We rented a lovely Honda Accord that still smelled new, when we were visiting on Labor Day weekend, and after calling around to all the big name rental places to find out that they would charge us a ridiculous amount for a full-size, and would also not be open on Labor Day to receive our early hours drop-off, I contacted Boch. Not only were they the only car rental place nearby that was open on Labor Day, and the only one who didn't gouge us with a manipulative drop-off policy, we lined up a car and we were thrilled with the service. Reasonable rates, open on Labor Day so we could get out of town and not be charged an extra day, and a quality, reliable automobile to drive around the area. Support this local and fantastic business!

They have a bromance thing going on so they decided to go together and registered for Friday Feb. 19th 2016 at 4PM online a couple days later, they emailed us apologizing that they had to close by 1PM so we had to reschedule for anytime before 1PM. We chose 11AM, it wasn't an inconvenience afterall because my hubby's schedule changed last minute to 3rd shift for shore power duty (he's a marine electrician). Their reply was very prompt. We had no idea what autocross was but when we got to the address (which was the local mall in my city) like 5 min away, we saw it was a race track made with small orange cones in a large parking lot area. Which was cool, no problem. We were a little late but just in time to sign paperwork and listen in to the last training of the day. We had car insurance and *THEIR INSURANCE IS ONLY OPTIONAL EXTRA COVERAGE* My stepdad paid an extra $100 to get another 3 laps in the other car and gifted another order for my hubby as well. It's their bromance I swear. Lol The instructor/manager was cool as hell. They're all from Boston and I lived there for a year a few years ago so we had a good time joking around with them in their accent. Lol They allowed us to take as many pics as we wanted. And they also took video on a small ScanDisc memory card they provided. Hubby drove both cars and he said in was an epic feeling! I must say he handled the Rarri pretty damn well lol. When all the driving was done. They were wrapping up shop and the manager and other instructor ended up goving us all 3 FREE ride along laps! We had a fucking blast. I went in the lambo and that manager made that lambo and the track his bitches lol. I felt like I was in a Fast & Furious movie or a Nascar track. It was a truly exhilarating experience! After all the Snapchat vids and Facebook posts, out friends and family are definitely interested in trying it out next time they're in town. And since we are already customers, we get an extra lap each. Thank you for making this such an amazing and unique experience for us all in the Bay Area! You guys and YA CAHS are WICKED awesome! On top of that they are extremely rude. DEFINITELY never rent from here, I will never do so again and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau immediately. Read all the other U-Save Yelp pages (with the same phone number) for a real sense of how these guys operate. There are multiple other great options in Cambridge and Boston and spending slightly more at Hertz, Avis, or elsewhere will save you hundreds of dollars in charges that U-Save will add without notice after your rental.

please read before you make the mistake of a lifetime if i…read morecould give zero stars i would !!! **these people stole from me *** nelson in specific was working on my car. my friends from mags towing brought my car there * my cars battery was dead and locked in nuetral * with the tow driver as my witness. i decided i was not paying nelson 135 $ an hour when i was made aware he was only putting a radiator back in and doing some body work ** even though on his estimate he had added parts that where non existent for my vehicle . so i popped up and took my car back to go somewhere more reasonable but when i got there although telling me he would not touch my car till we came to an agreement on the price he had my car in the air, both him and his worker touching it , my fuse box was ripped out my shifter was torn apart and broken ** which i paid to have it replaced because the damage they caused was not fixable ** also he stole my cds out of my car ! which i know for a fact because before my car had gotten there my battery was dead you could not get the disc out or even open the hood to jump the dead battery because the hood latch was locked shut ( he pulled it apart with such force that he ended up making me have to replace parts on the other side of my car that where never broken ) before they got my car running at xtreme ! i will be reporting them in the bbb
