The vehicle I rented smelled like an ashtray. Enterprise advices me to bring the vehicle into the nearest location. I verified the same type of vehicle was available for exchange at that location. The employee refused to exchange the vehicle, stating "come back tomorrow and we will see what's available". I verified they had the same vehicle available again. They refused help and walked away into the back of the store. I contacted the original location and they once again verified the exchange. They stated they would reach out to the manager. While waiting I reserved the available vehicle that was requesting to be changed into. I completed the reservation and had my confirmation code. I went back inside and tried to turn in the old ashtray and rent the new vehicle with my reservation confirmation number. The same employee refused to honor my reservation and refused to check in my vehicle. By this time it was nearing closing time. The next morning I drove past in the ashtray the vehicle they refused to exchange or rent to me was still sitting in the parking lot. With all the choices in the car rental space it's easy to find a different vendor with better customer service. This location's customer service is unparalleled in unprofessionalism. All with condescending small.Renting from Enterprise was a mistake. Trusting Enterprise to honor their own policies was a mistake. Trusting Enterprise to resolve the issue was a mistake. Expecting professionalism from this location was a mistake. I will share this experience with family, friends and others looking to rent a vehicle in the future. Pick any other vendor!

The check in process was super easy, the staff were very polite. Very minimal upsells, in and out in about 5 minutes. Car return is even easier, you just park it at the designated parking anytime 24/7, just leave the keys at the hotel's front desk (after normal business hours). This location is off the airport, and located inside the Marriott Quorum hotel in Addison, TX - about 15 minutes from Love Field. From the airport, just use Lyft or Uber (there are tons of cars) for about $13. Taxi will cost you $40. Tip: Double check with your credit card if they automatically cover rental insurance (many credit cards do). If not, get the additional insurance because are really expensive cars.

I also received 4-5 email messages from different managers asking if there was anything they could do to help and I responded to them all but all went unanswered :-(

I didn't have a…read morescheduled reservation, and Daniela an employee at enterprise told me that they had 24 hrs to find a vehicle for me according to my reservation with Toyota ( valid ). I understand i wasn't the easiest customer, specially with needing a car ASAP and having no way to get to my house. I'm a college student and don't have extra funds to pay the extra for a SUV that they did had available. I have to admit I was frustrated yet I knew it was my own fault for wanting things done quickly in a short amount of time! However, Daniela was able to help me out with a rental on the spot and really made a difference in my day! She was understanding and supportive and went beyond her job expectations to help out! After the horrible performance yesterday I went in to finally pick it up. They didn't have any available now so they sent me to this location to pick up the vehicle. When I got here they started the rental all over again and then asked for a copy of my insurance. I work for a company that has a corporate account with National/Enterprise and have never been asked for this. Even when I explained we have a corporate account and they should have all of this on file they didn't care. I am now sitting here waiting for someone at my company who has access to find it and send it to me.
