I understand i wasn't the easiest customer, specially with needing a car ASAP and having no way to get to my house. I'm a college student and don't have extra funds to pay the extra for a SUV that they did had available. I have to admit I was frustrated yet I knew it was my own fault for wanting things done quickly in a short amount of time! However, Daniela was able to help me out with a rental on the spot and really made a difference in my day! She was understanding and supportive and went beyond her job expectations to help out! The first car had a slow tire leak that required me to add about 10 PSI every day, and it also had interior panels popping off on the sides, almost like the airbags had been replaced but the plastic clips were broken. The second car had front suspension issues and would shake at around 55+ mph. You could tell three tires were new and one was nearly bald, which felt unsafe. The last vehicle was nicer, but whenever it rained, water leaked from the pillar onto the driver side seat and floorboard. I chose to live with that instead of swapping cars again because it was already such a hassle to move car seats. Thankfully, I got my own car back from the body shop after about a month. Despite these issues, the staff at Enterprise were very accommodating and helpful. I understand they do not personally drive all the cars and rely on renters to report problems, but the inventory definitely felt questionable. Kudos to the staff for trying their best, but I hope they take steps to improve the quality of the vehicles they offer.

I rented a car for a week of vacation because I didn't want to put the miles on my car since I was driving a big loop from Dallas to Cleveland to Atlanta to Dallas. I rented a car with unlimited miles at a competitive price. It was a brand new Nissan Altima. I put 3000 miles on it in a week. I didn't have a problem with the car and I didn't have a problem picking the car up or dropping it off. That's not enough to make me a fan or say that it is as good as it gets, but it is satisfactory. And, really, that's all I want from this type of transaction.

I had to leave her hanging on that, the keys were right in front of her on the counter. She finally says something to me. "Did you fill up the gas?" I say yes but she walks out and checks anyway. Finally the transaction is done, she hands me my card and receipt without looking up. Not a word or bit of "customer service" at the end. Unfortunately, a hail storm hit two days before and took out several hundred cars from the typical car rental fleet at DFW. A referral from a person standing in the rental car center told me to try Metro. I am happy I did. They brought a car to me at the airport. When I returned my car to their offsite location, the personally drove me to the terminal. they honored their contract and returned my security deposit within 48 hours. Location is also easy to get in and out of without traffic and nonsense like the locations at the busy airports. They had a decent choice of cars, I chose a small jeep. The check out line was slow but they opened up more lanes as the line was building. The return: Kat checked me in when returning the car and was very quick and pleasant. Strange thing is there was an extra key fob in the jeep. I told her about it and she actually thanked me for telling her. The return shuttle process is really bad. So many people on the shuttle yet they keep adding people that are going to the plaza. They should empty the buses a little more or run more to relieve the crowds. Lots of people getting on and off. We had to shuffle around with big bags, reaching around people, some had to get off in order to let others pass. I got my receipt right away via email.
