It was a Wednesday, mid morning and I did not have to wait long for a shuttle bus to the rental plaza. Elliot was the driver and got us there safely. They had a decent choice of cars, I chose a small jeep. The check out line was slow but they opened up more lanes as the line was building. The return: Kat checked me in when returning the car and was very quick and pleasant. Strange thing is there was an extra key fob in the jeep. I told her about it and she actually thanked me for telling her. The return shuttle process is really bad. So many people on the shuttle yet they keep adding people that are going to the plaza. They should empty the buses a little more or run more to relieve the crowds. Lots of people getting on and off. We had to shuffle around with big bags, reaching around people, some had to get off in order to let others pass. I got my receipt right away via email.

We showed up for our rental booking and they denied us renting our car simply because we have a debit card. Not everybody likes to go into credit card debt in this country. On the literal booking email that they sent it clearly states that you can rent a car with a debit card as long as you have comprehensive insurance when we try to show them this they wouldn't even have a conversation about it even though we do have the insurance that is required to rent using a debit card. I would never recommend this place. They made us buy a return flight and then told us oh if you buy it under 24 hours before the booking it doesn't count then why the hell did they make us buy a return flight? We wasted 300$ on a return flight to be told it still wasn't good enough AFTER we booked a flight we don't need. We have the frontier flight pass we don't need to book our return flights until 24 hours before and they are basically free that's why we bought the pass and also why we didn't have a return flight. never coming here again. I will be using Turo from now on. They let you do a debit card, no hidden fees, and no weird polices that are undisclosed. I would also like to add that the customer service representatives were extremely rude and hostile. Whoever was working on July 1 at 1:56 PM seriously needs to be addressed for their behavior and the way that they talk to paying customers. They confirmed that I was coming and told both me and my insurance rep that there were 4 SUVs available. Based on that confirmation, I drove over 30 minutes out of my way. When I got there, I saw every SUV they told me about sitting on the lot -- clearly available. But Cole suddenly claimed they had nothing at all and told me I'd have to wait until next week. No explanation. No willingness to help. No accountability. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about -- even though this exact location had just spoken with my insurance. This kind of behavior is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. I wasted time, gas, and energy because this location couldn't be honest or consistent. On January 12, 2026, I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car under a signed agreement for a…read moreweekly rental rate equivalent to $27.80 per day. This rental was associated with an insurance claim through Lemonade, which provides reimbursement of up to $30 per day (maximum $900). At the time of pickup, I was informed by an Enterprise representative that they did not have my insurance information available, and therefore I was required to place the rental on my personal credit card (Bank of America). Based on this representation, I signed the rental agreement and took possession of the vehicle. After leaving the location, I contacted my insurance company (Lemonade), who informed me that Enterprise should have been able to bill them directly. I then contacted the Enterprise location and spoke with staff, who stated they had corrected the issue and updated the rental to bill the insurance company directly. Based on this confirmation, I proceeded under the assumption that everything had been properly handled. However, upon returning the vehicle, Enterprise unilaterally changed the billing rate to nearly $60 per day, which is more than double the agreed-upon rate in my signed contract. When I questioned this, I was told that this higher rate is applied when insurance is involved. This directly contradicts the written and signed agreement and raises serious concerns about deceptive billing practices and potential insurance overcharging of a bill which should have been at not cost, to being charged on my credit card over one thousand dollars. Attempts to Resolve I made multiple attempts to resolve this issue: Contacted the rental location several times -- calls were not returned by the store manager who was supposed to call me. Eventually reached the store manager, who stated he would follow up but never did Continued attempts to reach the manager were ignored Escalated the issue to Enterprise Corporate, who have not followed up as promised Due to the lack of response and resolution, I have initiated a formal dispute with my credit card company (Bank of America). If this matter is not resolved, I am prepared to pursue legal action. Last, a BBB review was posted and feedback online to help save others from this company. Last, the car they gave me died due to a battery that failed. I had to call to get it jumped, return it to the store, and leave with another car.
