The most unprofessional staff I have ever interacted with. One employee had earbuds in and was on her phone. The human I talked to clearly couldn't care less. The vehicle I rented smelled like an ashtray. Enterprise advices me to bring the vehicle into the nearest location. I verified the same type of vehicle was available for exchange at that location. The employee refused to exchange the vehicle, stating "come back tomorrow and we will see what's available". I verified they had the same vehicle available again. They refused help and walked away into the back of the store. I contacted the original location and they once again verified the exchange. They stated they would reach out to the manager. While waiting I reserved the available vehicle that was requesting to be changed into. I completed the reservation and had my confirmation code. I went back inside and tried to turn in the old ashtray and rent the new vehicle with my reservation confirmation number. The same employee refused to honor my reservation and refused to check in my vehicle. By this time it was nearing closing time. The next morning I drove past in the ashtray the vehicle they refused to exchange or rent to me was still sitting in the parking lot. With all the choices in the car rental space it's easy to find a different vendor with better customer service. This location's customer service is unparalleled in unprofessionalism. All with condescending small.Renting from Enterprise was a mistake. Trusting Enterprise to honor their own policies was a mistake. Trusting Enterprise to resolve the issue was a mistake. Expecting professionalism from this location was a mistake. I will share this experience with family, friends and others looking to rent a vehicle in the future. Pick any other vendor! read more

Avoid Enterprise Rent-A-Car--Fraudulent Damage Claims & Unprofessional Service I strongly advise against renting from Enterprise, especially the Dallas location my husband used on March 25-26. We rented a car for two days to visit family, drove less than 50 miles, and kept the car parked in my mother-in-law's garage the entire time. Despite this, Enterprise falsely claimed the car had hail damage upon return--damage we never saw, and they refused to provide clear proof of. What's worse, the car was already in terrible condition when we picked it up--covered in scratches and dings (we have photos as evidence). The staff were unprofessional and dismissive, making the entire experience stressful. Now, they're trying to charge us $1,500 for damage we didn't cause. This is a scam. Enterprise is clearly exploiting customers with fabricated claims. We're disputing this charge and filing complaints with the BBB and consumer protection agencies to hold them accountable. If you rent here, take extensive photos/videos before and after, and be prepared to fight fraudulent charges. STAY AWAY--this company cannot be trusted. read more

The car that I received had a terrible smell on the inside. It was so bad that I had to drive back home before hitting the road so that I could spray the inside down with febreeze and bath and body works air-fresher, to no avail. Outside of the smell, the service was fast and friendly and I didn't have any issues with the vehicle. read more

If I could give the 0 starts I would. The car rented not only smelled bad but had a hovering noise as if the rotors were bad. I had find another Enterprise in the middle of nowhere swap out the vehicle. Then to add insult to injury, I received a text message from Enterprise on 4/11 stating that the insurance company stopped paying for the rental on 4/7 & I had a balance of $85.70. The car was returned less than 10 minutes after that message. At the time of return Mitch said he would issue an adjustment of a day due to the issues but I was charged $101.78 which is more significantly more than the amount quoted. Would not recommend. Avoid this location at all costs. It's not worth the trouble or aggravation. read more

They had to go get them - put them thru the car wash and clean the outsides. We cancelled and drove to love field and rented a car. read more

This location may be one of the worst locations of Enterprise in Dallas and that is saying a lot. Getting a hold of them in the first place was an issue, as one time I called, and a person picked up and told me wrong number and hung up. The second time I called back, the phone was hung up again after being picked up. After k called back a third time, the assistant manager Leann picked up, and tried to say no one would do that from her location, and that even if the store phone is called, sometimes there's other representatives that pick up the phone....yeah right. So I placed a complaint to escalate to corporate. Truly save your time at this location. They're all very rude and behave as if you should beg them to give you your money. I'd suggest the Grapevine or Plano locations truthfully. read more

I have a corporate reservation at noon today, and my vehicle was not ready for pickup. The excuse was they had 6 people come in at noon and their detailer cleaned one car and then left. They apologized, but their assistance manager was not respectful to me when I explained that I was going to leave a bad review. She was belligerent in her tone and I didn't appreciate it. What could improve? Project management, organization, being prepared for an upset condition like personnel leaving early, not enough vehicles. Greeting customers when they come in so they know what to do, or that you are running behind. Maybe Contact the customers that have reservations that you are running late in advance so that they don't have to sit and wait in the lobby. Reschedule. Having a separate line available for customers returning cars would also help. Additional training and hiring additional personnel. read more

