I was reached out to both the regional manager and the Enterprise location general manager, Joe Both were very apologetic and Joe was very surprised to hear all of this happened and he said he was not informed of any of it Joe offered me three days free rental. Joe greeted us with a smile when we took a road trip last week to Ohio. Car ran nice was clean and overall no issues at all. I'd say a good recovery. read more

I worked with Disha on a car rental while mine was in the shop for repairs along with a lot of others due to the storm. Disha was able to place a hold on a car that came in below the daily allowance from the insurance company. On the day the car was available Disha drove the rental car to my home so that we can complete all of the required paperwork. After all the paperwork was completed Arthur from the same office picked up Disha to return to their office. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! If I put no stars i would. WHITMAN MA ENTERPRISE MANGER IS VERY UNFRIENDLY.... Her name is Julie Matthew's. The auto body told me the parts have been delayed and my truck wont be done till Wednesday now.. Julie charged me another $170 till then.. My card was declined i told her give me one second ill transfer the funds over from my savings.. She said "No return the car now ur card was declined you have no money.." I told her its on there now I just had to transfer a few more dollars on it. I have the money, my card is linked to my accounts threw an app.. ..Julie was SOOOO RUDE!! . I am already having such a horrible week. I have 3 kids and can't go without a car. She was refusing to let me be a customer. I called corporate and explained what happened. They told me not a problem I can keep the car. They explained to me that they have to wait 24 hours to re run a card. Which I had no idea!. I would of checked the balance first if I knew that!. When it declines on me I always just transfer it and re swipe. The guy at corporate explained it to me when the manager wouldn't even do that. He said just keep the car and call back Monday to make the payment. read more

We've rented from this location several times and have always gotten great customer service. We actually switched from the Hanover location to this one for that reason! My wife just recently rented a vehicle and was upgraded at no extra cost. They are very nice there & have personable staff who are nice with our children as well. I would recommend this location and their staff should you ever need to rent a vehicle. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could give ZERO stars too I would!!! About a month ago I rented a car from Enterprise in Quincy, MA. Everything went smooth getting the car. I was told I could drop the rental off at any of the enterprise locations. There was also a $200.00 deposit at the time of pick up and I was told once I returned the car it would be refunded back to my bank account. It was a Friday night when I dropped the rental off at the Enterprise in Whitman MA. By Wednesday I noticed my $200 was not back in my account. I called the Whitman enterprise since that's where the rental was dropped off. A staff member named Kyle told me that it was the Enterprise in Quincy fault; they needed to close out my "Ticket". Kyle was NOT helpful and rude. So, I called Quincy's enterprise trying to find my money. A lady from there explained to me that she would have no way of knowing where the car was dropped and that it was Whitman's responsible for closing out my "Ticket". So, here I go calling Whitman again for the second time trying to find out where my $200 is. I called Kyle again but every time I called I was hung up on. NOW, I'm beyond frustrated with this situation. I then call customer service, which is a complete joke. They could only tell me that my ticket was still open with Whitman's Enterprise. They couldn't close out my "ticket or return my $200. I requested to speak with a manger. Of course, I was told they would call me back the next day. Two days go by and no call. I call again, same thing over and over again. It's now been about 3 weeks and NO manager or district manager has reached out to me in regards to my horrible services I received. I think its disgust that this corporation allows this kind of customer service, especially when they profit billions of our hard working money every year. I pretty much paid Enterprise over $315 to bully me around and add to my anxiety/pain disorder. I live on a very strict budge because I'm one of those people that live paycheck to paycheck. So when my $200 gets high jacked, it affects my every day living situation, like my family's groceries. Thanks for the call Enterprise! read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Whitman Rental facility. They provide excellent customer service for all my needs. I travel quite extensively and I never worry as they are prompt, efficient and professional with every rental I book weekly. The manager Emma and all the staff make sure all my rentals are going well with a courtesy call every week during the rental period. I have never have any other rental facility contact me! I had originally rented from the Saugus, Ma location after my car was damaged by a drunk driver. I returned my car to this location since it was close to the shop where my car was being fixed. I can confidently say I will never rent a car from this location (or really Enterprise in general). The staff was very unfriendly. The only nice thing that happened during my whole experience is they picked me up with the car, but that was the people in Saugus. Turns out after having the car for over a month, I was hit with fee after fee. At one point my credit card company let me know that a lot of the charges were fraudulent. Do not give these people your credit card information if you are concerned about fraud. Also, there was a small scratch almost underneath the car in the front when I returned the car, the staff explained how the claim would work and the payment for the damage. They failed to let me know they would be charging me for fees for being unable to rent the car for the, I kid you not, 2 months they kept my car in the shop to fix this tiny scratch!!!! The damage which was a $100 fix quickly became $516. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and do not rent from here. Honestly taking an uber to work every day would have been cheaper. read more

This does not deserve a one star...I went on line to reserve a car rather than just show up and try to get one. I signed up for a compact car but when I got there, the agent "Jasmine" told me I was being "upgraded"... When I got into the car I commented that I had better not get charged for the torn up carpet on the driver's side. They didn't even have the decency to throw a mat over it! The windows all needed to be rolled down because the first smell was stale smoke, then the smell of the spray they use in car washes became over powering! The outside had not been washed and the windows inside were all streaked. When I got home my son helped me wash it down and the back window was yellow from the smoke. On top of that, there was only 1/4 of a tank of gas...and she had the nerve to charge me an extra $250 as a "down payment"...bringing my 5 days to $650...and I had to wash the car down in order to drive it! I have rented cars all over the US and twice in Italy and have NEVER been treated like this. At 76 years, I would consider this elder abuse... read more

I've used Enterprise rentals for years. I like the fact that they will pick you up and drop you off as needed, no problem there. This last rental was unusual, the car ( a Hyundai) was functionally fine, but was filthy. All the seats were stained and the glass was hazy and it was in need of a good cleaning. The customer rep. helping me assured me that the car was in fact cleaned prior to being released to me and the seat staining was a problem with the fabric Hyundai used. Maybe so, but I would be embarrassed to rent the vehicle to a client in that condition, it was that bad, my wife would not sit in it (not kidding here). I needed the car and was late for work ( I am a industrial mechanic) so I was not that bothered with it, but, still, you need to have a minimum standard here. Also the rental charges were not applied to my insurance claim which needed further communication with the office to get THAT straightened out, it was mistakenly charged to my card. read more
