We arrived on a Thursday around noon and it was pretty busy. It is confusing when you first arrive, there is a physical sign-up sheet on the counter where you put your name down and they will call you in the order of arrival. There were about 4 other parties in front of us and it took about 35 minutes from the time of walking in until we were in the car. Despite the wait, the rest of our experience was positive which we were surprised by given the negative reviews. Given the low rental price, I was surprised that the car had CarPlay and both a USB and USB-C port. Drop off on Saturday was super easy and we only waited for the shuttle for about five minutes before it took us back to the airport. We were skeptical going in, but overall it was a positive experience. The only downside was a little bit of chaos when we arrived to pick up the car, but ultimately it ended up working out.

This rental location is completely off-site from both the airport and the main DFW rental car center, which makes the process longer and less convenient than expected. After landing, you first need to take the DFW rental car shuttle to the rental car center, and then transfer to a second shuttle to reach Easirent. We waited over 15 minutes for the Easirent shuttle, and the drive from the rental car center to the pickup/drop-off location is another 3 miles, taking roughly 10-11 minutes. Overall, the multiple transfers and waiting times add up and can be frustrating, especially after or before a flight. The staff at the location was however very helpful, once you breakthrough the initial grumpiness of working for a car rental company where everybody probably complains about the multiple steps to even just getting there. If you're short on time or want a smooth airport pickup experience, it's worth knowing this in advance.

This company refused to give him a replacement car after he paid his money. Instead, they wanted all the information insurances , but they did not want to do the right thing. He went to the hospital due to the accident. He took the necessary steps in resolving the issue. He asked them could they give him a replacement car since he already paid for the week and they simply had said not until they get all the claim information resolved, which is understandable but everyone knows when you get into a car accident in a rental car they give you a replacement. They ended up following him instead shut the vehicle down and left him stranded on the road. David was so unprofessional over the phone, how dare you all sit up here and treat an older person like this after he's paid you thousands of dollars and has been a good paying customer. David decided he was going to be rude and hung up twice in my face! You all are disgraceful, incompetent and need to be reported. You charged an obscene amounts for old vehicles and have no respect for your customers! With this review in mind go where your money is respected these people clearly don't respect anyone's money and do payments through ZELLE!!! he has paid this company for over a year and still took his money and told him that they were gonna give him a credit, knowing that they wasn't going to lend out another vehicle to him!

It was a Wednesday, mid morning and I did not have to wait long for a shuttle bus to the rental plaza. Elliot was the driver and got us there safely. They had a decent choice of cars, I chose a small jeep. The check out line was slow but they opened up more lanes as the line was building. The return: Kat checked me in when returning the car and was very quick and pleasant. Strange thing is there was an extra key fob in the jeep. I told her about it and she actually thanked me for telling her. The return shuttle process is really bad. So many people on the shuttle yet they keep adding people that are going to the plaza. They should empty the buses a little more or run more to relieve the crowds. Lots of people getting on and off. We had to shuffle around with big bags, reaching around people, some had to get off in order to let others pass. I got my receipt right away via email.

This rental car agency runs their business inside of a Best Western Motel. I was flying into DFW International airport for one day & was in need of a car. Economy (Also goes by the name Ausby Car Rentals) had the best price on expedia. I should've spent an extra $40 with an on site car rental agency. Instead I spent 45 minutes for someone to pick me up and drive me 10 minutes out of the airport with the same vehicle I was renting. The transaction was made at the lobby of the Motel. They took my initial payment of $45 plus a $100 deposit. I drove out with the car and brought it back the next morning fully gassed in the same condition I got it. I had to wait for the Motel driver to make his hourly run to get drive me back to the airport. I was told the money would be back in my account within a few days. That was 2 Weeks ago! I've called every number on their website and the drivers direct number and still no response or refund. It's no surprise they're running a business out of a motel. Do yourself a favor and scroll past Economy when making your travel plans. Horrible business practices.

It is a solid plus 10 minutes from the terminal on the bus and the wait for a bus can be long as well. I used the shuttle bus twice during a recent trip and honestly wondered why it was so far away. The only other time I encountered a longer shuttle ride was LA and that shuttle bus trip was further compounded by a ton of traffic. The good is that the shuttle buses were frequent during the time of day I used them in the early afternoon. I waited 10 minutes on arrival for a bus and the same on the return. So if you factor in 25 minutes to the terminals, I think you should be ok. The folks driving the buses were alright also though I didn't interact with them at all.

The return for your car is in a completely different area from where you rented the car. The entrance is poorly marked and I ended up in the wrong area returning the car. I dropped off the car and of course every terminal shuttle but the one I needed came by. I finally was able to get on my shuttle. My shuttle driver was the nicest woman ever but Jesus H. Christ she drove slooooooooooooowwww. Then there's the never ending construction which throws more "adventure" into the mix. I didn't plan for this comedy of errors - and missed my flight as a result. I arrived at the terminal with only 45 minutes to spare. As much as I hate Atlanta's airport, at least they have an APM from their rental site to the terminal. This ended up being a painful $400 lesson. Next time I'll uber and rent offsite.
