Hired this company to remove and repair some rust from the roof of my excursion. There was not much…read morerust, it was two coffee cup sized spots of surface rust middle of the roof so i drop it off... Six months go by the guy finally calls me and tells me the work has been finished. I picked my vehicle up only to find out one year later that he had painted over the rust, but charged me $2,000 regardless. So, thats $2,000 and 6 MONTHS for this guy to paint over two rust spots. The reason I know this is because the paint he used to cover up the rust peeled right off the roof of the vehicle. Pictured below is a baggie filled with the paint that dried up and fell off the roof of my car. They only do things right if you have large amounts of cash or otherwise look to have a large amount of cash i.e. an expensive insurance claim. Piece meal incomplete work at this location. Unless you have a hundred thousand dollar car that insurance is paying a blank check to this guy for repair, that's the only way I see it working out well for anybody else. Good luck. Greedy, selfish, unreliable. oh no communication on my part? wrong called several times, can call a million times doesn't matter they are animals.

The good: -Once you get them talking, they're friendly,…read morewhich is the 1 star. The bad: -They don't listen to clients and/or know how to fix some problems. I asked if they could fix xyz that was already diagnosed. They said yes. I dropped it off and later that day, they said xyz was fixed. I asked "Are you sure you fixed it? Can you confirm a mechanic drove the car off the lot to double check?" They replied "yes". In total, I spent 3.5 hours between public transit and driving going back and forth to them. I picked up the car, paid $90, drove it off the lot, and within 15 seconds noticed it wasn't fixed. I had to schedule an appointment the following week. When I went down again, I made a mechanic drive around the streets with me so he could witness xyz. Got back to the shop and he, along with other staff, were like oh wow this is going to require so much more work, we didn't check for xyz. Then I reminded them that their only job was to check xyz, nothing else. They said they could send me a quote in the next couple days do what they were supposed to do to begin with. I never heard back. Never got the $90 back from when they screwed up either.