I've had two horrible experiences with this company. The first time we went to rent a car only to find out you MUST have a credit card. I was told they did not accept debit cards. I didn't know this. So, probably my fault. The second time, I actually had a credit card. I'd reserved the car 3 weeks in advance of my scheduled trip. I arrived the day of pick up to only 2 employees and a lot of people in the waiting room. The guy working didn't bother to ask "who's next?" and just started helping people. He skipped me twice. When I went to the counter I was told told the car wasn't ready. I could wait or come back at noon when the location closes. I said I would wait and they were going to get a different car for me. We go to do the paperwork and I'm informed it's more than I had reserved a car for. I had most of it on my credit card but needed to supplement it with my debit card. I was told they couldn't do that without several bills in my name. I had to drive home. I grabbed my lease agreement, a medical bill, a water bill, an electric bill and car registration...all bills in my name. (Even though, they apparently didn't accept debit cards the first time I went. ) When I returned, I was ignored again as I was bypassed by people who came in after me. Sigh. I again approached the counter and put all my bills down. "we don't take medical bills, we don't take lease agreements, we don't...blah blah blah. Apparently I had grabbed a bill from 2 years ago. Crap. I've lived in the same place for 4 years, all the bills reflected the address that also matched my driver's license. I'd been in a wreck, not my fault, and my car was totaled. I was leaving for vacation that day...but not in a car from Enterprise. I get store policies and all that but the communication was incredibly shitty and I will never go there again. I'm sure they don't care because the guy working quickly dismissed me when I still didn't have the bills he was looking for. I'd give Zero stars if it were an option. read more

Worst experience! I needed a rental because my car was in the shop. They offered me a Camry and i said ok, well it had a huge nail in the tire. The guy behind the desk was like, well you can take it to the shop and just have them charge it to us?!?! Seriously!?! Since I didn't want to do that, they gave me this crap truck. The truck was horrible, I could barely turn the wheel. I traded that in and got another car, this car wasn't any better but I needed something. Then they wanted to charge me because insurance only paid up to a certain amount. I asked the guy when I first got the rental how much is it a day? He didn't know and ignored my question. I had to bring it up the mangers attention that, nobody even told me about the charge. They waived it for me, he said it's a one time thing, we don't do this often. You all record the conversation, so this need to be pulled and see where the miscommunication is because it makes it look like you are over renting vehicles and leaving people high and dry when we need it the most, after an accident this is the last thing we want to go through. We wait about 10 minutes before a rude man said they did not have any vehicles. He also lied and stated he tried to call me which I have no record of any missed calls from enterprise today. I do however have multiple calls where I tried to call this location multiple times with no answer, before I reached out to cooprate. He then stated they would not have a car until Tuesday. He was rude and short with all questions he answered. I called cooperate again and they stated they had 3 vehicles available at that specific location I was sitting in front of. This location is not a good location to rent from, walking in the music is unprofessional then you get the short rude man that does not and is not willing to help in any way. I'm upset! Today is 7/13 and I booked a car for 12 noon. I called after 12 making sure they knew I was on my way only to discover they gave my reservation away because they had other customers who needed cars. Ok...I booked the car because today is my daughter birthday and I am supposed to take her and 3 friends on a birthday trip for the weekend. So Courtney ask me how soon I need it? What do you mean how soon I need it??!!! I need it to be there at the time I reserved it for since I am paying full Price still! It's one of 2 things; bad employee that will be fired fairly quickly as soon as bad reviews on this employees are noticed or psycho customer that nobody could make happy no matter how hard you try. Well, today I got the best service from the most professional employee I've ever interacted with. Her name is Valerie Benedicto. She was so thorough with explaining their process. She informed us of their awesome insurance you can by for $15 a day that if you damage the vehicle up to a total loss, you only pay $50. Sounded like a no brainer. These guys are great... I showed up and the truck I was to have had not been cleaned. I was happily offered other cars but for me, I wanted the truck. TJ assured me he would clean it up for me personally and guaranteed my satisfaction. He took off his suit coat, rolled his sleeves up and did a great job making it new again. I rented from this location regularly for years since I'd gotten rid of my car in 2014. Mostly I did the weekend special but occasionally for other things and most recently, my last rental was for my move to Denver, CO. This was the best location in the area to work with- staff rotates including managers, who often get transferred to other branches- but staff and managers have always been so nice and helpful. Gary, a driver there did a great job in picking me up thru the years- this is a crucial service they offer. Molly was a manager in the past who was wonderful to work with- she got transferred but sometimes people get transferred back. She might be in a nearby branch and i highly recommend her wherever she is. Blake the most recent manager here, was very kind in working with me thru my frequent rentals and worked a good deal with me on my move to CO. Thanks Enterprise :) read more

Extremely disappointed with enterprise! I solely picked this location because of its overall reviews and go figure I had a horrible experience. We called on Christmas Eve asking if they would have a car the day after Christmas and if we could use our paper license since the dps didn't send our originals yet. The lady on the phone was sweet and said no issues at all and they would have cars available that morning. We had a party of 6 going to San Antonio and needed to leave first thing In the morning. They did not have any cars available.... And we ended up waiting a total of 2 full hours before finally getting one. The paper licenses didn't work as they said we needed a passport as well but I was told otherwise. Thank god my dad was there to handle that piece of mess. People seemed to be taking cars and returning them because of their condition right in front of us so obviously we didn't want those cars either.... I just wish I wasn't lied to over the phone about car availability and the paper license stuff. Going to use another company in the future. They did however opt to pay for our gas and ended up upgrading us to a larger car because of my complaining :) read more
