I've had a couple unfortunate incidents this year with (2) vehicles that forced me to need a rental vehicle. In my experience from other car rental places, I've always left with a sour taste, due to poor customer service. I work in sales and deal with the public myself, and take pride in doing what's right and making the client as comfortable as possible and taking care of their needs. Well that's exactly what the manger Nin did for me both times I was there! This location can get very busy with phones, walks-ins, etc...and you can tell she is a pro at handling it all (with a smile)! Not everyone can deal with the general public well...but Nin and her crew did a great job to all clientele and myself each time I've dealt with them. Keep up the great work! Best Regards, -Ryan

    Title: Charged for a full month of protection I did not authorize…read more I want to share my experience to warn others about a billing issue I encountered with Enterprise. Initially, my insurance company arranged a short-term rental (about 5-6 days) for me at this location. When I picked up the car, I purchased protection coverage and paid a little over $200. I clearly told the staff that I only needed protection for those few days, and asked them to inform me if there would be any additional charges later. After that, my insurance company extended the rental to about one month. I called the branch to confirm the extension and explicitly told the staff that I did NOT want to continue the protection coverage for the extended period. I was told that it would be taken care of. However, after returning the vehicle, I found that I was charged for approximately 30 days of protection, totaling over $900. I never authorized this, and there was no written confirmation. Additionally, I was told I would receive a follow-up call, but no one ever contacted me. I am currently working with my bank to dispute this charge. If I cannot recover the money, I may have no choice but to pay it. I am sharing this so others can learn from my experience: - Do not rely on verbal confirmations - Always request written proof for any changes - Carefully review your final receipt after returning the vehicle I hope this helps others avoid a similar situation.
