We used Buston Attitude day of our wedding for transporting our bridal party between the ceremony/reception/picture locations and had an amazing time. We used the Trolley as well as Bill secured several buses for us for transporting our wedding guests. He made the whole process seem so simple and seamless! Unbelievable job! It was the best decision we made going with Buston Attitude! The trolley arrived early and was super clean. The rating is off the charts for Bill and Buston Attitude for the events leading up to the actual day and events of the day. Our driver Bill was excellent and was an absolute pleasure to work with from day one up to our wedding day! 5 Stars all the way. I honestly would give Bill 5 Stars without the extra duties he did that day. He truly went above and beyond to an extent that words can't describe. Let me just say that during the day we had an issue arise with a family member and when I looked over it was BILL helping and going out of his way to help a grandparent and assist the family any way he could. Bill and his team were awesome the night of our wedding. Back up a second...Bill was awesome months before the night of our wedding. Great communication, very reassuring, and basically told us his job was to be invisible to us...Meaning, transportation wouldn't be our problem anymore. And he delivered! His buses/shuttles were at the hotel ahead of schedule! We had a small shuttle, and two medium to large size shuttles. About 75 people in total from the hotel to the venue. Everyone arrived to the event from the hotel on time (ok, a little early), and they were greeted with smiles when they got on the buses. At the end of the night, Bill's team coordinated with our event staff to start returning guests back to the hotel early, if they wanted. By the end of the night there were all sorts of vehicles there to help...A suburban, smaller shuttles and a bigger one. Bottom line, everyone went back to the hotel when they wanted, no waiting, no mess, no chaos. I cannot recommend Bill and Buston Attitude enough. There was even a private ride (driven by his son) back to the hotel for my wife and I. It was a nice touch, very special. Everyone was impressed, including the venue. 5 Stars! read more

Our son was recently married in Massachusetts and one of our objectives was to provide transportation from the hotels to the wedding reception so everyone could enjoy themselves without having to worry about driving. Unfortunately, we miscalculated the tremendous interest there was in this service and five days before the wedding I realized we did not have a large enough shuttle. I found Bill on "Yelp" and sent him an e-mail. He responded almost immediately. He had the perfect size vehicle so that all guests could be transported to the reception on time. He also spoke very highly of the other company I had rented a smaller vehicle from and was willing to work with their driver to coordinate the transportation. The driver he sent to us was a class act all the way. I couldn't have "cast" a better person for the role! Bill literally saved my wedding. A few days before the Big Day, my other transportation company bailed on me. I sent several frantic emails to any other transportation company I could find, and Bill was the first response. He said simply, 'call me'. So I did. My request was not an easy one - we needed help to get from the hotel to the ceremony site and then to the reception - not just for the wedding party, but for all of our guests as well. Bill made it happen! He got us all the vehicles we needed, in the time frame we needed, and gave us the same price as the other company had quoted us! He even drove the wedding trolley himself. Bill was kind, gracious, funny, and tried very hard to put my mind at ease. He succeeded. We now call him our wedding angel! He even followed up the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. I cannot speak more highly of Bill and his company. I hope we have transportation needs in the future so we can call Bill!! read more

My family goes on vacation at least once a year and since we normally go together, it's tough getting someone reliable to bring us to the airport at the crack of dawn. Yea, I know- it's asking a lot! When I contacted Buston Attitude, I was immediately put at ease with the kind person I spoke to (Bill), so I booked immediately. And the price was very reasonable! When the day came, not only was their driver there on time- but early. He told me he even left the office earlier than needed to do a "dry run" to make sure he knew where my house was! That little extra bit really put a smile on my face- and off we went to logan for our flight to Hawaii. When we landed 2 weeks later, there they were, curbside and waiting for us at the airport. Each year the Elizabeth Stone House, a nonprofit organization in Roxbury, hosts Wilderness Heals, a three-day pledge hike to raise money for our programs and services. For several years now we have used Buston Attitude to shuttle our hikers from Boston to New Hampshire, and then between routes, and back to Boston at the end of the weekend.
