My husband's truck was hit by someone who was at fault and their auto insurance picked up all costs of damage. Centerville Auto was where my husband was told to bring his truck for repairs and pick up a rental car (from enterprise rental in Brockton).A credit card was needed and a $100 refundable charge (once car is returned) was charged to the card - normal procedure. My husband returned the car yesterday to the auto shop (in better condition than it was received - gas, air in tires, vaccumed and cleaned). No one went over the car to inspect it, he got his truck and left. My husband got a call this morning saying he was not going to be getting his $100 hold back because there was a small crack in the front bumper. My husband told them that there was no crack. He had just washed the car, but there was a little mark in the back bumper when he picked it up that was noted. The person he spoke with said it's not their policy to have anybody look at the car over when you drop it off at an auto body shop. My husband called the insurance company from the other person's insurance explained what was going on and they said they can't really do anything unless enterprise files a claim. My husband called enterprise back and said he did not do any damage to the car and they said someone from their insurance would be contacting him. This afternoon, a $400 charge went through our bank from enterprise. It was not authorized, no call from insurance came through and it was never an amount discussed for the damage that was not even caused by my husband. The amount has been put into dispute with our bank, and the attorney general has been notified. Brockton Enterprise Rental was closed and we were not able to get in touch with them this evening. We are also putting the $100 charge in the dispute that was supposed to be refunded back to us. No scratch/crack was on the front bumper of the car when it was dropped off - what happened to the car (if anything) after it was picked up and brought back to the shop is on Enterprise, and not inspecting the car upon return delivery is on them. Charging ones bank account is illegal for charges that were never agreed upon or accurate. read more

Recently rented a car at the Brockton location and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Dara helped checked me in and the whole process was quick and easy. The next day I had a few concerns and called and she made sure to note all of my concerns which was great. I went on my 30 minute lunch break to bring the car back and there was about 4 other people in front of me so I was worried about the wait but Kenya checked us out and it took less then 5 minutes. As soon as I walked in I was greeted which was a huge plus. All in all I can't wait to rent from this location the whole team was pleasant and friendly. read more

About a month ago my mother got into a fender bender and my insurance made a reservation at Enterprise and gave us the confirmation number. I have been to this location about 6 times in the last year for my own car so I am pretty confident on the routine of things (I had a very padlock year with my car). I would call to confirm my reservation with a time, date and address. On the day of the reservation I would meet them at Centerville (the auto body shop I frequently use) and sign for the rental in Centerville parking lot and be on my way. The wait is usually 20 minutes to 45 minutes at most and 45 minutes wait only happened once. Monday, November 14th, my mother and I went to Centerville auto body shop around 8am. I love Centerville and they are definitely my favorite auto body shop I have been to. Prior to any paper work at Centerville, I asked someone to call Enterprise or offer to do it myself. Centerville made the call and said they confirm they will be on their way (they are 15 minutes from shop). My mother completely the paper work needed at Centerville which was two quick signature. It was 9am and I called Enterprise again which someone confirm they would be here shortly. 9:30am someone showed up and he would not get out of the car. I was confused as they usually come out to give me a walk through of the car then made me sign, take my deposit and I'll be on my way. The car he came in was a minivan which had all the back seats folded in. Not to mention my mother is a house keeper so we had to lug around all her supplies while awaiting for him to arrive. After he noticed I was struggling to lift up the back seat for too long, he finally came out to help me and instead of explaining to us what is going on, he told us to get in the car, he has to go. At this point my mom is super confused and fluster as am I as we are both late for work and confused. My mother kept asking me questions and I was struggling to explain to her as I am unsure myself and every time we asked the driver, he just shrugged. Here is where things get worse, in the 15 minutes ride to Enterprise from Centerville, my mom was asking me questions. Her first language was Vietnamese. I am very self aware that speaking another language with someone else in the car could possible make them uncomfortable and to be considerate, I answered my mother in Vietnamese and English. like 60% Vietnamese and 40% English. I said in English words like Auto shop, car, rental, paper work, busy etc. Out of no where, the driver turns up the radio, it was on pretty loud already but he turns it up. Then my mom and I got quiet for a second and then she realized she left her EZ pass in car at the shop so we were discussing that and he kept turning up the radio even more. Then his station got statically so I thought he would finally turn it down or off but then he was fidgeting from station to station. I said the word "late" and I swear he was purposely taking his time. He waited for a car to finished reversing out of a spot in a parking lot to come out. Like the car in the lot was not reversing into the street, they were reversing out of a spot in a small lot like 10 cars, and he waited for them to come out, he even got honked at from behind. I don't understand why he was being so rude to us as we weren't even showing frustration, just a lot of questions as we were confused. We arrived at Enterprise 5 minutes till 10am. There is a ton of customers waiting around from sitting to standing. I am unsure if they did check the reservations they had for the next day but from random conversations I heard, everyone had scheduled reservations. My mom and I lugged all her supplies from the car into the office. There were 3 gentlemen in from trying to process rentals. There is one lady sitting in the back that couldn't seem to be bothers to help. I see her eyeing people and the line but she didn't move at all or look like she was busy. She wasn't even helpful when her colleagues asked her for help. I should have ask for the guy that help us name. His name might have been Joey, light skinned, dark short hair guy. He was already running around and being so apologetic to everyone. Within 10 mins he was assisting us and apologized for the delayed. He helped with the walk through of the car and we signed her rental agreement and was on our way. At least that part was painless as we were already super late for work and frustrated. It was super windy and cold that day. It took like from 8am to 10:15 to drop off our car and get a rental and dropping off our car took 10 minutes max. I told me mom I'm so use to the process and it was easy peasy and it was not. The rental also only had 70 miles to it and the guys was wrote it off as empty gas tank to accommodate the wait. Overall, the wait and driver was very frustrating and this was the worse experience I ever had at Enterprise. It deserves 1star but possibly Joey got an extra star. read more

