm, told me not to worry and (because I provided our flight #) that he would check flight statuses to ensure he was there when we needed him to be. A little pricey but totally worth it, given how worry-free our experience was. We had every opportunity to book something cheaper for the end of our trip and just decided to reuse this service instead.

I stopped and let the young lady in ahead of me, and the driver of this vehicle (photo below- license plate Key 4 livery) aggressively sped up behind her and right in front of me, almost hitting me. He didn't wave, he didn't say thank you, he just aggressively pushed his way in right behind the young girl he was beeping at, almost hitting my car. He appears to be a hostile man who drives erratically and aggressively . I wouldn't feel safe using this company to transport me a few feet never mind to the airport .

I was organizing a bus to a concert at Gillette Stadium and found Eco Ride on yelp. I was nervous…read moreabout it because there were so few reviews and I would have had to put down a lot of money and hope the company would be legitimate. I spoke with Joel on the phone 4 or 5 times asking questions before the day of the event. He was okay with making some last minute adjustments (changing time and location of pick up and drop off) without no trouble. He was responsive by email and sent me adjustments to the contract as needed. Our driver Kevin came and was super friendly and accommodating (which is really a treat for a huge group of 23 year olds with many coolers and eager to have a good time) throughout the ride. While we tailgated, Kevin just asked for a burger and was happy to stick around and allow us on and off the bus to get our stuff. We left right on time from the stadium and he was open to taking back roads to alleviate some traffic which was a big plus. Someone left a phone on the bus and the driver called immediately to tell us, and Joel was there the next day to help us pick it up. That really impressed me. All in all the day was a big success. A few small things caused 4 rather than 5 star review: 1. The 50% deposit included ALL of the 20% tip. Ultimately I explained to the bus driver that we would be tipping at the end (and tipped over the 20%), but I wanted the option to make that decision after the service was provided. I asked for the contract to be changed to make sure our balance did not include the tip, but the driver's copy indicated that he must collect all of it at the time of pick up. Our driver was good about this, but I was disappointed that it was not corrected. 2. Joel called the day of the trip and said we would be getting upgraded to bus with AC and when the bus arrived, we asked about the AC and he said there was no AC. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit confused about that. Mostly, this is a great company, so don't let the limited reviews dissuade you from using them!

They couldn't seem to find replacement aircraft in a timely fashion and their communication was awful, never even told us the aircraft would not be at the airport until about 45 minutes prior to our scheduled departure. I know many people had issues with private flights the last year but at least be up front and keep the customer informed. We're not impressed with their flight operations department for sure. Their billing people screwed up our final bill about four times before getting it correct. Not a good experience for us, especially when considering what you pay to fly private.
