She was even able to accommodate special requests such as needing exit rows (my husband is very tall and needs the legroom for a long flight). As someone who had never used a travel agent before and always thought it may be cost prohibitive, I was wrong! Lorraine was able to keep us under budget so that we had extra money to do little excursion tours to the Roman Forum, the Vatican, and Pompeii (all bucket list places for me!). She also was able to advise when tours weren't really necessary - our trip to Capri was a good example - we were able to easily tour the island ourselves and take a ferry. Above all, she made it so easy - presenting options clearly and booking everything quickly. The itinerary she gave us to follow was top-notch and had all necessary contact info on it. I really can't say enough good things about Lorraine - she made my dream trip a reality!

Captain Sam was extremely friendly and willing to take us close to the city to take photos. We brought our own drinks and were allowed to play music from the speakers that were provided. Before paying her last year, she pressured me so much to send her my money saying if I did not I would miss out on the deal. Pretty much within a day of inquiring about a trip the pressure started to begin. it is now that I realized  after reading these reviews, that she felt so compelled to pressure me because she had to pay back someone else who was promised a refund or book their flight as she probably spent that person's money. This is quite a vicious cycle. I too, never received an itinerary about my trip. Just a cancellation with an explanation that actually made no sense. Whenever I asked is my flight even booked, she simply told me it was booked and that I did not need to worry because I can "trust her." Now, over a year later, here I am, still not refunded from the trip I never went on. please do yourself a favor and RUN and do this as fast as you can!!

I will preface by saying that I have had some positive moments but all things considered, this business' customer service leaves more to be desired. I have been waiting for a refund for about 2 months. Ive accepted the fact that this business just stole my money. So BUYER BEWARE. Here are the reasons for my rating. - Booking confirmations don't occur until days before your trip. Of my successfully booked trips, I received confirmations a few days before departure. For trip I asked for confirmation in advance I kept getting the run around ("check with the team" then silence). I rather pay more for security knowing that my trip is booked. I won't make any assumptions on why confirmations are so delayed, but read some of the previous reviews and make you own educated guess. - Piss poor customer service. Overall, communication is terrible. I felt like I was constantly having to follow up. I would receive messages with a date for follow-up. Date would come and go and *I* would have to follow-up. I've never worked with travel agencies - I prefer to handle my own business. But I don't think agents/agencies should be this disorganized when it comes to follow through with their clients. I was far more patient than I should have been. After radio silence from the travel agent, I started receiving messages and calls from other "staff" (a 'Nelyn Nimue' and 'Ruben Enriquez'). The Ruben character was supposed to call me back after "investigating" why I haven't received my refund...that was a few weeks ago and still no call back. - Questionable business practice. Again, read the previous reviews. Nothing against mobile services but my gut told me, paying for my service via CashApp is pretty questionable for a "business". Now I'm stuck unable to rightfully dispute my stolen funds (as I said....2 months and still waiting for a refund). Just a bunch of BS and excuses. I wouldn't recommend this agency to an enemy. Lesson learned.

I showed up yesterday (Friday) at 2:30pm for a 2:40pm appointment for TSA PreCheck enrollment. The…read morecheck-in line was around 8 or 9 people deep. I finally made it to the front to check in at 2:54pm and was handed a little card with the time handwritten on it. I was told to go sit and wait and that the TSA person would come out looking at people's "time" cards to see who was next. There was a couple already waiting when I sat down, and they ended up leaving because they couldn't wait any longer. I was finally seen by the TSA woman at 3:32. It seems like having an appointment means nothing. Very frustrating.
