I was provided a vehicle that I was completely satisfied driving . The assistant manager at this location I believe his name is Tyler was so awesome. He went over and beyond in customer service in making sure I was completely satisfied. Abigail took care of my extra hour fee which was nice and I greatly appreciate that! . This review is for the Enterprise Irving location at 2210 N MacArthur Blvd and specifically employee Cole. My insurance company, Allstate, called this location and spoke directly with them before I arrived. They confirmed that I was coming and told both me and my insurance rep that there were 4 SUVs available. Based on that confirmation, I drove over 30 minutes out of my way. When I got there, I saw every SUV they told me about sitting on the lot -- clearly available. But Cole suddenly claimed they had nothing at all and told me I'd have to wait until next week. No explanation. No willingness to help. No accountability. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about -- even though this exact location had just spoken with my insurance. This kind of behavior is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. I wasted time, gas, and energy because this location couldn't be honest or consistent. Enterprise -- hold the Irving 2210 N MacArthur Blvd location and Cole accountable. Do not mislead customers and their insurance companies just to brush them off when they show up. read more

I've been renting with Enterprise Rent a Car for 13 years,and this particular location for 2 years. Staff is friendly,helpful, and professional, no hidden fees and never had an upsell for a vehicle. They explain everything to you and will jointly go over the vehicle with you to make sure there's no abnormal damage. read more

Richard was amazingly helpful explaining the process of dropping off my rental. He even followed up with me as PROMISED to ensure I received all the information I asked for. They came to pick me up from the collision repair shop. The man was very nice and very informative. When I first picked up my rental the whole staff was nice and greeted me right away at the door. I even came at a busy time and the staff was professional and stayed cool. The manager is so dedicated to assisting her customers and staff she even helped where she could on her lunch break. They were truly all great staff who worked well together. This was my first time renting a car and they definitely made me consider renting with them again on my upcoming trip. read more

Schedule a appointment with them, walked in and Ju Eun Hong ,helped me out. Super easy process, they took a deposit of $100 just to hold for extra fees or days. Ended up paying more than expected. My experience was excellent. Deaisha checked me in immediately and gave me a nice clear car. I was on the road within 10 minutes. She was also there when I dropped off the car and gave me a ride to the nearby body shop where my car was getting repaired. Deaisha was professional, courteous, and efficient. Best customer satisfaction! Thumbs up to their cool attitude and cheerful faces. I've rented cars from this store more than 6 times till today. They got nice collection of cars ranging from compact to vans. I would highly recommend it. They offer free pick up and drop off if you are from Irving before 4 pm. this place is horrible with customer service and information , they will charge you without authorization and will not help you at refunding your unauthorized pymts. tried to get help but they would just laugh on the phone and the manager supposedly his name is christian does not know how to lead the team there. tried talking to upper management and christian said he was the manager and he hung up the phone on me. worst place for customer service - they still have not resolved my issue and i will share this with all multimedia due to poor customer service and wrong information, they tell you they wont charge you verbally and say everything is okay , but they continue to charge me . bad bad bad service read more

This location is horrible. We reserved a car and got confirmation. We go way out of our way to this location to pick it up. We get there and was told they don't have a car for us. If I could give zero stars, I would. Received a voicemail while I was enroute to Dallas saying inventory was low and requesting my patience. They were closed when I landed, so I began calling when they opened at 9 am. Because I am here for work and did not have time to go and wait some unknown amount of time for the car I reserved, I wanted to get more information before heading over. The phone was either busy or no answer. I then tried the live chat. The agent could neither check inventory nor contact the local office. After 45 minutes of trying to get an answer, I gave up, rented from Turo, and canceled my reservation. Last time I will do business with Enterprise. I don't see the point of making a reservation for a product they may or may not have, and the customer service is non-existent. read more

Horrible customer experience! I arrived 45 minutes early for my rental and they told me that they didn't have the car but it was on the way. One hour later it was still on the way and the manager proudly told me she couldn't tell me when the car would be there. I explained that I would always try to keep my promise to my customers and if I couldn't, I would definitely be doing something to keep that promise. The manager actually told me if I didn't like it, I could rent a car someplace else. Wow! I did. I drove over to Budget at Love Field, got a better rate and a no-cost upgrade! i called made a reservation on thursday morning abd asked if i could be picked up at 2pm saturday afternoon. they said sure no problem they even called me back to confirm my reservation and pick up time. i called back friday morning to clarify pick up time and location. thats when i found out that no the don't di weekend pick ups!! of course they apologized but that doesn't help my problem. i had to cancel my reservation and my plans for my company christmas party. thanks enterprise!!! for a huge let down!!! you need to do a better job training and informing your employees on rules regarding your rental services. thank you for a major disappointment!!! this particular enterprise rent a wreck sucks!!!! read more

