That is the reasons for giving two stars and not one (the minimum). Now, the driver completely ignored practically every road rule on our drive. He ran several stop signs and edged through red lights without stopping. He drove 45 mph on a 30 mph street (passing every other car!). He drove 75 mph on a 55 mph highway - again passing every car and tailgating the one car (in the high occupancy lane) that was doing the limit. And then something close to 40 mph in the 20 mph zone around the airport. This piece of **** did this with MY children in the car. ***hole! The icing on the cake was when this absolute disgrace of a man proceeded to shout and verbally abuse a driver who he blocked in at the airport and who I helped get past his car (completely safely!) whilst my wife was paying him. What a complete dick! There was absolutely no need for that. The driver is a disgrace and should be removed from the road immediately!!! DO NOT USE!!!

We were picked up at 5:00 a.m. with no problem; our driver, Don, was there about ten minutes early. We had a small puppy with us, who cried a bit in her carrier, and Don was kind and let us know he didn't mind. There is a shelter which has ticket machines and staffing. Nice place to wait if it's cold, especially at 3AM. Staff has always been efficient and friendly. Appreciate this, especially again at 3AM. The bus ride in takes approximately half an hour in the middle of the night, probably a bit longer with traffic during the day. The bus stops at each Terminal starting with A. This is a great service especially if you have a super early/late flight that isn't amenable to taking the T. PS there is a discount if you book ahead on their website.