I reserved a car online and went to this location to pick it up. When I got there they were busy with a family who couldn't make up their mind about a car. They were taking a lot of time and I was noticed by Kinya Smith and ushered to her area. She proceeded to do her best to get me in and out very quickly. She offered me the car the family was rejecting and I am not fussy as long as the car is maintained well and is clean it would suffice for my needed purpose and that was transportation. After a few more back and forth the family decided they wanted the car I just accepted. Kinya walked over and very calmly verified that were taking the car. She then asked if I would allow her to upgrade me and if I would give her 20 minutes to get me a vehicle from a mechanic down the street. Sure...what have I got to lose here? She quickly went about retrieving the pretty blue Fiat and had it cleaned and ready to go within 20 minutes as promised. Kinya was the picture of Customer Service. She could teach a master class on the dos and don'ts. Enterprise take note you have a stellar Senior Customer Serivce Rep there. Extra stars for customer service alone. While the wait was a bit extensive and the rental I received could have used a good shampooing, the team at this location was just awesome. Everyone was pleasant and Matt was kind and flexible with my schedule. Not only that, but when I rushingly left my purse (with cash, ID, and credit cards) in the rental upon drop-off the team called to notify me right away. I had made a reservation off hours after an unexpected need arose. The system allowed me to make the reservation only for me to get a call from the N.Main Street location that there were no cars available. The representative was rude and curt and offered no assistance in reaching out to the other branch. I had to make those calls on my own. When I contacted the other location in Brockton, its as if I was dealing with a different location. they were very professional and went out of their way to reassure me they would be able to help. read more

Dirty car and smells like cigarette. Recently rented a car from this location and wow, horrible. First of all the car on the outside was super dirty. It looks like it was parked under a tree and had white stains all over the car. Second, this company has a no smoking policy, yet the car I was given reeked of cigarette smoke, caused my asthma to flare up and gave me a headache. I called in and spoke to a rep who said someone would call me the next day to switched the car. That never happened. Overall service from this location was ok. read more