Horrible service, they will try and charge you for previous damage done to the car. My friend picked up a rental from this particular location and when she did the walk through inspection with the manager in training she pointed out some body damage on the car and was assured it was already documented. However, when she dropped the car off Saturday morning the manager on duty looked over the car and pointed out damage that the manager in training assured my friend was already documented. Now they are trying to charge her for the damage in question. I will never rent from them. read more

Renting a car is never a pleasant experience, especially when it is due to having your car totaled in a car accident. However, this Enterprise made my rental experience pretty pleasant. They were able to accommodate me with the cheapest deals, and when I had to go back and switch my rental, they upgraded me! They also helped me itemize my invoices for easy translation so that the insurance company could reimburse me. The store manager Troy was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for making this experience as enjoyable as it could be given the circumstance. And thank you for the Jeep Wrangler! This Place is horrible and the customer service is also horrible. The so called manager Tyler Roman is not happy and have an attitude. I reserved a car at 9;00 AM for pick up at 10 am and got a confirmation. Because I had the experience of waiting of at least 30 min before in this location, I decided to arrive 30 minute after my pick up time. the assigned car was not there and they gave me another car that was not cleaned yet. I got so upset first because of the non trained manager attitude. He decided to cancel my reservation because I was complaining too much and told me he will call the police if I don't leave. I have been renting car at enterprise for years and I will never ever give a good reference or rent a car again to this place. A word for Tyler the manager: if you think that Enterprise is making you work hard and you are unhappy with you job, (it shows on your face), please quit and find you a job with less interaction with customers if you are not able to handle issues. If I could rate this place a ZERO, I would. This place has the worst service ever! Set up a reservation online for one of our customers for just the rental only, we called and spoke to Tyler, stated only paying for the rental with no coverage (because we provide our own insurance coverage), if customer wanted their coverage he must pay out of pocket. After not receiving a receipt we called for a copy only to notice we where charged for every coverage they offer. Ask to speak to Tyler to see why we were charged for these extra fees that were not authorized, and Tyler stated "we needed to get with the customer to recoup our money back". Why should I have to chase my customer down for money when originally it was their mistake? This is not how you mange business. Ultimately if you want your card charged for unauthorized items then go ahead and use this company, if not go to another location. read more

I have been an Enterprise customer for many years and rented with then all over the US, Caribbean, and Europe. I must say this is the worst location I have ever had to deal with! Zero customer service, no sense of urgency and lack of just plain doing the job. I made my reservation in the morning and let them know I would be there early afternoon. I received a call from the actual location saying that they were unsure if my rental would be available. I thought that was the entire purpose of me making the reservation in the first place?! I let them know I was already on my way and they placed me on hold for a few seconds and returned to tell me that my car was indeed still available. I arrived at the specific location only to wait after basically being rushed over with the promise of no availability, the vehicle was filthy and they were just taking it to get washed once I was checking in. When they assocuate finally got back the inside of the car was completely filthy and to top it off the gas was on empty. I let the associate, Rachel Williams, know that this was unacceptable and the I was displeased. She kept saying that she wanted to make it right but never suggested how to do so. I asked her to be there when I turned the car in the following day so that she could give me some type of discount for the inconvenience for which she replied "I'm not working tomorrow". I said that is fine if she would just place some notes on my account so that another manager would take care of the discount and she agreed. I returned the following day to turn in the vehicle and surprise no note on my account. I was left to explain the entire situation to another manager, which was present when I rented the car. He did not want to give me any discount. Finally he agreed to give me a $25 discount. I asked for my receipt and gave him my receipt from the prior day for the $15 dollars of gas I put into the rental and which was pretty much all still there and asked him to not waste any more of my time. Corporate will be contacted. Go to another location and avoid the hassle! read more

I had a terrible experience at this enterprise location. The employees are incredibly deceitful and will do whatever they have to do to charge you extra for anything and everything. Management will not be willing to help you with any issues you have. If you're looking to rent a car with an sort of honesty and integrity from the staff, don't go here. All you are to them is money signs. I'm currently in the process of filing a complaint with the better business bureau regarding the way in which I was treated. It was that bad. I had a great experience at this location. I made the reservation online a few days ahead, and got a very courteous call the day before reminding me of everything I needed to bring in. The office was nice, and the assistant manager got me in and out in 10 minutes. Drop off was just as easy.
