We reached out to First Student Bus Company and worked with Christine Mazzeo in the Randolph office. She was professional, polite and quick to reply to our emails. She provided us with a reasonable First Student quote for 2 buses from 1:30 to 9:30pm and followed-up with us before our wedding to confirm the pick-up times and addresses. Our drivers for the night, Bertrand & Naderge, were wonderful! They were on time, cordial with our guests & provided safe transportation for our family and friends. We were very pleased with First Student, from booking up through wedding day & would highly recommend their company for anyone's transportation needs. I found a New Travel Transportation on the website Wedding Wire. I had hired a few vendors already…read morethrough this website and I trusted it. I went back-and-forth emailing and we originally wanted two vehicles but then reduced it to one vehicle once our guest list was cut in half due to Covid. They were very nice about refunding us with no charge and continuing on with the one vehicle. In my opinion, their prices were fair. I didn't have any interaction with the actual transportation services on the day as I was briding it up, but I did ask the wedding party what their experience was like. They said the driver was incredibly nice and punctual, in fact our reception ran very late and he was nice enough to wait until everyone got into the the vehicle safely and with no extra charge for him waiting for them. When I realized the reception was running late I checked my phone to see if anyone from the travel services had tried to contact me, I thought it was nice that they left me alone and just waited outside. The only negative I heard was that the vehicle was very hot. He was transporting the groomsmen who were all in full suits, it was about a 70° day and sunny and they asked him to turn on the AC. He said that it takes a long time to kick in and by the time it started working they were already at their destination. That was the only negative, otherwise it was a great experience. Above All Transportation was our jackpot!!! - Price - Much cheaper than other quotes we received - no hidden surcharge and no additional hours for the shuttle leaving/arriving from the garage. - Timeliness - Arrived early at our office to pick up the guests (no additional charge), provided driver's contact information in case we need to call him. Prompty picked up at the restaurant and dropped off all the guests at the 6 different hotels. One thing I would make sure when you call to get a quote, make sure you get the person name that give you the quote.
