After calling many car services - all of whom were completely booked up - I was referred to JB Livery, and I'm so glad I was! We were picked up at 5:00 a.m. with no problem; our driver, Don, was there about ten minutes early. We had a small puppy with us, who cried a bit in her carrier, and Don was kind and let us know he didn't mind. Don is the biggest reason we'd use JB Livery again - he was a wonderful conversationalist, kind, professional, and, of course, an excellent driver. Tons of parking since it used to be a drive in. It's a bit tricky to get to in the dark as it's off a side road that winds around a bit before getting to the entrance. There is a shelter which has ticket machines and staffing. Nice place to wait if it's cold, especially at 3AM. Staff has always been efficient and friendly. Appreciate this, especially again at 3AM. The bus ride in takes approximately half an hour in the middle of the night, probably a bit longer with traffic during the day. The bus stops at each Terminal starting with A. This is a great service especially if you have a super early/late flight that isn't amenable to taking the T. PS there is a discount if you book ahead on their website.
