This completely ruined our Christmas / New Year family vacation. Despite having cars visibly available on the lot, I was told nothing was available, which was simply not true. The staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and dishonest, and their behavior felt discriminatory and disrespectful. I am filing formal complaints with Enterprise corporate, the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, and the BBB. Do not use this location. For the time being, the staff should start reading and following their own company policy regarding reservation hold times, which is clearly published here: https://www.enterpriserentacar.com.au/en/help/faq/how-long-will-my-booking-be-held-for.html

The communication and appreciation for being a loyal Hertz customer won me over and I will use this Brockton Neighborhood location moving forward. Keep up the good work!
