I emailed him the whole email chain that gave our return flight info that asked him to contact us if he had any questions. He emailed me several times. This was at midnight. I'm trying to figure out how we were going to get home and he is going back and forth emailing me. At one point he said I don't know what to say. What he should have said is I'm sorry there must have been a misunderstanding and I will refund you the cost of your trip to the airport. Instead he decided to email me telling me I didn't send him the itinerary for the return trip. My last email to Matt was this back and forth was ridiculous and unprofessional. By that point I was already late for my flight and had to reschedule to later that morning. I then starting calling different cab services.
