My boyfriend and I planned a trip to New England during the peak season to see the leaves changing…read more We wanted to fly into Boston, pick up a rental car, and drive to New Hampshire and Vermont, where we had reserved nights at a couple of Bed and Breakfasts. Two days before we were supposed to pick up our car Enterprise called and said they didn't have anything in stock. They were completely apathetic about the fact that this would ruin a trip we had planned for months, which was dependent on having a car. They simply told us to call the other rental car agencies but offered no concession for the inconvenience and potential thousands we would lose for cancelling the trip on such short notice. After searching everywhere in the area and we finally found what seemed like the LAST available car in all of New England. It was at the Hertz in Randolph, MA and would be $1,000 for two days. We were so desperate we reserved it immediately. We took an uber to the location and when we arrived, we were a little panicky that the car wouldn't be available. Luckily, the person who had our car showed up at the same time to return it and we worked with Omar to complete the paperwork and set out on the trip as we originally planned. Omar provided great customer service by teaching us how to charge the electric vehicle and remaining patient while I had to call my bank several times to remove the fraud alert. In addition, he got the price down by $150.00, which was fantastic since the it was exorbitant. However, the most amazing part of our experience with this Hertz location occurred when we dropped off the vehicle. A woman named Rebecca heard our story from Omar and recognized us as the desperate couple whose vacation hinged on renting a car from them. She was checking us out and said, "I changed the price on your car." I said, "thank you," thinking that it would be close to the price drop Omar had given us. When she handed me the receipt with the actual price she got it down to $391.00!!!! I practically hugged her when I saw this and she said, "no one should have to pay $1,000 for two days." I don't know how she did it, but I'm very grateful for both the car and the savings on the original cost. I would definitely rent a car from this location if I have the opportunity and will never patronize any Enterprise again.

The staff acted like they couldn't care less and they all looked like they were on drugs. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. It should honestly be shut down. This place lacks of management.
