    After a 32% increase from the original estimate to the final bill, I expected a satisfactory…read moreresult. But, upon inspecting my vehicle at pickup, not all of the scratches to the clear coat were removed from my 2026 SUV (less than 3,750 miles). The head repairman wrote, "We have completed our portion of this claim to the best of our abilities.... There is nothing further we can do to this vehicle...." When giving an explanation for the poor quality repair, Mr. Robert Haskins said his team's work was "commercially acceptable," even though he acknowledged a new vehicle with such low miles deserves the quality I sought. Haskins agreed the estimate for the repair was underestimated, even after the 32% supplemental increase shown in the final bill. Haskins offered to sublet the vehicle to a professional detailer to remove the rest of the scratches, increasing the bill further. Also, Robert Haskins initially claimed he could not show me the parts (or pictures of the parts) they replaced, because his company conveniently have no record that I asked for the parts. After I paid in full to be done with it, Haskins was suddenly able to produce the parts. Ultimately, Robert Haskins did not reduce my final bill, even though he conceded scratches remain in the clear coat.
