I'm trying to figure out how we were going to get home and he is going back and forth emailing me. At one point he said I don't know what to say. What he should have said is I'm sorry there must have been a misunderstanding and I will refund you the cost of your trip to the airport. Instead he decided to email me telling me I didn't send him the itinerary for the return trip. My last email to Matt was this back and forth was ridiculous and unprofessional.