Enterprise location at 109 N. Main St. in Brockton mass has the most compassionate group of people, especially Kinya this morning. I was in complete distraught. I made a reservation at another location for a large SUV to travel out of town due to death in my family I received a phone call maybe about an hour and a half prior to me picking up my vehicle for them to tell me that they do not have the vehicle that I wanted. I called around to several locations and no one took the time to really search to see if they could find a vehicle or when one would be available but when I called, the Brockton location this sultry voice answered the phone and I explain to her the situation she said, hold on let me take a look and I she came back to my surprise she said she could help me out if I come now I went and spoke directly to her she went got the vehicle out the yard washed it up and let's just me and my Family are own our way North Carolina and out of everyone, she was the only one that gave me a condolence and said sorry for my loss her and the staff of that office me and my family thank you so very much Kinya Smith you're a 10 out of a 10 and I give that office a 10 out of a 10 as well read more

NIGHTMARE AT ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR On Friday 10/2/20 my rental car broke down in a restaurant parking lot 36 miles away from my home. I placed my first call to ENTERPRISE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE at 1.53pm. The agent promised me that I would be getting a replacement car accompanied by tow truck for the disabled rental. This ,however, evolved into a 3 DAY NIGHTMARE till SUNDAY 6.20pm when I finally got a replacement. In the duration of this ordeal I went through 13 different agents and several AAA agents with promise after promise of assistance arriving with no call backs Now this HELLISH experience was to pale in comparison to the ABHORRENT treatment I received from YRIANA DISTRICT MANAGER ENTERPRISE 160 N MAIN ST BROCKTON MA 02301. On Monday 10/5/20 when I called to report my weekend experience. I called this location at 9.39am and requested to speak with the MANAGER LORENZO. The person who picked up the call asked me what was this about. I gave him a brief overview of what I had gone through.Thereafter he put me on a brief hold while he went to speak with LORENZO .After a few minutes he came back and told me that since they had a line of customers waiting outside LORENZO would call me back.This statement in itself was perplexing to me since I was also customer.I asked if I could get a hypothetical wait time estimate for the call back and the gentleman replied that he didn't have one.TWO HOURS went by and I didn't hear back from them so I called back and a lady picked up the phone . I identified myself and then requested to speak with the Manager.She asked me what this was in regards to as she was the DISTRICT MANAGER YRIANA as she identified herself.I told her it was in regards to a complaint.She had my customer profile pulled up and then I started recounting my weekend experience.She cut me off before I could finish saying that she understood that I had been inconvenienced but we needed to move on.I tried narrating the experience once again but she cut me off sounding annoyed.During the course of my conversation with her YRIANA was RUDE,CONDESCENDING and VERY DISDAINFUL towards me.I was stunned beyond belief.After she cut me off the second time I again reiterated how I had been forced to spend my whole weekend from Friday into Sunday tending to this issue stuck in parking lot which had costed me time and money. To which YRIANA replied in a derisive tone asking what I had spent money on? I was dumbfounded at first then I replied that I had to get somebody to be driving me back and forth from my house to that site etc for 3 days .To which she asked me in a sarcastic tone you mean your friend charged you for UBER ? I replied that this was besides the point since I was not asking for monetary compensation.Then in a retaliatory move she told me in fact you have to bring back that rental and sign a new contract since I was getting it at a low rate.She said that she was going to credit me 2 days Friday +Saturday but not Sunday even though I received the replacement at 6.20pm on Sunday. She told me to return it by 3pm Friday 10/9/20.It was at this juncture that I asked her whom I could call at Enterprise to voice my complaint.She rudely replied that this was not an enterprise problem they contract road side assistance to a 3rd party.I don't want you wasting your time calling enterprise about this issue as it has nothing to do with enterprise.That I should call AAA if I had a complaint about this. YRIANA had more concern in me mispronouncing her name than what I had gone through.Twice in the course of our conversation she corrected me after I mispronounced her name.I returned the rental on Friday to a different location at around 3.15pm.On 10/10/20 I called Enterprise and requested for an invoice as they had refunded me $132.88 instead of the $200 deposit.To add insult to injury they had charged me even for the days the rental was disabled plus an additional $20.24 for returning it a few minutes late. I had contacted corporate after my ordeal with YRIANA on 10/5/20.I am still waiting to hear back from them. read more

