I just stood out in the rain for 30 minutes waiting for a cab from this company. I did take…read moreprecautions. I ordered it 3 hours earlier than my departure time and I allowed 1/2 hour for a 2-mile trip. I called after 20 minutes and the dispatcher said the cabbie would be here "soon." I asked what "soon" meant and he told me it depended on how long it took "them" to shovel out the cars. Granted, this is 2 days post-Nemo; however, if one wants to be somewhere on time, one usually leaves enough time to shovel, etc. It's not like we haven't experience snow before here. (A cabbie should not have just moved here because s/he would not know her/his way around enough to drive a cab). So, in short, I won't use this company again and perhaps you who are reading this will think twice before you call them.

Also one of your drivers absolutely needs anger management as he watches you from rear view mirror and will verbally admonish you if he doesn't like the look on your face. I am writing this review because of the extraordinary experience I had with Apollo. I hired Apollo…read moreto bring me to South Station to catch a train out of town. About 20 min after arrival, I realized I left my phone in the back of the car. After fortunately getting my hands on a phone, I called Apollo's main number. The person who answered told me he would call the driver and ask the driver to call me. The driver called a few minutes later and said he found the phone, but that he was in the middle of an oil change. When he heard when my train was, he thought for a moment and asked to call me back in a few minutes. He did call me back and said he secured another car and was on his way to South Station to drop off my phone. He got there 10 min before my train departed. At no point did anyone ask me for money to cover the additional trip (but I did anyways). What a great experience. I'm using them from now on!

Yesterday I had a 1 day trip to NYC and took the Acela from 128 Westwood. The driver showed up early for a 6.15am pick up and was supposed to pick me up at the station at 8.30pm to take me home. This is where they went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. My train was delayed due to a problem on the track. I texted the driver we would be 30 to 60 minutes late based on the delay. We finally got into the station at 12.40AM over 4 hours late and the driver was waiting for me. I really did not think he would wait over 3 hours for me, The car was clean and nice, the driver was great, and I can not say enough good things about them I highly recommend this service Great service, great people