Downloaded this app just to leave a review. My rental contract was switched to another branch on the first day and confirmed by the branch. They're now charging me when the bill was paid by my insurance with the correct branch (I have receipts and email confirmation my ticket is closed and not sure why Brockton branch is doing this). Also tried to submit a damage claim and no one knew what I was talking about and couldn't find the claim (because there was no damage and the dates of claim where when I wasn't even in the rental!!!!!!). No damage on vehicle at all and they dismissed the claim because it was nonsense. I've been calling for a week and left my name and number multiple times to resolve the issue with the balance that doesn't exist since they're threatening to take me to collections. read more

They is a lack of communication as well as employees that lack professionalism as well as lack of following thru on their responsibility job title and making sure they explain things thoroughly to their customers.. They screw up all the time especially Ariel and when they do instead Of taking ownership of it and making the situation right they try to lie and make up stories and then go and overcharge your credit card.. They say also feels that they can change rates on people while they're in the middle of a contract not notify the customer of this rate change and filter that's all right even though they have no signature on this new rate change contract.. I have been a customer of Enterprise for years I've been renting from them for over 15 years and I am actually a VIP member never have I ever experienced such a disgusting customer service in my life meanwhile the person that I was dealing with Ariel I think her name is was acting like she was dealing with the situation but when all actuality she was charging my credit card up as she went back into the building After slamming the door on my face. And then came back out with faulty notes cleaned on my account of numerous phone calls that were made for to me by different other coworkers of hers that I never spoke to but Yet did not have any of the calls that I made to Enterprise and the people that I spoke to although I had all names in all dates.. As I said I've been down with Enterprise for years over 15 years and never experienced such awful customer service dishonesty in my life I would never recommend anybody to use this site any other site maybe Randolph is great still in sight is great but Brockton awful 10 ... I now have the credit card company dealing with the situation as I will fight this to the bitter end.. No one should be treated the way I was treated no no one should even have a job as a customer service rep after treating me the way that they treated me!!! read more

Very simple process to rent a car here. I showed up and drove away within 10 minutes in a rental car and then was able to leave the car in Easton for them to pick up when I didn't need it anymore. Definitely call at least a day in advance to ensure that they have a vehicle available for you so you don't waste your time or theirs. read more

I had the worst experience here ever. I booked a car for 9:00, went to get the car at that time, and they told me the car was booked for 1:00. They said it's not their fault because the enterprise worker on the phone overbooked. Also went to the one in Randolph and the worker told me they were booked for the day yet the phone service coworker told me she could book me for a car RIGHT that second. VERY disappointed with the service when I returned my car. When I picked it up, it was all smiles when they took my deposit, but upon returning the car I was told that I owed for 4 unpaid days. If the insurance company stopped paying on the rental 4 days ago. why would I not get a call asking if I needed to keep it longer. Come to find out insurance company did extend the rental but the guy at the counter didnt seem to care. read more

I have found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly and they always go out of their way to make my experience there a good one. Their cars are always clean and serviced. I will never use Enterprise ever again. I've spent hundreds of dollars with them and never will again because of this location. You better first be prepared to feel like your inconveniencing them to do their job and rent you a car. Then I was given a dirty car to begin with and charged $150 for a cleaning fee. I was then charged an extra 2 hours because there was no one at the counter to return the keys. Apparently the safe key drop box is only for after hours or they charge you. And you better have time to jump through hoops to talk to customer service to get your money refunded for the outrageous charges. Where they're just going to tell you your wrong. There are plenty of other rental companies that will gladly take my business, I suggest everyone else to do the same. read more

I wish you could put negative Stars because they were the worst. First our reservation was not complete and they stated that we had to pay extra for upgrade when we already had a car reserved. Then we were told we could not use a credit card that did not have a chip so when we went to go get cash and told we would be back in 10 minutes the gate was all closed and locked up and they did not let us end. Just a word of caution. I rented a car from Enterprise RAC from this location. I stupidly left my gps in the glove box. I called them the next day and they had already rented the vehicle and allegedly did not come across it when I returned it. Then they said they would "flag" the contract and contact me when the car came in. I called several times to follow up and finally they indicated that the vehicle did come back and had subsequently rented the car more than once. They never called me to follow up. They allege that they never found the gps. Additionally, the car wasn't that clean when I initially rented the vehicle. read more
